Abstract
The invention discloses a dark blue LED (light emitting diode) pouring sealant color paste which is prepared by mixing a basic color paste A and a basic color paste B according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.5-5; the basic color paste A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 1-5 parts of GS green powder and 0.1-0.5 part of matting powder; the basic color paste B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 1-5 parts of FN violet-blue toner and 0.1-0.5 part of color paste stabilizer. The color paste is used for color matching of the LED packaging adhesive, so that the accuracy and convenience of color matching of the LED pouring adhesive are improved, the dust pollution of a production workshop is reduced, the appearance color consistency of lamp beads is improved, and the color difference of the appearances of LED lamp beads in different batches is avoided. The invention also discloses application of the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste in the LED pouring sealant color mixing field, in particular application in the LED infrared receiving tube pouring sealant color mixing field, which can filter most visible light and reduce stray light signal interference.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste and a preparation method thereof, and application of the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste in the LED pouring sealant color mixing field, in particular application in the LED infrared receiving tube pouring sealant color mixing field.
Background
With the rapid development of the LED packaging industry, the demand for the diversity of the products of the LED potting adhesive is increasing, wherein the lamp beads used in the signal lamp field need to be made into various colors, and the special LED products such as the lamp beads of the infrared receiving diode need to filter most visible light, so as to reduce the signal interference.
The color matching method of the existing LED pouring sealant mainly comprises the steps of weighing one or more toners, directly adding the toners into the LED pouring sealant, heating, mixing and uniformly stirring the toners, and then using the toners in the pouring sealant. For 1kg of LED pouring sealant, the mass of the added toner is only 0.01-0.50 g each time, the weighing is usually required to be accurate to one ten thousandth of gram, the weighing accuracy of the toner directly influences the color difference of LED lamp beads, the weighing is very inconvenient, color matching operation among different batches inevitably causes the defects of color difference and the like of the LED lamp beads among different batches; in the process of adding the toner, the toner dust scatters everywhere, and environmental pollution of a production workshop is easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dark blue LED pouring sealant color paste aiming at the defects of inconvenient toner weighing, color difference of LED lamp bead appearance, workshop environmental pollution and the like in the prior color matching technology, so as to improve the accuracy and convenience of LED pouring sealant color matching, reduce the workshop environmental pollution, improve the color consistency of lamp beads in different batches and effectively avoid the color difference of the lamp bead appearance.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the basic color paste A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of epoxy resin, 1-2 parts of GS green powder and 0.1-0.2 part of matting powder; the basic color paste B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of epoxy resin, 1-2 parts of FN violet-blue toner and 0.1-0.2 part of color paste stabilizer.
The epoxy resin is at least one of bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol F epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin and alicyclic epoxy resin. The epoxy equivalent of the epoxy resin is matched with that of the LED pouring sealant, and preferably at least one of bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol F epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin and alicyclic epoxy resin with the epoxy equivalent of 110-200. Epoxy equivalent means grams of epoxy resin containing one equivalent of epoxy groups.
The GS green powder is weak acid green GS.
The matting powder is used for reducing the glossiness of the color paste and is at least one of calcium carbonate, cellulose acetate and silicon dioxide.
The FN purple blue toner: pigment blue 15: 2.
The color paste stabilizer is at least one of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole, 2, 4-dihydroxy benzophenone and 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone, and is used for ensuring the color stability of the color paste and the color stability of the finally produced LED lamp bead.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the dark blue LED pouring sealant color paste, which comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the formula; mixing and uniformly stirring epoxy resin, GS (yellow-green) toner and flatting powder at the temperature of 20-90 ℃ to obtain basic color paste A; mixing and uniformly stirring epoxy resin, FN (FN) violet-blue powder and a color paste stabilizer at 20-90 ℃ to obtain a basic color paste B; and weighing the basic color paste A and the basic color paste B according to the formula, mixing and uniformly stirring at 20-90 ℃ to obtain the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste.
Preferably, the temperature range during mixing and stirring is 70-80 ℃. When the temperature is lower than the above temperature, the viscosity of the epoxy resin is high, and the materials are not easy to disperse uniformly; above this temperature, the epoxy resin is prone to yellowing, which affects the color consistency of the color paste.
The invention also aims to provide application of the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste in the LED pouring sealant color mixing field, in particular application in the LED infrared receiving tube pouring sealant color mixing field, wherein the weight ratio of the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste to the LED pouring sealant is 1-3: 199-197, and when the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste is used for color mixing of the LED infrared receiving tube pouring sealant, most visible light can be filtered, and stray light signal interference is reduced.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the color paste is prepared from the toner and used for the color matching process of the LED packaging adhesive, so that the accuracy and convenience of the color matching of the LED packaging adhesive are improved, and the dust pollution of a production workshop is reduced; the consistency of the appearance color of the lamp beads is improved, and the color difference of the appearances of the LED lamp beads in different batches is avoided. Meanwhile, the extinction powder and the color paste stabilizer are added in the color paste preparation process, so that the color paste stability and the color stability of the appearance of the LED lamp bead are improved.

The dark blue LED pouring sealant color paste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of basic color paste A and 0.5-5 parts of basic color paste B; the basic color paste A comprises, by weight, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 1-5 parts of GS (yellow Green blue) toner and 0.1-0.5 part of matting agent, and the basic color paste B comprises, by weight, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 1-5 parts of FN (FN) violet-blue toner and 0.1-0.5 part of color paste stabilizer.
The GS green powder is weak acid green GS; the FN purple blue toner: pigment blue 15: 2.
The preparation method of the dark blue LED pouring sealant color paste comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the formula; mixing and uniformly stirring epoxy resin, GS (yellow-green) toner and flatting powder at the temperature of 20-90 ℃ to obtain basic color paste A; mixing and uniformly stirring epoxy resin, FN (FN) violet-blue powder and a color paste stabilizer at 20-90 ℃ to obtain a basic color paste B; and weighing the basic color paste A and the basic color paste B according to the formula, mixing and uniformly stirring at 20-90 ℃ to obtain the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste.

Weighing 10.00g of bisphenol A type epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of GS (yellow wine) green powder and 0.10g of calcium carbonate, mixing and uniformly stirring at 70-80 ℃ to obtain basic color paste A; weighing 10.00g of bisphenol A type epoxy resin (the epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of FN violet-blue powder and 0.50g of 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole, mixing at 70-80 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a basic color paste B; weighing 1.00g of basic color paste A and 0.50g of basic color paste B0.50g, mixing and uniformly stirring at 70-80 ℃ to obtain the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste.
Example 2
Weighing 10.00g of alicyclic epoxy resin (the epoxy equivalent is 125-135), 1.00g of GS (yellow wine) green powder and 0.10g of cellulose acetate, mixing and uniformly stirring at 20-30 ℃ to obtain basic color paste A; weighing 10.00g of alicyclic epoxy resin (the epoxy equivalent is 125-135), 1.00g of FN violet-blue powder and 0.50g of phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, mixing at 20-30 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a basic color paste B; weighing 1.00g of basic color paste A and 2.00g of basic color paste B, and mixing and uniformly stirring at 20-30 ℃ to obtain the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste.
Example 3
Weighing 10.00g of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of GS (yellow wine) green powder and 0.10g of silicon dioxide, mixing at 85-90 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain basic color paste A; weighing 10.00g of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of FN violet-blue toner and 0.50g of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone, mixing and uniformly stirring at 85-90 ℃ to obtain a basic color paste B; weighing 1.00g of basic color paste A and 5.00g of basic color paste B, and mixing and stirring uniformly at 85-90 ℃ to obtain the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste.
Example 4
Weighing 10.00g of bisphenol F type epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of GS (yellow wine) green powder and 0.10g of silicon dioxide, mixing and uniformly stirring at 85-90 ℃ to obtain basic color paste A; weighing 10.00g of bisphenol F type epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of FN violet-blue toner and 0.50g of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, mixing and uniformly stirring at 85-90 ℃ to obtain a basic color paste B; weighing basic color paste A1.00g and basic color paste B1.00g, mixing and stirring uniformly at 85-90 ℃ to obtain the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste.

Weighing 10.00g of bisphenol F type epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of GS (yellow wine) green powder and 0.10g of cellulose acetate, mixing and uniformly stirring at 70-80 ℃ to obtain basic color paste A; weighing 10.00g of bisphenol F type epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of FN violet-blue powder and 0.50g of 2, 4-dihydroxy benzophenone, mixing and uniformly stirring at 70-80 ℃ to obtain a basic color paste B; weighing 1.00g of basic color paste A and 2.00g of basic color paste B, and mixing and stirring uniformly at 70-80 ℃ to obtain the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste.

Weighing 10.00g of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of GS (yellow wine) green powder and 0.10g of calcium carbonate, mixing at 50-60 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain basic color paste A; weighing 10.00g of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent is 180-190), 1.00g of FN violet-blue toner and 0.50g of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone, mixing at 50-60 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a basic color paste B; weighing the basic color paste A1.00g and the basic color paste B0.80g, and mixing and uniformly stirring at 50-60 ℃ to obtain the deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste.
Application example 1
Weighing 10.00g of the dark blue LED pouring sealant color paste obtained in the example 1 and 490g of LED pouring sealant 6004A (New Nanjing Qiangshan material Co., Ltd.), mixing, and preheating at 65-70 ℃ for 30 min; then adding 500g of LED pouring sealant 6004B (New Nanjing Qiangshan material Co., Ltd.), mixing and stirring uniformly, and carrying out pouring and sealing process operation. The mixed gel was cured into a 2mm thick sheet and subjected to uv spectrum scanning to obtain a uv spectrum (see fig. 1).

The mixed gel was cured into a 2mm thick sheet and subjected to uv spectrum scanning to obtain a uv spectrum (see fig. 2).

Weighing 15.00g of the dark blue LED pouring sealant color paste obtained in the embodiment 6 and 15.00g of the LED pouring sealant 6004A485g, mixing, and preheating at 65-70 ℃ for 30 min; and adding the LED pouring sealant 6004B500g, mixing and stirring uniformly, and performing pouring and sealing process operation. The mixed gel was cured into a 2mm thick sheet and subjected to uv spectrum scanning to obtain a uv spectrum (see fig. 3).
As can be seen from fig. 1, 2 and 3, the color paste of the present invention is used for LED encapsulation, and has an absorption efficiency of more than 80% for visible light below 700nm and a transmittance of more than 80% for near-infrared light above 700 nm.
Claims (9)
1. The dark blue LED pouring sealant color paste is characterized by being prepared by mixing a basic color paste A and a basic color paste B according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.5-5; the basic color paste A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 1-5 parts of GS green powder and 0.1-0.5 part of matting powder; the basic color paste B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 1-5 parts of FN violet-blue toner and 0.1-0.5 part of color paste stabilizer; the GS green powder is weak acid green GS; the FN purple blue toner is pigment blue 15: 2; the epoxy resin is at least one of bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol F epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin and alicyclic epoxy resin.

The deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste of claim 1, wherein the basic color paste A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of epoxy resin, 1-2 parts of GS green powder and 0.1-0.2 part of matting powder; the basic color paste B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of epoxy resin, 1-2 parts of FN violet-blue toner and 0.1-0.2 part of color paste stabilizer.
3. The deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste according to claim 1, wherein the epoxy resin is at least one of bisphenol A type epoxy resin, bisphenol F type epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol A type epoxy resin, and alicyclic epoxy resin with an epoxy equivalent of 110-200.
4. The deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste of claim 1, wherein the matting powder is at least one of calcium carbonate, cellulose acetate and silicon dioxide.
5. The deep blue LED pouring sealant color paste of claim 1, wherein the color paste stabilizer is at least one of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole, 2, 4-dihydroxybenzophenone, and 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone.

The preparation method of the dark blue LED pouring sealant color paste of claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: weighing the components according to the formula; epoxy resin, GS green powder and matting powder are mixed at 20-90 DEGoC, uniformly mixing to obtain basic color paste A; epoxy resin, FN violet-blue powder and color paste stabilizer are added in the amount of 20-90%oC, uniformly mixing to obtain basic color paste B; weighing the basic color paste A and the basic color paste B according to the formula, wherein the ratio of the basic color paste A to the basic color paste B is 20-90oAnd C, uniformly mixing to obtain the dark blue LED pouring sealant color paste.
