In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme that the polarized light plate attaching machine for producing the navigation screen comprises a shell, a rubberizing mechanism and a film tearing mechanism, wherein the inside of the shell is of a hollow structure, the rubberizing mechanism is arranged at the left end of the inside of the shell, and the film tearing mechanism is arranged in the middle of the inside of the shell.

When the automatic glue applying device works, firstly, the glue applying electric sliding block drives the supporting plate to slide leftwards to a proper position, the glue applying electric push rod stretches and contracts to drive the glue applying plate to move rightwards, the glue applying hook enters the glue applying hole, the adhesive tape can be fixed on the glue applying hook, the glue fixing electric sliding block moves the glue fixing plate to the lower part of the cutting knife, the glue applying electric sliding block is adjusted to a proper position, and the glue applying electric push rod stretches and contracts to cut off the adhesive tape; then, the glue fixing electric sliding block moves the glue fixing block below the glue applying port, the glue fixing electric push rod stretches and contracts to fix the adhesive tape on the glue applying port, the right end of the adhesive tape is attached to the release film at the lower end of the polarizing plate, the adhesive tape is double-sided glue, and the glue applying plate, the glue applying hook and the glue applying block are all made of non-adhesive materials with the double-sided glue; then, heating the heating plate to 35 ℃, and moving the film tearing cylinder to the lower part of the glue applying opening by the rotation of the film tearing motor, so that the film tearing cylinder is adhered to the adhesive tape by the telescopic movement of the film tearing electric push rod; finally, the dyestripping motor drives the chain through rotating the fluted disc and rotates, the chain drives the dyestripping fluted disc to rotate, the dyestripping fluted disc rotates and drives the dyestripping section of thick bamboo to rotate, the dyestripping spring can guarantee that the upper end of dyestripping section of thick bamboo is laminated with the shape membrane all the time, the heating plate can be with the glue film heating of polarizing plate below to suitable temperature, the dyestripping section of thick bamboo rotates can take off the shape membrane, can not damage the glue film of polarizing plate again simultaneously, can solve the navigation screen and paste the polarizing plate because improper operation leads to polarizing plate edge glue film to produce the condition that the pad pasting edge that damage arouses produces unfilled corner or edge can't laminate, and tear the pad pasting that arouses from shape membrane speed too fast produces light halo and bubble scheduling problem, can realize the high-quality subsides of navigation screen.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention can solve the problems that when the polarized light plate is pasted on the navigation screen, the edge of the film is damaged due to improper operation, the edge of the film is unfilled or the edge cannot be pasted, and the film is pasted with a halo and bubbles due to the excessively high tearing speed of the film, and the like, can realize the high-quality polarized light plate of the navigation screen, and has the advantages of no damage to the polarized light plate adhesive layer and high pasting quality.
2. The invention is provided with the rubberizing mechanism, the rubberizing mechanism can attach the double-sided adhesive tape to the release film of the polarizing plate, the structure of the rubberizing port facilitates the film tearing barrel to tear the release film, and particularly, the edge of the release film is prevented from being damaged;
3. The invention is provided with the film tearing mechanism, the heating sheet in the film tearing mechanism can heat the adhesive layer of the polarizing plate to a proper temperature, and the film tearing spring can ensure that the upper end of the outer side wall of the film tearing cylinder is always attached to the release film.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a polarizing plate attaching machine for producing a navigation screen comprises a shell 1, a rubberizing mechanism 2 and a film tearing mechanism 3, wherein the shell 1 is of a hollow structure, the rubberizing mechanism 2 is installed at the left end of the shell 1, and the film tearing mechanism 3 is installed in the middle of the shell 1.
The rubberizing mechanism 2 comprises an auxiliary plate 21, a rubberizing branched chain 22 is arranged on the left side of the lower end surface of the auxiliary plate 21, a rubberizing branched chain 23 is arranged at the lower end of the rubberizing branched chain 22, a rubberizing port is arranged on the right side of the lower end surface of the auxiliary plate 21, the rubberizing port is in a shape of a quarter circle on the left side, a slope structure gradually decreasing from the uppermost end of the circle to the right is formed, the rubberizing branched chain 22 comprises a mounting bracket 221, the mounting bracket 221 is uniformly arranged on the left side of the lower end surface of the auxiliary plate 21 from front to back, a rubberizing disc 222 is arranged in the mounting bracket 221 through a bearing, a cutting knife 223 is arranged on the right side of the mounting bracket 221, a rubberizing electric push rod 224 is arranged in the middle of the left inner side surface of the shell 1, a rubberizing plate 225 is arranged on the top end of the rubberizing electric push rod 224, rubberizing holes are uniformly arranged on the right side of the front to back of the shell 1, sliding grooves are symmetrically arranged in the front and back of the middle of the inner side of the shell 1, rubberizing electric sliding blocks 226 are connected in the sliding grooves in a sliding fit manner, a supporting plate 227 is arranged between the front and back rubberizing electric sliding blocks 226, rubberizing hooks 228 are uniformly arranged on the left end face of the supporting plate 227 from front to back, the rubberizing hooks 228 are in one-to-one correspondence with rubberizing holes, the upper end face of a cutting knife 223 is connected with the top end of a cutting electric push rod 2231, the bottom end of the cutting electric push rod 2231 is arranged on a cutting plate 2232, the cutting plate 2232 is arranged on the front and back inner side face of the shell 1, a fixed rubber branched chain 23 comprises a fixed rubber electric sliding block 231, sliding grooves are symmetrically arranged on the lower end of the front and back inner side face of the shell 1, fixed rubber electric sliding blocks 231 are connected in the sliding grooves in a sliding fit mode, a fixed rubber plate 232 is arranged between the front and back fixed rubber electric sliding blocks 231, a fixed rubber electric push rod 233 is arranged on the upper end face of the fixed rubber electric push rod 233, a connecting plate 234 is arranged on the top end face of the connecting plate 234 from left to right, the fixed glue block 235 is of a quadrangular frustum structure, when the fixed glue block is in operation, the glue feeding electric sliding block 226 drives the supporting plate 227 to slide leftwards to a proper position, the glue feeding electric push rod 224 stretches and contracts to drive the glue feeding plate 225 to move rightwards, the glue feeding hooks 228 enter the glue feeding holes and can fix the glue belt to the glue feeding hooks 228, the fixed glue electric sliding block 231 moves the fixed glue plate 232 to the lower side of the cutting knife 223, the fixed glue electric sliding block 226 is adjusted to a proper position, the cut electric push rod 2231 stretches and contracts to disconnect the glue belt, then the fixed glue electric sliding block 231 moves the fixed glue block 235 to the lower side of the glue feeding opening, the fixed glue electric push rod 233 stretches and contracts to fix the glue belt to the glue feeding opening, the right end of the glue belt is attached to a release film at the lower end of the polarizing plate 33, and the glue belt is made of double-sided glue and the glue feeding plate 225, the glue feeding hooks 228 and the fixed glue block 235 are all of non-adhesive materials with the double-sided glue, so that the glue belt is attached to the release film below the polarizing plate 33.
The film tearing mechanism 3 comprises an attached electric push rod 31, the inner side surface of the shell 1 is uniformly provided with the attached electric push rod 31, the top end of the attached electric push rod 31 is provided with an adsorption plate 32, the adsorption plate 32 is adsorbed with a polarizing plate 33, the middle part of the front inner side surface and the rear inner side surface of the shell 1 are symmetrically provided with an extension plate 34, the front side of the upper end surface of the extension plate 34 is provided with a fixed plate 35, the middle part of the fixed plate 35 is provided with a limit groove, the left side and the right side of the fixed plate 35 are symmetrically provided with a rotating shaft 36 through a bearing, the front end of the rotating shaft 36 is provided with a rotating fluted disc 37, the rear end of the left rotating shaft 36 is connected with the output shaft of a film tearing motor 38 through a coupler, the film tearing motor 38 is arranged on the extension plate 34 through a motor seat, the left rotating fluted disc 37 is connected through a chain 39, the middle part of the chain 39 is meshed with a film tearing branched chain 4, the left side of the front end surface of the extension plate 34 is provided with a film tearing plate 310, the upper end of the film tearing plate 310 is provided with a film tearing electric push rod 311, the top end of the film tearing electric push rod 311 is provided with a film tearing block 312, the upper end of the film tearing block 312 is of an arc structure, the film tearing branched chain 4 comprises a film tearing fluted disc 41, the middle part of a chain 39 is meshed with the film tearing fluted disc 41, the rear end surface of the film tearing fluted disc 41 is provided with a limiting rod 42, the limiting rod 42 is arranged in a limiting groove, a film tearing shaft 43 is arranged between the front and rear film tearing fluted discs 41, the side wall of the film tearing shaft 43 is uniformly provided with a film tearing spring 44 along the circumferential direction, the top end of the film tearing spring 44 is provided with a film tearing cylinder 45, the inside of the film tearing cylinder 45 is provided with a heating plate 46, in operation, the heating plate 46 is heated to 35 ℃, the film tearing motor 38 rotates to move the film tearing cylinder 45 to the lower part of a rubberizing opening, the film tearing electric push rod 311 stretches and stretches, the film tearing cylinder 45 is adhered with an adhesive tape, then the film tearing motor 38 drives the chain 39 to rotate through the rotating fluted disc 37, the chain 39 drives and tears membrane fluted disc 41 rotation, and the rotation of membrane fluted disc 41 drives and tears membrane section of thick bamboo 45 and rotate, and the upper end that tears membrane spring 44 can guarantee to tear membrane section of thick bamboo 45 is laminated with the shape membrane all the time, and heating plate 46 can be with the glue film heating of polarizing plate 33 below to suitable temperature, and the rotation of membrane section of thick bamboo 45 can take off the shape membrane, can not damage the glue film of polarizing plate 33 again simultaneously to the edge glue film is damaged when having avoided tearing the shape membrane, damages the problem of glue film when tearing the shape membrane speed too fast.
When the automatic glue applying device works, firstly, the glue applying electric sliding block 226 drives the supporting plate 227 to slide leftwards to a proper position, the glue applying electric push rod 224 stretches and contracts to drive the glue applying plate 225 to move rightwards, the glue applying hook 228 enters into the glue applying hole, a glue belt can be fixed on the glue applying hook 228, the glue fixing electric sliding block 231 moves the glue fixing plate 232 to the lower part of the cutting knife 223, the glue applying electric sliding block 226 is adjusted to a proper position, and the glue belt is disconnected by the stretching and contracting movement of the cutting electric push rod 2231; then, the glue fixing electric sliding block 231 moves the glue fixing block 235 below the glue applying port, the glue fixing electric push rod 233 stretches and contracts to fix the adhesive tape on the glue applying port, the right end of the adhesive tape is attached to the release film at the lower end of the polarizing plate 33, the adhesive tape is double-sided adhesive, and the glue applying plate 225, the glue applying hook 228 and the glue applying block are all made of non-adhesive materials with the double-sided adhesive; then, the heating plate 46 is heated to 35 ℃, the film tearing motor 38 rotates to move the film tearing cylinder 45 below the glue applying opening, and the film tearing electric push rod 311 stretches and contracts, so that the film tearing cylinder 45 is adhered to the adhesive tape; finally, the dyestripping motor 38 drives the chain 39 to rotate through rotating the fluted disc 37, the chain 39 drives the dyestripping fluted disc 41 to rotate, the dyestripping fluted disc 41 rotates to drive the dyestripping section of thick bamboo 45 to rotate, the dyestripping spring 44 can guarantee that the upper end of the dyestripping section of thick bamboo 45 is laminated with the separation membrane all the time, the heating plate 46 can heat the glue film below the polarizing plate 33 to suitable temperature, the dyestripping section of thick bamboo 45 rotates and can take off the separation membrane, simultaneously can not damage the glue film of polarizing plate 33 again, the condition that the pad pasting edge that the damage caused because of improper operation leads to polarizing plate 33 edge glue film produces unfinished angle or edge can't be laminated, and the pad pasting that the speed of tearing off the shape membrane is too fast produces light halo and bubble scheduling problem has been reached the purpose.
