When the welding device is used for welding the arc welding seam, the rotary kinematic pair formed by the air pipe fixing assembly and the connecting support seat is used for adjusting the height of the supporting fixing frame, so that the circle center of the rotary kinematic pair and the axis of the arc welding seam are positioned on the same straight line, the protective air pipe moves circularly along with the air pipe fixing assembly, and the two sides of the welding seam are kept synchronous. Background
With the development of battery industry and chip industry, the demand of copper foil is increasing, so the demand of market for equipment for producing copper foil is also larger. The anode tank is used as an important component in copper foil preparing equipment by electrolyzing copper sulfate solution, and a large amount of argon arc welding is needed in the manufacturing and forming process.
According to the structural characteristics of the anode groove and the preparation process, part of the welding line is a long straight line and part of the welding line is a plurality of semicircular arcs, and the welding line needs to be simultaneously protected by argon at two sides due to the large volume. In the actual manufacturing process, the groove body is generally required to be vertically welded, and two persons are required to cooperate with a welder to protect the welding seam. This approach requires more manpower and is less efficient; in addition, the gas protection personnel on the back side of the welding line are difficult to keep synchronous with a welder due to light and the like, and the oxidation of the welding line is easy to cause.
