As shown in fig. 7, the spray dust suppression and cooling unit comprises a water supply main 81, a spray water supply main 82 and an atomization nozzle 86; one end of the water supply main pipe 81 is connected with an external high-pressure water supply pipe, and the other end is connected with a plurality of spray water supply main pipes 82; a plurality of spray water supply main pipes 82 are arranged above the furnace top area in the longitudinal direction of the coke oven 9; a filter 83 and a water supply main valve 84 are arranged on the water supply main pipe 81, a branch water supply valve 85 is respectively arranged at the water inlet end of each spray water supply main pipe 82, and a plurality of atomizing nozzles 86 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the spray water supply main pipe 82 along the length direction; the water supply main valve 84 is an electric switch valve, and the shunt water supply valve 85 is an electric regulating valve; the coke oven greenhouse 1 is internally provided with a plurality of dust concentration sensors 87 and temperature sensors 88 at multiple points, and the water supply main valve 84 and the shunt water supply valve 85 are controlled in an interlocking manner with the dust concentration sensors 87 and the temperature sensors 88 through a controller 89.
The invention relates to a comprehensive treatment system for coke oven unorganized emission pollutants, which comprises 8 functional units, such as a coke oven greenhouse 1, a coke side smoke collecting unit, a machine side smoke collecting unit, a smoke conveying unit, a dust removing and purifying unit, a riser smoke guiding unit, a fresh air unit, a spray dust suppression and cooling unit and the like; the specific functions are as follows:
1. A coke oven greenhouse 1;
1) The coke oven greenhouse 1 adopts a structure form that a middle main body is provided with two wings; when the main girder 11 and the bracket bear main loads of the coke oven greenhouse 1 and the top ventilation facility and a coal tower is arranged in the middle of the coke oven 9, one end of the main girder 11 is supported by the bracket, and the other end is fixedly connected with the coal tower, so that the whole structure of the coke oven greenhouse 1 is more stable and firm;
2) The main beam 11 is arranged right above the furnace top area of the coke oven 9, the machine side upright posts 12 and the coke side upright posts 13 are arranged corresponding to the oven columns of the coke oven 9, and the distance is an integer multiple of the width of the coking chamber of the coke oven, so that a vent and a smoke outlet are conveniently arranged at positions corresponding to the coking chambers of the coke ovens;
3) The side auxiliary cross beam 14 and the coke side auxiliary cross beam 15 have larger slopes, so that rainwater and snow can be conveniently removed;
4) The joint of the main beam 11 and the auxiliary cross beams 14 and 15 on two sides is respectively provided with a shorter side elevation, so that the ventilation equipment can be conveniently installed;
5) The outer vertical surface of the coke oven greenhouse 1 is sealed by a color profiled steel sheet except the equipment installation area, the top cover is sealed by a heat-resistant steel sheet except the equipment installation area, and all splicing gaps are filled by high-temperature-resistant cement, so that the air leakage phenomenon can be effectively prevented;
6) The smoke baffle 16 is arranged at the top of a coal charging port valve on the coke side furnace column, and the bottom of the smoke baffle 16 is flexibly connected with the coke oven column. The internal space of the coke oven greenhouse 1 is divided into a coke side space I and a machine side and furnace top space II by a smoke blocking baffle 16, the two spaces are completely independent, and different smoke dust generated in production areas in the two spaces can be respectively collected and treated; meanwhile, when the cross section of the coke oven 9 is provided with transverse side wind, the flue gas at one side in the coke oven 9 cannot overflow from the other side, so that the flue gas in the coke oven greenhouse 1 is effectively collected and discharged.
2. A coke side smoke collection unit;
1) The top of the coke oven greenhouse 1 in the coke side space I is provided with a coke side smoke exhaust pipeline 22, a coke side smoke exhaust port 21 and a coke side very-diffusing valve 23. The coke-side smoke outlets 21 are arranged at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the coke oven 9, are respectively arranged on the central lines of the carbonization chambers, and have intervals equal to integer multiples of the intervals of the carbonization chambers. The coke side smoke outlet 21 is provided at the highest position of the coke side sub-span cover top, and is connected to the coke side smoke exhaust duct 22. The exhaust air quantity meets the working condition requirements of the red coke tank in the coke oven greenhouse 1 and the working condition requirements of the non-coke transportation. The multi-source smoke dust on the coke oven side is gathered at the upper part of the coke oven greenhouse 1 in the coke side space I under the action of the hot pressing and system suction force and the smoke baffle 16, is sucked into the smoke dust conveying pipeline 421 on the coke side through the smoke discharging pipeline 22 on the coke side, and is conveyed to the dust removing ground station 52 on the coke side together with the coke discharging smoke dust collected by the dry pipe 425 of the outlet Jiao Jichen for dust removing and purifying treatment.
2) A coke side elevation air inlet 17 is arranged on the side surface of the coke oven greenhouse 1 in the coke side space I, the elevation of the top of the coke side elevation air inlet is consistent with the elevation of the upper edge of the coke tank car, and dust generated by thermal buoyancy in the coke tank car is ensured not to overflow out of the coke oven greenhouse 1; meanwhile, the elevation of the coke side elevation air inlet 17 is basically consistent with that of the coke side operation table, and the coke side working environment can be effectively improved.
3) The coke-side exhaust port 21 is provided with a plurality of coke-side very-relief valves 23 at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the coke oven 9. The coke side very release valve 23 can be controlled in an interlocking way with a temperature sensor and a combustible gas detection device which are arranged in the coke oven greenhouse 1 and a dust removal fan II 522 of the coke side dust removal ground station 52, so that good ventilation condition in the coke oven greenhouse 1 at the coke side is ensured, and the volume concentration of the combustible gas is lower than 10% of the explosion lower limit.
3. A machine side smoke dust collecting unit;
1) The top of the coke oven booth 1 of the machine side and the furnace top space II is provided with a machine side smoke exhaust pipe 32 and a machine side smoke exhaust port 31. The machine side smoke outlets 31 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the coke oven 9 and are respectively arranged on the central line of the carbonization chambers, and the interval is equal to integer times of the interval of the carbonization chambers. The machine side smoke outlet 31 is arranged at the highest position of the machine side and furnace top space II coke oven greenhouse 1, namely right above the furnace top area of the coke oven. The machine side smoke exhaust pipeline 32 comprises 2 smoke exhaust main pipelines, and each carbonization chamber is correspondingly provided with 2 machine side smoke exhaust ports 31. The dissipated smoke is sent to a machine side dust removal ground station for dust removal and purification treatment after passing through a machine side smoke outlet 31 and a suction machine side smoke exhaust pipeline 32.
2) The side of the coke oven greenhouse 1 in the machine side and furnace top space II is provided with a machine side elevation air inlet 18. The main operation space of coke oven production is on the machine side operation table and the oven top. Sporadic smoke dust of the coke oven 9 mainly intensively occurs at the parts of the small oven door, the oven head and the oven top at the machine side, the horizontal distance between the oven column at the machine side and the outer vertical surface of the coke oven greenhouse 1 exceeds 40 meters, and the occasional smoke dust generated at the middle and lower part of the coke oven carbonization chamber drifts upwards under the action of thermal buoyancy and top suction force and cannot transversely outwards escape to the outside of the coke oven greenhouse 1. The elevation of the air inlet 18 of the machine side elevation is consistent with the elevation of the top of the carbonization chamber of the coke oven, so that the machine side operation table can be effectively opened completely, and the environment temperature and the air quality of the operation of workers in the area of the machine side operation table are ensured. The height of the side elevation air inlet 18 can shorten the travel distance from fresh air to the top area of the coke oven, and effectively improve the working temperature and air quality of the top operation area.
3) A plurality of machine side very relief valves 33 are arranged at equal intervals on the top of the coke oven tunnel 1 of the machine side and furnace top space II and the coaxial line of the machine side smoke exhaust port 31. The machine side very release valve 33 can be controlled in an interlocking manner with a temperature sensor and a flammable gas detection device which are arranged in the machine side and furnace top space II coke oven greenhouse 1 and a dedusting fan I512 of a machine side dedusting ground station, so that good ventilation conditions in the machine side and furnace top space II coke oven greenhouse 1 are ensured, and the volume concentration of the flammable gas is lower than 10% of the lower explosion limit.
4. A flue gas conveying unit;
The dissipated smoke and coke oven coke-discharging dust-removing smoke in the coke oven greenhouse 1 are sent to the corresponding dust-removing ground station for purification through the smoke conveying unit. The device consists of a machine side smoke dust conveying pipeline 411 and a coke side smoke dust conveying pipeline 421, and the working principle is basically the same: that is, (a) when the device works normally, the electromagnetic valve on the liquid (gas) pressure cylinder of the first quick cut-off valve 412/the second quick cut-off valve 422 is powered, the liquid (gas) pressure cylinder stretches out, the valve is opened, the air flow passes through, and the first positive pressure fan 414/the second positive pressure fan 424 are in a closed state; (b) In the normal state, the electromagnetic valve on the liquid (gas) pressure cylinder of the first quick cut-off valve 412/the second quick cut-off valve 422 is powered off, the liquid (gas) pressure cylinder is retracted, the valve is closed, the air flow is cut off, the first positive pressure fan 414/the second positive pressure fan 424 are started, and the outdoor air is pumped into the machine side smoke dust conveying pipeline 411/the coke side smoke dust conveying pipeline 421. This ensures that each of the machine side smoke outlets 31/the coke side smoke outlets 21 is in a positive pressure state in a very state. At this time, the smoke dust containing the combustible gas diffused by the coke oven 9 cannot enter the machine side smoke dust conveying pipeline 411/the coke side smoke dust conveying pipeline 421, so that the system safety is ensured.
5. A dust removal purification unit;
1) The smoke dust collected by the coke side smoke exhaust pipeline 22 and the coke outlet dust collection dry pipe 425 is sucked to the coke side dust collection ground station 52 by the second dust collection fan 522, purified and filtered by the second pulse bag type dust collector 521, and then discharged to the atmosphere by the second dust collection fan 522, the second outlet muffler 523 and the second chimney 524; the dust separated by the pulse bag type dust collector two 521 is stored in a dust bin 55 through a dust discharging device 53 and a scraper 54, and is humidified and transported out periodically. The second dust removing fan 522 is operated by adopting speed regulation. (a) When pushing the coke, the second dust removing fan 522 runs at a low speed, so that the requirements of capturing coke smoke dust and other sporadic smoke dust during coke discharging are met; (b) When the coke tank walks in the coke oven greenhouse 1, the second dust removal fan 522 runs at a high speed, so that the requirements of exhausting air flow and other sporadic smoke dust entering the coke oven greenhouse 1 due to thermal buoyancy are met; (c) When the coke tank moves out of the coke oven greenhouse 1, the second dust removing fan 522 runs at a low speed, so that the requirements of discharging the waste heat and other sporadic smoke dust of the coke oven are met.
2) The smoke dust collected by the machine side smoke exhaust pipeline 32 is sucked to the machine side dust removing ground station by the first dust removing fan 512, purified and filtered by the first pulse bag type dust remover 511, and then discharged to the atmosphere by the first dust removing fan 512, the first outlet muffler 513 and the first chimney 514; the separated dust is stored in a dust bin 55 through a dust discharging device 53 and a scraper 54, and is humidified and transported out periodically. The first dedusting fan operates at a constant speed 512, and meets the requirements of discharging the waste heat, dust and dangerous gas of the coke oven. Because the dust content in the treated flue gas is low, the equipment running state and equipment selection of the machine side dust removal system meet the requirements of the working condition and simultaneously meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.
The specific working process is as follows:
1. A focal side space I;
During normal production, multi-source smoke dust on the coke side of the coke oven 9 is gathered on the upper part of the coke oven greenhouse 1 in the coke side space I under the action of hot pressing and system suction and a smoke baffle 16, and is sucked into a coke side smoke exhaust pipeline 22 through a coke side smoke exhaust port 21; the smoke dust is sent to a pulse bag type dust collector II 521 through a coke side smoke dust conveying pipeline 421; after filtering and purifying, the clean gas is sucked by a second dust removing fan 522 and then discharged to the atmosphere through a second outlet muffler 523 and a second chimney 524; dust trapped by the second pulse bag type dust collector 522 is sent to a dust bin 55 through an ash discharging device 53 and a scraper 54; the dust is transported outwards periodically after being humidified by a humidifying ash discharging machine. The dust removal fan two 522 adopts redundant setting, and when the operation of working fan breaks down, reserve fan can start fast.
The abnormal state mainly refers to the situation that the second dust removing fan 522 is stopped in an accident state or the whole factory blackout occurs. The following measures are taken for the extraordinary state:
(a) In an accident state, the second quick cut-off valve 422 is quickly closed after a central control signal is obtained, the second dust removal fan 522 stops running, and the coke side very-release valve 23 is automatically opened; the second positive pressure fan 424 and the very electric valve 423 are simultaneously opened to operate, so that positive pressure is kept in the coke side smoke exhaust pipeline 22, and flammable and explosive gas cannot be accumulated in the coke side smoke exhaust pipeline 22; under the action of hot pressing, a large amount of smoke dust containing combustible gas in the top of the coke oven greenhouse 1 in the coke side space I is discharged to the outdoor atmosphere through the coke side very-diffusing valve 23.
(B) When the large power failure of the whole factory occurs, the second quick cut-off valve 422 is automatically closed; the coke side very-diffusing valve 23 is automatically opened, and a large amount of smoke dust containing combustible gas in the top of the coke oven greenhouse 1 in the coke side space I is discharged to the outdoor atmosphere through the coke side very-diffusing valve 23 under the action of hot pressing.
After the abnormal state is released, the second dust removing fan 522 is started first; the second quick disconnect valve 422 is then opened; then the second positive pressure fan 424 stops running, and the second electric valve 423 is closed; the back focus side very release valve 23 is automatically reset and closed after a delay (e.g. 1 min).
2. A machine side and a furnace top space II;
During normal production, the machine side multisource smoke dust is gathered at the upper part of the machine side and furnace top space II coke oven greenhouse 1 under the action of hot pressing and system suction force, is sucked into the machine side smoke exhaust pipeline 32 through the machine side smoke exhaust port 31 and is sent to the pulse bag type dust remover I511, and clean gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the outlet muffler I513 and the chimney I514 after the smoke dust is filtered and purified and is sucked by the dust removing fan I512; the dust collected by the first pulse bag type dust collector 511 is sent to a dust bin 55 through a dust discharging device 53 and a scraper 54; the dust is transported outwards periodically after being humidified by a humidifying ash discharging machine.
In an abnormal state (mainly referred to as the situation that the dust removal fan I512 is stopped in an accident state or a large power failure occurs in a factory), the following measures are adopted:
(a) When the dust removing fan I512 fails, the quick cut-off valve I412 is quickly closed after obtaining the central control signal; the first dedusting fan 512 stops running, and the machine side very-release valve 33 is automatically opened; next, the first positive pressure fan 414 and the first electric valve 413 are simultaneously opened to operate, so that positive pressure is kept in the machine side smoke exhaust pipeline 32, and flammable and explosive gases are not accumulated in the machine side smoke exhaust pipeline 32; under the action of hot pressing, a large amount of smoke dust containing combustible gas in the machine side and the top of the top space II coke oven greenhouse 1 is discharged to the outdoor atmosphere through a machine side very-diffusing valve 33.
(B) When the large power outage of the whole factory occurs, the first quick cut-off valve 412 is automatically closed; at the same time, the machine side very release valve 33 is automatically opened, and a large amount of smoke dust containing combustible gas in the machine side and the top of the top space II coke oven tunnel 1 is discharged to the outdoor atmosphere through the machine side very release valve 33 under the action of hot pressing.
After the abnormal state is released, the first dedusting fan 512 is started; the quick disconnect valve one 412 is then opened; then the first positive pressure fan 414 stops running, and at the same time, the first electric valve 413 is closed; after a time delay (such as 1 min), the very-discharging valve at the side of the 33 machine is automatically reset and closed.
6. A riser flue gas guiding unit;
Each carbonization chamber is provided with a rising pipe at the side of the coke oven 9, and the rising pipe is connected with a gas collecting pipe; before coke pushing starts, a water seal valve at the top of the ascending pipe is opened, a bridge pipe connected with the gas collecting pipe is closed, and a channel for the coal gas in the carbonization chamber to enter the gas collecting pipe is cut off; the gas containing coke oven gas in the carbonization chamber is outwards diffused through the upper opening of the ascending pipe until the coke discharging is completed. The gas sprayed outwards through the ascending pipe orifice contains a large amount of gas, and most of the gas is in a flame combustion state. In order to discharge the gas out of the coke oven tunnel 1 as quickly as possible and reduce free diffusion into the coke oven tunnel 1, a flue gas guiding device 6 is arranged right above the rising pipe. The device is multistage diffusion structural design, and the flue gas forms the high-speed air current in honeycomb duct 61 after being spouted from the tedge to induced surrounding air gets into next floor's honeycomb duct, through the progressively increasing induction of step by step, reduced flue gas temperature and combustible gas concentration, finally make this part flue gas safety guide outside coke oven big-arch shelter 1, when having guaranteed coke oven big-arch shelter 1 safety, reduce the exhaust volume.
7. A fresh air unit;
The oven roof 9 is located entirely inside the oven booth 1, and the roof worker handling area is still in the adverse area of airflow vortexing, although a significant amount of air exhaust and air make-up is performed. In order to ensure the working environment temperature and air quality requirements of an operation area and prevent the accumulation of toxic and harmful gases, 2 groups of fresh air pipelines are arranged. Namely, 1 group of machine side fresh air pipelines 73 are arranged on the upper part of the machine side gas collecting pipe operating platform, a plurality of high-speed nozzles 74 are arranged on the machine side fresh air pipelines 73, and the positions of the high-speed nozzles 74 are arranged at the gaps among the ascending pipes. The top of the coke side coal loading interface valve main pipe is provided with 1 group of coke side fresh air pipelines 71, the coke side fresh air pipelines 71 are provided with a plurality of air supply pipelines 72, the air supply pipelines 72 are positioned at the gaps among the interface valves, and the air outlets of the air supply pipelines 72 extend to the upper part of the top of the coke oven 9. In order to strengthen air disturbance, a pulse valve is adopted to control the air supply sequence, so that the range of fresh air flow is ensured.
8. A spray dust suppression cooling unit;
The multi-row spray water supply main pipe 82 of the spray dust suppression and cooling unit is arranged above the furnace roof in the coke oven greenhouse 1, atomized water mist particles are uniformly sprayed in the furnace roof operation area of the coke oven to play a role in cooling and dust suppression, the operation environment of the furnace roof operation area can be improved, the air quantity of an exhaust system can be reduced, and the investment of equipment and materials including an exhaust pipeline and the like corresponding to the dust removal fan and the dust remover is reduced, so that the purposes of saving energy, reducing consumption and reducing construction cost are achieved.
The invention realizes the treatment of pollution such as long-term, small-quantity, irregular, multi-source and sporadic smoke dust, waste heat and the like of the coke oven 9 on the basis of the coke oven greenhouse 1 with the integrally sealed coke oven 9, has more comprehensive control effect than the existing coal loading, coke discharging, machine side, furnace end smoke and furnace top smoke dust collecting and removing system, and realizes the full coverage of the pollution sources of the coke oven. Compared with the collection and dust removal of furnace top smoke dust, the system provided by the invention has less treatment air quantity and is more energy-saving. In addition, the invention comprehensively considers the problem of safe operation of the system under a very state, ensures the environmental problem of the production operation area in the coke oven greenhouse, is beneficial to improving the pollution emission level of the production atmosphere of the coke oven and realizes the clean production of the coke oven.

The comprehensive treatment system for the unorganized emission of pollutants of the coke oven according to claim 1, wherein the coke-side smoke collection unit consists of a plurality of coke-side smoke outlets, a coke-side smoke exhaust pipeline and a plurality of coke-side very-diffusing valves, which are arranged on a coke-side space coke oven greenhouse cover, and the coke-side smoke outlets are connected with the smoke conveying unit through the coke-side smoke exhaust pipeline; the machine side smoke dust collecting unit consists of a plurality of machine side smoke exhaust ports, a machine side smoke exhaust pipeline and a plurality of machine side very-diffusing valves which are arranged on the top cover of the machine side and furnace top space coke oven greenhouse, and the machine side smoke exhaust ports are connected with the smoke dust conveying unit through the machine side smoke exhaust pipeline.

The comprehensive treatment system for the coke oven unorganized emission pollutants according to claim 1, wherein the smoke and dust conveying unit consists of a machine side smoke and dust conveying pipeline and a coke side smoke and dust conveying pipeline, one end of the machine side smoke and dust conveying pipeline is connected with a machine side smoke and dust discharging pipeline, the other end of the machine side smoke and dust conveying pipeline is connected with a machine side dust removing ground station in the dust removing and purifying unit, a quick cut-off valve I is arranged on the machine side smoke and dust conveying pipeline, a branch pipeline I is arranged on the machine side smoke and dust conveying pipeline at the downstream of the quick cut-off valve, and a very electric valve I and a very positive pressure fan I are arranged on the branch pipeline I; one end of the coke side smoke and dust conveying pipeline is respectively connected with the coke side smoke and dust discharging pipeline and the coke discharging dust collecting dry pipe, the other end of the coke side smoke and dust discharging pipeline is connected with the coke side dust removing ground station in the dust removing and purifying unit, a quick cut-off valve II is arranged on the coke side smoke and dust conveying pipeline connected with the coke side smoke and dust discharging pipeline, a branch pipeline II is arranged on the coke side smoke and dust conveying pipeline downstream of the quick cut-off valve II, and a very electric valve II and a very positive pressure fan II are arranged on the branch pipeline II.

The comprehensive treatment system for the coke oven unorganized emission pollutants according to claim 1, wherein the dust removal purification unit consists of a machine side dust removal ground station and a coke side dust removal ground station, wherein the machine side dust removal ground station is arranged on the coke oven machine side and comprises a pulse bag type dust collector I, a dust removal fan I, an outlet silencer I and a chimney I which are sequentially connected through an air pipe I; the coke side dust removing ground station is arranged on the coke side of the coke oven and comprises a pulse bag type dust remover II, a dust removing fan II, an outlet muffler II and a chimney II which are sequentially connected through an air pipe II, wherein the dust removing fan II is provided with 2 groups, and the first work is provided with the second work; the pulse bag type dust collector I and the pulse bag type dust collector II are connected with the corresponding dust bin through the correspondingly arranged scraper.

The coke oven unorganized emission pollutant comprehensive treatment system of claim 1, wherein the riser flue gas guiding unit comprises a flue gas guiding device arranged at a riser gas dispersion port; the device consists of a plurality of layers of honeycomb ducts, a conical hood and a mounting bracket; the guide pipe consists of an upper straight pipe and a lower taper pipe, and the inner diameter of the lower opening of the taper pipe is larger than that of the upper opening; each layer of honeycomb duct is sequentially connected from top to bottom, and the diameters of the straight pipe and the corresponding taper pipe are sequentially decreased; the upper end of the straight pipe of the lower-layer honeycomb duct extends into the taper pipe of the adjacent upper-layer honeycomb duct; the multi-layer honeycomb duct is fixed above the rising pipe through the installing support, and the conical hood is fixedly connected with the honeycomb duct at the uppermost layer.

The comprehensive treatment system for the unorganized emission of pollutants of the coke oven according to claim 1, wherein the fresh air unit comprises a coke side fresh air pipeline arranged in a coke side space and a machine side fresh air pipeline arranged in a machine side and furnace top space; the coke side fresh air pipeline is arranged at the top of the coke side coal loading interface valve main pipe, a plurality of air supply pipelines are arranged on the coke side fresh air pipeline, each air supply pipeline is respectively positioned at a gap between the coal loading interface valves, an air outlet of the air supply pipeline extends to the upper part of the furnace top area, and pulse valves are respectively arranged on the air supply pipelines; the machine side fresh air pipeline is arranged on the machine side gas collecting pipe operation table, a plurality of high-speed nozzles are arranged on the machine side fresh air pipeline, and each high-speed nozzle is located at a gap between each ascending pipe respectively.

The comprehensive treatment system for the coke oven unorganized emission of pollutants according to claim 1, wherein the spray dust suppression and cooling unit comprises a water supply main pipe, a spray water supply main pipe and an atomization nozzle; one end of the water supply main pipe is connected with an external high-pressure water supply pipe, and the other end of the water supply main pipe is connected with a plurality of spray water supply main pipes; a plurality of spray water supply main pipes are arranged above the furnace top area in parallel along the long direction of the coke oven; a filter and a water supply main valve are arranged on the water supply main pipe, a branch water supply valve is respectively arranged at the water inlet end of each spray water supply main pipe, and a plurality of atomizing nozzles are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the spray water supply main pipe along the length direction; the water supply main valve is an electric switch valve, and the shunt water supply valve is an electric regulating valve; the coke oven greenhouse is internally provided with a plurality of dust concentration sensors and temperature sensors at multiple points, and the water supply main valve, the shunt water supply valve, the dust concentration sensors and the temperature sensors are controlled in an interlocking way through a controller.
