The housing 10 of the face washing apparatus 100 includes a first soft layer 11 and a second soft layer 12 with different hardness, wherein the hardness of the first soft layer 11 is greater than that of the second soft layer 12, and simulates the skin tissue of a human body, so that the exterior of the face washing apparatus 100 has skin touch, and the skin irritation is reduced, and the user experience is improved.

The housing 10 includes a cleaning surface portion 10a at the front end of the face washing machine 100 and a hand-held portion 10b at the side of the face washing machine 100.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the second soft layer 12 covers the inner surface of the first soft layer 11 in the area corresponding to the cleansing part 10a and the hand-holding part 10b, so that both the cleansing part 10a and the hand-holding part 10b can generate soft touch feeling, on one hand, the skin of the face is prevented from being stimulated, on the other hand, the user feels comfortable when holding the hand-holding part 10b, and the user experience is improved.
In other embodiments, the second soft layer 12 only partially covers the inner surface of the first soft layer 11, for example, referring to fig. 1, the second soft layer 12 may only cover the region of the first soft layer 11 corresponding to the hand-held portion 10b.
When the second soft layer 12 covers the region of the first soft layer 11 corresponding to the hand-held portion 10b, the second soft layer 12 can buffer the vibration generated by the vibration element 40 to some extent, and prevent the user from feeling the hand-tingling when using the face washing apparatus 100 for a long time.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, the face washing apparatus 100 further includes a first inner case 20, a second inner case 30, and a vibration element 40, wherein the first inner case 20 and the second inner case 30 are accommodated in the outer case 10, the vibration element 40 is disposed on the first inner case 20, the first inner case 20 is connected with the face cleaning portion 10a, the second inner case 30 is connected with the hand-held portion 10b, the face washing apparatus 100 further includes a plurality of vibration absorbing assemblies 50, the vibration absorbing assemblies 50 include an elastic member 51, one end of the elastic member 51 is connected with the first inner case 20, and the other end is connected with the second inner case 30.
The vibration element 40 causes the face washing unit 100 to generate sound wave pulsation when the face washing unit 10a contacts with the face, and deep skin is cleaned by the sound wave, and dirty things are 'beaten' from the deep of pores, so that the purpose of washing the face is achieved, and the face washing effect is improved. The vibration member 40 generates high frequency vibration to attenuate vibration of the hand-held portion 10b of the face washing machine 100 by providing the damper assembly 50 between the first and second inner housings 20 and 30, thereby preventing a user from feeling a hand-tingling when using the face washing machine 100 for a long time and improving the use comfort of the face washing machine 100.
The vibration element 40 includes a motor, wherein an axis of the motor is parallel to the cleaning surface portion.
In the first embodiment, the elastic member 51 is a spring. Referring to fig. 3, the elastic member 51 includes a first mounting portion 511, a main body 512, and a second mounting portion 513, wherein the first mounting portion 511 and the second mounting portion 513 are connected to two ends of the main body 512, the first mounting portion 511 is disposed on the first inner housing 20, and the second mounting portion 513 is disposed on the second inner housing 30.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cross-sectional dimension of the first mounting portion 511 is larger than that of the main body 512, the first inner housing 20 is provided with a bayonet 21, and the first mounting portion 511 is accommodated in the bayonet 21. Further, the first inner case 20 includes a base 22 and an upper cover 23, the bayonet 21 is formed on the base 22, the first mounting portion 511 is placed in the bayonet 21, and the upper cover 23 is fixed to the base 22 by screws. The first inner case 20 is designed as a separate structure, facilitating the installation and fixation of the first installation part 511. The upper cover 23 and the base 22 together form a clamp for the first mounting portion 511, so that the first mounting portion 511 and the first inner housing 20 are prevented from being separated from each other.
A groove is formed between the base 22 and the upper cover 23 for mounting the motor. In one embodiment, the plurality of posts 31 are equally spaced along the sidewall of the second inner housing 30.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the damper assembly 50 further includes a damper pad 52, wherein a portion of the damper pad 52 is received in the mounting groove 311 and protrudes from the second inner housing 30, the damper pad 52 is provided with a through hole 522, and the elastic member 51 is inserted through the through hole 522. The shock pad 52 wraps the elastic member 51, so that abnormal sound generated by mutual collision of other components can be relieved when the motor works.
Also, when the first inner case 20 moves in a direction approaching the second inner case 30, the damper pad 52 is clamped between the first inner case 20 and the second inner case 30 such that a gap is formed between the first inner case 20 and the second inner case 30, thereby damping vibration of the first inner case 20.
The shock pad 52 is formed with a flange 521, and the flange 521 abuts against the end surface of the boss 31, so that the shock pad 52 is at least partially exposed to the outside of the second inner case 30.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the mounting groove 311 is formed with a stepped portion 311a, and an end portion of the shock pad 52 abuts against the stepped portion 311a to support the shock pad 52.
Referring to fig. 6, the outer shell 10 is provided with an opening 13, after the first inner shell 20 and the second inner shell 30 are assembled, the first inner shell 20 and the second inner shell 30 are plugged into the outer shell 10 through the opening 13, and it can be understood that the outer shell 10 can be elastically deformed, and the size of the opening 13 is smaller than that of the first inner shell 20 or the second inner shell 30. The face washing apparatus 100 further comprises a rear cover 80, the rear cover 80 is provided with a buckle 83, the outer casing 10 is provided with a plurality of through holes 14, and the second inner casing 30 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of clamping holes 32. Referring to fig. 2, the rear cover 80 includes a main body 81 and a blocking piece 82 disposed on the main body 81, when the rear cover 80 is covered on the opening 13 of the housing 10, the blocking piece 82 is attached to the periphery of the housing 10, so as to ensure the sealing between the housing 10 and the rear cover 80, realize water resistance, and avoid the internal structure from being wet during the use of the face washing apparatus 100.
In the above embodiment, the housing 10 and the rear cover 80 are designed as a separate structure. It should be noted that, the housing 10 and the rear cover 80 may be designed as an integrally formed structure, as the process allows.
In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the elastic member 51' is a rubber bellows. The first inner shell 20 and the second inner shell 30 are respectively provided with a matching part 20a/30a, and two ends of the rubber bellows are respectively clamped on the matching part 20a of the first inner shell 20 and the matching part 30a of the second inner shell 30.

the side wall of the second inner shell is provided with a plurality of convex columns, the convex columns are provided with mounting grooves, and the other end of the elastic piece is positioned in the mounting grooves;
the damping assembly further comprises a damping pad, the damping pad is partially accommodated in the mounting groove and protrudes out of the second inner shell, the damping pad is provided with a through hole, and the elastic piece penetrates through the through hole;
the shock pad is formed with a flange, and the flange is propped against the end face of the convex column.

The face washing machine of claim 4, wherein the elastic member comprises a first mounting portion, a main body and a second mounting portion, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are connected to two ends of the main body, the first mounting portion is disposed on the first inner shell, and the second mounting portion is disposed on the second inner shell.
6. The face washing machine of claim 5, wherein the first mounting portion has a cross-sectional dimension that is greater than a cross-sectional dimension of the main body, the first inner housing being provided with a bayonet, the first mounting portion being received within the bayonet.
