本发明涉及玻璃加工设备,具体涉及液晶玻璃点胶结构。
背景技术
点胶结构广泛应用于电子、电气、通讯器材等产业,现有的液晶玻璃点胶装置的定位不够准确,自动化程度低,某些动作需要人工操作完成,例如:空间直线插补、正交圆弧、正交椭圆、正交螺旋线插补等,如此通过人工修正产品位置的方式严重影响了生产效率,因此不能够满足生产的要求。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术的不足,而提供液晶玻璃点胶结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:液晶玻璃点胶结构,它包括传送轴、传送带、液晶玻璃、悬架、滑轨、激光定位器、储胶盒、软管、胶仓、点胶针头;激光定位器检测到传送带上有液晶玻璃时,储胶盒通过软管向胶仓输送胶水使点胶针头将胶水均匀点在液晶玻璃上。
作为一种优选:传送带由传送轴匀速带动,液晶玻璃放在传送带上匀速运动,储胶盒可在滑轨上左右移动。
作为一种优选:软管足够长,使储胶盒可在整个滑轨上移动。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过激光定位器检测到传送带上有液晶玻璃时,储胶盒通过软管向胶仓输送胶水使点胶针头将胶水均匀点在液晶玻璃上。以避免现有技术中人工调整位置的方式,实现自动化,有效地提高工作效率以及保证点胶的质量,提高了设备的加工精度。

实施例:
如图1所示:当电机启动,传送轴1带动传送带2匀速转动,使放在传送带2上的液晶玻璃3匀速移动,当液晶玻璃移动到激光定位器6发射出的激光正下方时,触动信号处理系统处理接收到的信号,将信号反馈给胶仓9,胶仓9通过软管8向储胶盒7输送软胶,使点胶针头10向液晶玻璃 3匀速加注软胶。悬架4固定在传送装置上方,滑轨5是固定在悬架4上使胶盒7可以来回滑动的装置,软管8足够长,使储胶盒7可在整个滑轨5上移动。
本发明通过激光定位器检测到传送带上有液晶玻璃时,储胶盒通过软管向胶仓输送胶水使点胶针头将胶水均匀点在液晶玻璃上。以避免现有技术中人工调整位置的方式,实现自动化,有效地提高工作效率以及保证点胶的质量,提高了设备的加工精度。

1.液晶玻璃点胶结构,其特征在于:它包括传送轴、传送带、液晶玻璃、悬架、滑轨、激光定位器、储胶盒、软管、胶仓、点胶针头;激光定位器检测到传送带上有液晶玻璃时,储胶盒通过软管向胶仓输送胶水使点胶针头将胶水均匀点在液晶玻璃上,所述的传送带由传送轴匀速带动,所述的液晶玻璃放在传送带上匀速运动,所述的储胶盒可在滑轨上左右移动。
