Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, fig. 1 is an external view of a shoulder-contracting packaging bag 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a state diagram of the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the shoulder-contracting packaging bag 1 includes a box body 11 and a cover body 12.
The box 11 includes a front wall 111, a rear wall 112 and a top wall 113. The front wall 111 includes a plurality of front wall air columns 1111 arranged longitudinally. The front and bottom ends of the front wall air pillar 1111 define a first top edge E1 and a first bottom edge B1, respectively. The rear wall 112 is opposite to the front wall 111, and the rear wall 112 includes a plurality of rear wall air columns arranged in the longitudinal direction. The front end and the bottom end of the rear wall air pillar respectively define a second top edge E2 and a second bottom edge B2, and both sides of the rear wall 112 are bonded to both sides of the front wall 111, which may be all or part of the bonding, but the invention is not limited thereto. The back wall 112 and the front wall 111 are bonded by heat-sealing means to form two heat-seal segments 13, and a necking is formed between the heat-seal segments 13. Comprises a plurality of top air columns 1131, two sides of the top wall 113 are respectively connected to the first top edge E1 of the front wall 111 and the second top edge E2 of the rear wall 112 to respectively form a first accommodating space S1 and a transverse channel, the first accommodating space S1 is located inside the throat, and the transverse channel is located outside the throat.
The cover 12 can be combined with the box 11, the cover 12 includes a front wall 121, a rear wall 122 and a connecting wall 123, the front wall 121 is adhered to the rear wall 122, and the connecting wall 123 is connected to the bottom of the front wall 121 and the bottom of the rear wall 122 to form a second receiving space S2. In this embodiment, the front face wall 121 includes a plurality of front air columns 1213, the rear face wall 122 includes a plurality of rear air columns 1221, and the connecting face wall 123 includes a plurality of connecting air columns 1231.
In some embodiments, the box 11 and the cover 12 are separate components to assemble and package the product. In some embodiments, the shipped items are assembled, packaged in an attached manner. The present invention is not limited to the combination of the case 11 and the cap 12.
In some embodiments, the case 11 and the cover 12 are formed by a plurality of films through heat sealing and inflation. Of course, as mentioned above, when the box 11 and the cover 12 are separate components, they are made of different films. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rear face wall 122 is connected to the second bottom edge B2. In other words, in this embodiment, the case 11 and the cover 12 can be formed by a plurality of films through heat sealing, inflation, or heat sealing to bond the case 11 and the cover 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the transportation article is, for example, a bottle 2, such as a laundry detergent, dish detergent, or other cleaning article, in some embodiments, which contains a liquid. Therefore, it is important to protect the bottle body 21 from external impact and breakage. The bottle body 21 of the bottled material 2 can be placed in the first containing space S1, the heat-sealing joint blocks 13 are located above the bottle shoulder, the necking between the heat-sealing joint blocks 13 provides a space for placing the bottle neck 23, the bottle neck 23 is protected, and the bottle neck 23 is a place where the bottle cap 22 is combined with the bottle body 21, so that the risk of liquid leakage is high, the bottled material 2 can be effectively protected through the heat-sealing joint blocks 13 and the air column structure, particularly, part of the bottled material 2 has a pressure head structure (containing a spring), the neck is weak, and if the bottled material is packaged by the shoulder-shrinking type packaging bag 1, the bottled material can be effectively protected and cannot be damaged.
On the other hand, the cover 12 covers the lower portion of the bottle body 21 of the bottle 2, in this embodiment, the bottom end of the front wall 111 and the lower portion of the bottle body 21 are disposed in the cover 12, i.e. in the second receiving space S2, to protect the lower portion of the bottle body 21.
In addition, in this embodiment, the front wall 121 further includes a shrinking-expanding portion 1211 and two side portions 1212, the side portions 1212 are respectively located at two sides of the shrinking-expanding portion 1211, the shrinking-expanding portion 1211 includes a plurality of middle air columns 1211a, each side portion 1212 includes at least one side portion 1212 air column, wherein the volume of the middle air column 1211a is smaller than the volume of the side portion 1212 air column. The structure is designed to facilitate the user or user to operate the cap 12 to pull the front wall 121 open to fit the lower portion of the body 21 and the bottom end of the front wall 111.
Fig. 3 is an external view of the shoulder-contracting packaging bag 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2 is that the bottom end of the front wall 111 of the case 11 is located outside the cover 12. In other embodiments, the user can further adhere the bottom end of the front wall 111 to the cover 12 by means of gluing or heat sealing, and determine whether to close the cover 12 according to the user's requirement, so as to make the package of the shoulder-contracting type package bag 1 more secure. However, the invention is not limited.
Referring to fig. 4 to 5, fig. 4 is an external view of a shoulder-contracting packaging bag 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a state diagram of the embodiment shown in fig. 4 in use.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the front wall 111 further includes a main body 111a and a folded portion 111B, the main body 111a is adjacent to the folded portion 111B, the heat-sealing joint 13 is located on the main body 111a, the bottom end of the folded portion 111B is a first bottom edge B1, the folded portion 111B is folded by a folding line L and covers the main body 111a, and the first bottom edge B1 is adhered to the first top edge E1. With this structure, the bottle body 21 can be protected strongly, so that it can lie on a plane without being affected by pressure, and the protection of the bottle neck 23 is strengthened.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 5, the cross-section of the two sides of the transverse channel is a geometric shape, such as an inverted triangle, however, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in some embodiments, the cross-section may be a square shape according to the design and requirement of the user.
The size of the cross-section on both sides of the transverse channel is related to the extent to which the front wall 111 and the rear wall 112 are connected on both sides, the size and the position of the heat-seal segment 13. Generally speaking, the larger the cross section of the transverse channel, the more pressure can be distributed when the package bag 1 is pressed at the neck 23, protecting the cap 22 or the head structure.
Through the shoulder-contracting packaging bag of one or more embodiments of the invention, packaged objects, such as bottled objects, especially bottled objects with shoulder contracting, such as cleaning agents, laundry detergents and the like, can be protected. The bottle cap can protect the bottled objects from being collided by external force, can particularly protect the neck bodies (the joint of the bottle cap and the bottle body or a pressure head structure) of the bottled objects, effectively disperses pressure, prevents the bottled objects from being broken due to pressure in the conveying process or the carrying process, and achieves comprehensive protection.
