In the embodiment of the present invention, the first sidewall 104 is provided with the socket 116 into which the top end of the first spare structure 115 far from the third folding line 108 is inserted, so that when the packing box 1 is in the first box state, the top end of the first spare structure 115 can be inserted into the socket 116, the difficulty of bending the first sidewall 104 along the second middle folding line 113 and the first bottom wall 101 along the first middle folding line 112 is increased, the stability of the packing box 1 in the first box state is ensured, and meanwhile, the first spare structure 115 is prevented from being damaged or causing injury to workers during transportation of the packing box 1. Preferably, the patch socket 116 is symmetrically disposed about the second middle folding line 113, and the shape of the patch socket 116 includes, but is not limited to, a straight line shape, a V-shape and an arc shape, wherein when the V-shape or the arc shape is adopted, the protruding top end of the patch socket 116 faces the first bottom wall 101, and when the first spare structure 115 is inserted into the patch socket 116, the patch socket 116 has a good shielding effect on the first spare structure 115, and it is beneficial to ensure the stability of the connection between the first spare structure 115 and the patch socket 116.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, preferably, the folding box as described above, the first upper cover group 105 includes: a first front cover 1051 connected to the first front wall 102, a first rear cover 1052 connected to the first rear wall 103, and a first side cover 1053 connected to the first side wall 104;
wherein a first length of the first front cover 1051 is smaller than a first distance between the first front wall 102 and the first rear wall 103, the first length being a distance from an end of the first front cover 1051 away from the first front wall 102 to an end of the front cover connected to the first front wall 102;
the second length of the first rear lid 1052, which is the distance from the end of the rear lid remote from the first rear wall 103 to the end of the first rear lid 1052 that is connected to the first rear wall 103, is greater than the first distance;
the first side cover 1053 is formed in two parts along the third middle folding line 114, wherein a third length of the first part 10531 adjacent to the first front cover 1051 is equal to the first length, a fourth length of the second part 10532 adjacent to the first rear cover 1052 is equal to the second length, the third length is a distance from an end of the first part 10531 remote from the first side wall 104 to an end connected to the first side wall 104, and the fourth length is a distance from an end of the second part 10532 remote from the first side wall 104 to an end connected to the first side wall 104.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first upper cover group 105 includes: a first front cover 1051, a first back cover 1052, and two first side covers 1053, wherein a first length of the first front cover 1051 is less than a first distance, a second length of the first back cover 1052 is greater than the first distance, a third length of the first portion 10531 of the first side cover 1053 is equal to the first length, and a fourth length of the second portion 10532 of the first side cover 1053 is equal to the second length, such that the first back cover 1052 can close the first box when the carton 1 is formed into the first box; when the packing box 1 is formed into the first bag body state, the first rear cover 1052 and the first portion 10531 of the first side wall 104 form a third rear cover of the first bag body, and the first front wall 102 and the second portion 10532 of the first side wall 104 form a third front cover of the first bag body, so that the third rear cover can close the first bag body over the third front cover as the first length is greater than the second length; is beneficial to the all-round protection of the articles in the packing box 1 and avoids the articles from being lost.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5 to 7, preferably, the folding box as described above further includes: the buffer structure 2 is arranged in the packing box 1;
the buffer structure 2 includes: a second bottom wall 201, a second front wall 202, a second rear wall 203, two second side walls 204 and a second upper cover group 205 connected to each other;
wherein the front end of the second bottom wall 201 along the first direction is connected with the rear end of the second front wall 202 along the second direction and has a seventh folding line 206, the rear end of the second bottom wall 201 along the first direction is connected with the rear end of the second rear wall 203 along the second direction and has an eighth folding line 207, the front end and the rear end of the second bottom wall 201 along the third direction are respectively connected with the rear end of one second side wall 204 along the second direction and have a ninth folding line 208, the front end and the rear end of the second front wall 202 along the third direction are respectively connected with the front end of one second side wall 204 along the first direction and have a tenth folding line 209, the front end and the rear end of the second rear wall 203 along the third direction are respectively connected with the rear end of one second side wall 204 along the first direction and have an eleventh folding line 210, the joints of the second upper cover group 205 with the second front wall 202, the second rear wall 203 and the two second side walls 204 are formed as a twelfth folding line 211, the second bottom wall 201, the second front wall 202, the second rear wall 203, the two second side walls 204 and the second upper cover group 205 are bent by a seventh folding line 206, an eighth folding line 207, a ninth folding line 208, a tenth folding line 209, an eleventh folding line 210 and a twelfth folding line 211 to form a second box body with a second column-shaped accommodating space;

In the embodiment of the invention, the folding box further comprises a buffer structure 2 arranged in the packing box 1, and the buffer structure 2 has the functions of energy absorption and buffering, can protect articles, particularly vulnerable articles, in the packing box 1 and is convenient to transport. the seventh fold line 206, the eighth fold line 207, the ninth fold line 208, the tenth fold line 209, the eleventh fold line 210, and the fifth middle fold line 213 are each formed with a node 220 corresponding to the air column 219.
In an embodiment of the invention, the buffer structure 2 comprises: first diaphragm 223 and second diaphragm 224 form the gas column 219 that is used for the buffering and the node 220 of being convenient for to buckle through connecting and aerifing first diaphragm 223 and second diaphragm 224, and wherein, buffer structure 2 adopts gas column 219 to cushion, utilizes node 220 to buckle, on guaranteeing that buffer structure 2 can have the above-mentioned switching basis between second box and the second bag body, is favorable to reduction in production cost and cost of transportation. the fifth length is a distance from an end of the second front cover 2051 far away from the second front wall 202 to an end connected with the second front cover 2051, the sixth length is a distance from an end of the second rear cover 2052 far away from the second rear wall 203 to an end connected with the second rear wall 203, and the seventh length is a distance from an end of the second side cover 2053 far away from the second side wall 204 to an end connected with the second side wall 204.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second upper cover group 205 includes a second front cover 2051 and a second rear cover 2052, which are provided with the air column 219, and the sixth length and the seventh length are both equal to half of the distance between the second front wall 202 and the second rear wall 203, which is beneficial for closing the second box body when the second front cover 2051 and the second rear cover 2052 are bent along the twelfth folding line 211 when the buffer structure 2 is in the second box body, so that the articles in the second column-shaped accommodating space of the second box body are protected in all directions. The second side cover 2053 is formed into an airless structure, so that the second side cover 2053 can be bent along the sixth folding line 111 or folded according to other forms, and the second box body can be conveniently closed by the second upper cover group 205.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5-8, preferably, the air columns 219 on the second front wall 202 and the air columns 219 on the second rear wall 203 are arranged in a staggered manner as described above for the folding box.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the air columns 219 on the second front wall 202 and the air columns 219 on the second rear wall 203 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that when the cushioning structure 2 is formed into the second bag body, the air columns 219 on the first front wall 102 and the second rear wall 203 can be attached to each other to the greatest extent, the thickness of the cushioning structure 2 in the first direction is reduced, and further, on the basis of ensuring the protection function of the folding box on the internal articles, the thickness of the whole folding box in the first direction is reduced, thereby facilitating transportation. Preferably, the portion of the second sidewall 204 between the fifth middle folding line 213 and the tenth folding line 209 is also arranged offset from the portion between the fifth middle folding line 213 and the eleventh folding line 210.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5 to 7, preferably, the folding box as described above, the cushioning structure 2 further includes: at least one first channel 221 extending from the second bottom wall 201 along the tenth folding line 209 to the end of the second front cover 2051 remote from the second front wall 202, and at least one second channel 222 extending from the second bottom wall 201 along the eleventh folding line 210 to the end of the second rear cover 2052 remote from the second rear wall 203;
the first passage 221 and the second passage 222 are both in communication with the gas column 219.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the buffer structure 2 further includes a first channel 221 and a second channel 222 communicated with the air column 219, and the arrangement of the first channel 221 and the second channel 222 facilitates inflation of the buffer structure 2, and only once inflation molding is performed, which is beneficial to saving inflation steps and further improves work efficiency.

Claims (7)

1. A folding carton, comprising: packing cases;
the packing box includes: the first bottom wall, the first front wall, the first rear wall, the two first side walls and the first upper cover group are connected with each other;
wherein the front end of the first bottom wall along the first direction is connected with the rear end of the first front wall along the second direction and has a first fold line, the rear end of the first bottom wall along the first direction is connected with the rear end of the first rear wall along the second direction and has a second fold line, the front end and the rear end of the first bottom wall along the third direction are connected with one of the first side walls along the rear end of the second direction and have a third fold line, the front end and the rear end of the first front wall along the third direction are connected with one of the first side walls along the front end of the first direction and have a fourth fold line, the front end and the rear end of the first rear wall along the third direction are connected with one of the first side walls along the rear end of the first direction and have a fifth fold line, and the first upper cover group is connected with the first front wall, the first rear wall and two of the first side walls respectively and has a sixth fold line, the first bottom wall, the first front wall, the first rear wall, the two first side walls and the first upper cover group are bent by the first folding line, the second folding line, the third folding line, the fourth folding line, the fifth folding line and the sixth folding line to form a first box body with a first columnar accommodating space, and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are vertically arranged in pairs;
a first standby structure communicated with the first columnar accommodating space is arranged between the first bottom wall and the first side wall;
the first bottom wall is provided with a first middle folding line along the third direction and extends to the first standby structure, the first side wall is provided with a second middle folding line along the second direction and extends to the first standby structure, the first upper cover group is provided with a third middle folding line formed by extending the second middle folding line, wherein the first middle folding line, the second middle folding line and the third middle folding line are equal in distance to the first front wall and the first rear wall, and the first bottom wall, the two first side walls, the first upper cover group and the first standby structure are bent by the first middle folding line, the second middle folding line and the third middle folding line to form a first bag body with a first flat accommodating space;
the folding box further comprises: the buffer structure is arranged in the packing box;
the buffer structure includes: the second bottom wall, the second front wall, the second rear wall, the two second side walls and the second upper cover group are connected with each other;
wherein a front end of the second bottom wall in the first direction is connected to a rear end of the second front wall in the second direction and has a seventh folding line, a rear end of the second bottom wall in the first direction is connected to a rear end of the second rear wall in the second direction and has an eighth folding line, a front end and a rear end of the second bottom wall in the third direction are connected to a rear end of one of the second side walls in the second direction and have a ninth folding line, a front end and a rear end of the second front wall in the third direction are connected to a front end of one of the second side walls in the first direction and have a tenth folding line, a front end and a rear end of the second rear wall in the third direction are connected to a rear end of one of the second side walls in the first direction and have an eleventh folding line, and a joint of the second upper cover group with the second front wall, the second rear wall and the two second side walls is formed as a twelfth folding line, the second bottom wall, the second front wall, the second rear wall, the two second side walls and the second upper cover group are bent by the seventh folding line, the eighth folding line, the ninth folding line, the tenth folding line, the eleventh folding line and the twelfth folding line to form a second box body with a second column-shaped accommodating space;
a second standby structure which is communicated with the second box body and corresponds to the first standby structure is arranged between the second bottom wall and the second side wall;
the second bottom wall is provided with a fourth middle folding line along the third direction and extends to the second standby structure; the second side walls are provided with fifth middle folding lines along the second direction and extend to the second standby structure, the second upper cover group is provided with sixth middle folding lines formed by extending the fifth middle folding lines, the distances from the fourth middle folding lines, the fifth middle folding lines and the sixth middle folding lines to the second front wall are equal to the distance from the fourth middle folding lines to the second rear wall, and the second bottom wall, the two second side walls, the second upper cover group and the second standby structure are bent by the fourth middle folding lines, the fifth middle folding lines and the sixth middle folding lines to form a second bag body with a second flat accommodating space;
the second front wall, the second bottom wall, the second rear wall and the two second side walls are all provided with a plurality of air columns parallel to the second bottom wall;
the seventh broken line, the eighth broken line, the ninth broken line, the tenth broken line, the eleventh broken line and the fifth middle broken line are all provided with nodes corresponding to the air columns;
the air columns on the second front wall and the air columns on the second rear wall are arranged in a staggered mode, and the part between the fifth middle folding line and the tenth folding line and the part between the fifth middle folding line and the eleventh folding line on the second side wall are also arranged in a staggered mode.

The folding box according to claim 1, characterized in that said first standby structure comprises a first standby wall formed as an isosceles right triangle extending from said first side wall to said first bottom wall, and a second standby wall formed as an isosceles right triangle extending from said first bottom wall to said first side wall, wherein a waist of said first standby wall is connected to a waist of said second standby wall and communicates with said first cylindrical accommodation space.
3. The folding carton of claim 2, wherein each of said first side walls is provided with a socket into which a top end of said first alternate structure is inserted.
4. The folding carton of claim 1, wherein said first upper lid group comprises: a first front cover connected to the first front wall, a first rear cover connected to the first rear wall, and a first side cover connected to the first side wall;
wherein a first length of the first front cover is smaller than a first distance between the first front wall and the first rear wall, and the first length is a distance from one end of the first front cover far away from the first front wall to one end of the front cover connected with the first front wall;
the second length of the first rear cover is greater than the first distance, and the second length is the distance from one end, far away from the first rear wall, of the rear cover to one end, connected with the first rear wall, of the first rear cover;
the first side cover is formed in two parts along the third middle folding line, wherein a third length of a first part close to the first front cover is equal to the first length, a fourth length of a second part close to the first rear cover is equal to the second length, the third length is a distance from one end, far away from the first side wall, of the first part to one end connected with the first side wall, and the fourth length is a distance from one end, far away from the first side wall, of the second part to one end connected with the first side wall.
5. The folding carton of claim 1, wherein the second standby configuration comprises: the first air-free structure is arranged corresponding to the first spare wall, the second air-free structure is arranged corresponding to the second spare wall, and the first air-free structure is connected with the second air-free structure.
6. The folding carton of claim 1, wherein said second cover set comprises:
a second front cover connected to the second front wall, a second rear cover connected to the second rear wall, and a second side cover connected to the second side wall;
the second side cover is formed into a third airless structure, air columns are arranged on the second front cover and the second rear cover, and the fifth length of the second front cover, the sixth length of the second rear cover and the seventh length of the second side cover are equal to one half of the distance between the second front wall and the second rear wall;
the fifth length is a distance from one end of the second front cover far away from the second front wall to one end connected with the second front cover, the sixth length is a distance from one end of the second rear cover far away from the second rear wall to one end connected with the second rear wall, and the seventh length is a distance from one end of the second side cover far away from the second side wall to one end connected with the second side wall.
7. The folding carton of claim 6, wherein the cushioning structure further comprises: at least one first channel extending from said second bottom wall along said tenth fold line to an end of said second front cover distal from said second front wall, and at least one second channel extending from said second bottom wall along said eleventh fold line to an end of said second back cover distal from said second back wall;
the first passage and the second passage are both in communication with the gas column.
