The environmental protection lavatory according to claim 2, wherein said transfer gripper head comprises at least two grippers comprising two gripper arms, said two gripper arms being hinged and said two gripper arms having a gripping state gripping said plastic bag and a releasing state releasing said plastic bag.
5. The environmental protection lavatory according to claim 4, wherein at least two clips are mounted on said plastic bag, said clip arms clipping corresponding said clips.

The environmental protection lavatory of claim 5, wherein said clamping piece includes first connection piece, second connection piece and centre gripping piece, first connection piece with one side of second connection piece articulates, the opposite side interval of first connection piece and second connection piece is arranged and all is connected on the plastic bag, the centre gripping piece is connected in first connection piece with the articulated position department of second connection piece.
7. A tower crane comprising a vehicle body and an environmental protection lavatory according to any one of claims 1-6, said environmental protection lavatory being mounted on said vehicle body.
