Abstract
The invention provides a threshing method for reducing the stem content of secondary processing tobacco strips, which comprises the following specific steps: (1) before the tobacco moistening procedure, detecting the stem content of tobacco leaves of each processing grade, calculating the composite stem content according to the feeding proportion, and dividing the tobacco leaves of the mixed grade into three types according to the stem content of less than 1.8 percent, 1.8-3.0 percent and more than 3.0 percent; (2) the method comprises the steps of (1) carrying out online selection, leaf moistening and impurity removal on mixed-grade tobacco leaves, then feeding the mixed-grade tobacco leaves into a threshing production line, then threshing the mixed-grade tobacco leaves for four times, firstly determining whether a frame fence is arranged according to different stem content rates, then setting the shape and the size of the frame fence and the rotating speed of a threshing roller, and (3) carrying out threshing, normally redrying the leaves, and separately collecting and boxing tobacco stems. The invention has simple process, reasonable design, strong operability and easy production implementation, optimizes the structure of the tobacco sheet, reduces the stem removing strength in the production process of the cigarette, and reduces the tobacco shred loss in the stem removing process.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco threshing and redrying, and particularly relates to a threshing method for reducing the stem content of secondary processing tobacco strips.
Background
The development scale of the cigarettes tends to be stable, and the quality and the structure of the cigarettes tend to be improved to ensure the stable increase of the tax. Therefore, the requirements of cigarette development on the quality of raw materials are also improved, and particularly, the requirements on the quality of the raw materials of tobacco leaves are higher due to the rapid development of fine cigarettes. The raw material supply of the current cigarette industry enterprises has two problems, one is that the stock raw material grade structure can not meet the requirement of cigarette brand improvement structure; on the other hand, the stem content in the raw material leaves of the tobacco flakes is higher, and the requirement of high quality of the thin cigarettes cannot be met. Therefore, part of industrial enterprises carry out secondary formula processing on the raw materials of the stored tobacco flakes, and the requirement of upgrading the raw materials is met. At present, most of domestic cigarette high-end and fine cigarette raw materials are purified and impurity-reduced mainly in a manual leaf selection mode, and the stem content in leaves is reduced, but the selection treatment cost is high.

(2) the mixed-grade tobacco leaves are subjected to links of on-line selection, leaf moistening and impurity removal, enter a threshing production line, are threshed for four times, whether frame rails are arranged or not is determined according to different stem-containing rates after threshing each time, and then specific frame rail shapes and sizes and threshing roller rotating speeds are set for threshing.

(2) the invention realizes the process requirement of reducing the stem content by means of threshing equipment and corresponding process parameters, and specifically realizes threshing by combining frame rails with different shapes, such as mutually combining a hexagonal frame rail and a circular frame rail, respectively adopting circular and hexagonal frame rails with different sizes in four threshing processes, and also mainly adjusting the process parameters corresponding to threshing sections, specifically adjusting the rotating speed of a threshing roller, so that the tobacco stem content of the secondary sheet tobacco processed by the invention is greatly reduced from 1.60-4.80% to 0.58-1.51%, and the stem removing rate is 1.095-2.41%; the structure of the tobacco flakes is optimized, the large flake rate is reduced, and the medium flake rate and the small flake rate are improved.
(3) The stem removing strength in the cigarette production process is reduced, and the tobacco shred loss in the stem removing process is reduced.

The tobacco flake structure is optimized, and the content proportion of different leaves changes (%) before and after processing:
from the detection data and analysis conditions before and after the processing of the tobacco flakes, the tobacco stem content is greatly reduced from 1.60-4.80 percent to 0.58-1.51 percent, and the stem removing rate is 1.095-2.41 percent. The structure of the tobacco flakes is optimized, and the method is more suitable for the production requirement of cigarette cut tobacco, wherein the large flake rate is greatly reduced, the medium flake rate is slightly improved, and the small flake rate and the large fragment rate are obviously increased. The tobacco stem content of the tobacco flakes is obviously reduced, the stem removing strength in the cigarette production process is obviously reduced, and the tobacco shred loss in the stem removing process is reduced.
