As shown in fig. 2, the online trimming device in the process of casting and rolling the strip steel provided by the invention further comprises at least one pair of deviation correcting sensors 9, wherein each pair of deviation correcting sensors 9 are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two sides of the roller table 6, the deviation correcting sensors 9 can monitor the position of strip steel in real time, and the position of the trimming assembly 4 is adjusted in real time according to detected data, so that the trimming quality is ensured.

The online trimming device and the online trimming method in the cast rolling production process of the strip steel can immediately carry out head cutting and trimming operations on the strip steel after cast rolling and forming, so that the strip steel is coiled after trimming operations are completed, a trimming production line does not need to be arranged at the downstream of an uncoiler, coiled strip steel does not need to be uncoiled and coiled again, and the production period can be effectively shortened; meanwhile, the online trimming device in the cast rolling production process of the strip steel can be directly arranged between the rolling mill and the coiling machine, can be monitored by operators of the rolling mill and the coiling machine, does not need additional configuration personnel, and is simple in structure and small in occupied space, so that the production cost can be effectively reduced; in addition, the strip steel is trimmed before being cooled, the uncooled strip steel has little abrasion to the trimming assembly, the service life of the trimming assembly can be effectively ensured, and the production cost is further reduced.

the flying shears and the trimming assemblies are sequentially distributed along the direction from the rolling mill to the coiling machine, and the trimming assemblies trim the strip steel before the strip steel is cooled;
The trimming assembly further comprises a base and two driving mechanisms, wherein the two trimming shears are arranged on the base in a reciprocating sliding manner through sliding rails, the sliding direction of the two trimming shears is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the strip steel, the two driving mechanisms are respectively connected with the two trimming shears, the two driving mechanisms can respectively drive the two trimming shears to slide along the two sliding rails and approach or separate from each other, and the two driving mechanisms can respectively drive the corresponding trimming shears to shear the strip steel;
