Abstract

本发明公开了一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，包含以下重量百分含量的组分：乙醇10～50％、矿物盐0.01～1％、表面活性剂0.1～0.5％、增稠剂0.1～1％、保湿剂1～5％、抗菌剂0.01～0.05％、pH调节剂0.01～0.5％，去离子水余量。本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液具有以下优点：(1)低刺激性，具有一定的保湿、护肤功效；(2)具有较好的抑菌、除菌效果，(3)免水洗，速干清爽。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁洗涤用品，具体涉及一种矿物盐免洗洗手液。
背景技术
日常生活中，人们需要频繁地使用双手与外界进行接触，因此手是最容易污染的身体部位，也是传染病菌的重要渠道。洗手液作为一种针对手部清洗的皮肤清洁剂，能够保持手部的清洁卫生，对预防疾病，保障身体健康具有非常重要的意义。
目前，市场上的洗手液可分为冲洗型和免洗型。冲洗型洗手液需借助水使用，但是很多场合用水不便，难以洗手，具有局限性。免洗洗手液可直接涂抹于手部肌肤，待其自然风干即可，具有携带方便、免水洗、随时随地都可以清洁双手等优点。而目前免洗洗手液通常只具有清洁抑菌作用，加入的抗菌剂的存在一定刺激性，长期使用可能会导致皮肤粗糙。因此，市场中需要一种既能达到清洁抑菌作用，又能够对皮肤起到滋润和保湿的洗手液产品。
矿物盐是一种低成本并且具有多种护肤效果的添加物。除了具有清洁消毒、消炎抑菌的作用，矿物盐对于常见的皮肤炎症，如粉刺，骚痒等能起到一定的治疗和改善作用。因此，含有矿物盐的日化产品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种矿物盐免洗洗手液。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案如下：
一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，包含以下重量百分含量的组分：乙醇10～50％、矿物盐0.01～1％、表面活性剂0.1～0.5％、增稠剂0.1～1％、保湿剂1～5％、抗菌剂0.01～0.05％、pH调节剂0.01～0.5％、去离子水余量。
作为本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液的优选实施方式，所述矿物盐为海盐、湖盐和深井盐中的一种或多种。所述矿物盐中含有的镁、钾、钙、钠、锌以及氯化物等矿物元素。
作为本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液的优选实施方式，所述表面活性剂为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、PEG-100氢化蓖麻油、吐温-20、吐温-60、吐温-80的一种或多种。
作为本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液的优选实施方式，所述增稠剂为天然或合成高分子聚合物，包括羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶、卡波姆中的一种或多种。
作为本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液的优选实施方式，所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇和丁二醇中的一种或多种。
作为本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液的优选实施方式，所述抗菌剂为苯扎氯铵、苄索氯铵、西曲氯铵、西吡氯铵和o-伞花烃-5-醇中的一种或多种。
作为本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液的优选实施方式，所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾混合物，调节pH值至6.0～7.0。
本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液的外观为透明至半透明。
本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液为泡沫型或凝胶型。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明提供了一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，本发明所述矿物盐免洗洗手液具有以下优点：
(1)低刺激性，具有一定的保湿、护肤功效；
(2)具有较好的抑菌、除菌效果；
(3)免水洗，速干清爽。

为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点，下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1～7
表1实施例1～7所述矿物盐免洗洗手液的配方
按照GB 15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》附录C规定，评价上述实施例对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌效果，作用时间5分钟。结果参见表2。由表2可看出，本发明的矿物盐免洗洗手液具有良好的抑菌、杀菌效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，其特征在于，包含以下重量百分含量的组分：乙醇10～50％、矿物盐0.01～1％、表面活性剂0.1～0.5％、增稠剂0.1～1％、保湿剂1～5％、抗菌剂0.01～0.05％、pH调节剂0.01～0.5％，去离子水余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，其特征在于，所述矿物盐为海盐、湖盐和深井盐中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求2所述矿物盐免洗洗手液矿物盐免洗洗手液，其特征在于，所述表面活性剂为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、PEG-100氢化蓖麻油、吐温-20、吐温-60、吐温-80的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，其特征在于，所述增稠剂为天然或合成高分子聚合物，包括羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶、卡波姆中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，其特征在于，所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇和丁二醇中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，其特征在于，所述抗菌剂为苯扎氯铵、苄索氯铵、西曲氯铵、西吡氯铵和o-伞花烃-5-醇中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，其特征在于，所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾混合物，调节pH值至6.0～7.0。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，其特征在于，所述矿物盐免洗洗手液的外观为透明至半透明。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种矿物盐免洗洗手液，其特征在于，所述矿物盐免洗洗手液为泡沫型或凝胶型。
