一种陶瓷棉,所述的陶瓷棉各组分包括以下重量份数的原料:焦宝石10~60、玄武石10~60、水性聚氨酯5~30、粘接剂5~30、青石棉5~30、石油焦5~30、丁腈胶5~30、石墨粉5~30、氟化钙5~30、二硫化钼5~30、预氧丝5~30、硝酸锆1~10、硝酸锰1~10、硝酸铈1~10、二氧化硅1~10、氢氧化镁1~10;所述粘结剂为甲醛、尿素、氢氧化钠组成。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑防火、保温材料相关领域,具体涉及一种陶瓷棉。
背景技术
陶瓷纤维是一种高效绝热材料,具有重量轻、强度高、抗氧化、导热率低、柔软性好、 耐腐蚀、热容小及隔音等特点。普通陶瓷纤维又称硅酸铝纤维,因其主要成分之一是氧化铝。普通陶瓷保温棉用作高温加热炉的保温层使用时,由于其重量轻,质地松散,大量气孔会使热量散失,起不到保温的作用,本发明提供了一种比重大,质地紧密,保温效果好的陶瓷保温棉,尤其适用于高温加热炉的保温层。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决的现有技术中的问题,提供一种陶瓷棉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种陶瓷棉,所述的陶瓷棉各组分包括以下重量份数的原料:焦宝石10~60、玄武石10~60、水性聚氨酯5~30、粘接剂5~30、青石棉5~30、石油焦5~30、丁腈胶5~30、石墨粉5~30、氟化钙5~30、二硫化钼5~30、预氧丝5~30、硝酸锆1~10、硝酸锰1~10、硝酸铈1~10、二氧化硅1~10、氢氧化镁1~10;所述粘结剂为甲醛、尿素、氢氧化钠组成。
进一步,所述的一种陶瓷棉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将焦宝石和玄武石放入电炉熔化;
(2)步骤(1)所得产物加入水性聚氨酯、粘接剂、青石棉、石油焦、丁腈胶、石墨粉、氟化钙、二硫化钼、预氧丝、硝酸锆、硝酸锰、硝酸铈、二氧化硅、氢氧化镁进行混合,并用离心法拉丝,喷液集成后固化,冷却成型。
进一步,所述的粘结剂的制备方法为:
(1)将甲醛、尿素、氢氧化钠混合搅拌;
(2)将步骤(1)中搅拌混合物通过热水升温到60度,静置30分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合物再次通过热水升温到90度后备用。
具体实施方式
实施例:一种陶瓷棉,所述的陶瓷棉各组分包括以下重量份数的原料:焦宝石35、玄武石26、水性聚氨酯12、粘接剂18、青石棉9、石油焦10、丁腈胶8、石墨粉11、氟化钙8、二硫化钼6、预氧丝7、硝酸锆3、硝酸锰2、硝酸铈2、二氧化硅4、氢氧化镁5;所述粘结剂为甲醛、尿素、氢氧化钠组成。
所述的一种陶瓷棉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将焦宝石和玄武石放入电炉熔化;
(2)步骤(1)所得产物加入水性聚氨酯、粘接剂、青石棉、石油焦、丁腈胶、石墨粉、氟化钙、二硫化钼、预氧丝、硝酸锆、硝酸锰、硝酸铈、二氧化硅、氢氧化镁进行混合,并用离心法拉丝,喷液集成后固化,冷却成型。
所述的粘结剂的制备方法为:
(1)将甲醛、尿素、氢氧化钠混合搅拌;

1.一种陶瓷棉,其特征在于,所述的陶瓷棉各组分包括以下重量份数的原料:焦宝石10~60、玄武石10~60、水性聚氨酯5~30、粘接剂5~30、青石棉5~30、石油焦5~30、丁腈胶5~30、石墨粉5~30、氟化钙5~30、二硫化钼5~30、预氧丝5~30、硝酸锆1~10、硝酸锰1~10、硝酸铈1~10、二氧化硅1~10、氢氧化镁1~10;所述粘结剂为甲醛、尿素、氢氧化钠组成。
2.一种陶瓷棉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)先将焦宝石和玄武石放入电炉熔化;
(2)步骤(1)所得产物加入水性聚氨酯、粘接剂、青石棉、石油焦、丁腈胶、石墨粉、氟化钙、二硫化钼、预氧丝、硝酸锆、硝酸锰、硝酸铈、二氧化硅、氢氧化镁进行混合,并用离心法拉丝,喷液集成后固化,冷却成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷棉,其特征在于,所述的粘结剂的制备方法为:
(1)将甲醛、尿素、氢氧化钠混合搅拌;
(2)将步骤(1)中搅拌混合物通过热水升温到60度,静置30分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合物再次通过热水升温到90度后备用。
