本发明属于空调技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能空调滤芯。
技术背景
近年来,随着社会经济的发展,居民的物质消费水平不断得到提高,另一方面,经济的发展也给人们的生活环境带来污染,尤其是PM2.5空气污染问题,越来越受到人们的重视。目前室内空气净化多使用空气净化器,但是空气净化器为单独的设备,摆放需要一定的室内空间,因此与室内空调结合的空气净化技术近年来迅速发展,采用室内空调调节室内温度的同时,去除空气中的污染物,不需要额外设备,节省了室内空间。此类技术的核心为空调净化滤芯,与空气净化器相比,空调出风量小,风机提供的压头较低,因此用于空调的滤芯要求高效低阻,避免影响空调的制冷制热效果,现有的空气净化器滤芯结构无法直接应用于空调。此外,夏季空调使用时,因为室内温度的降低,空气中的水蒸气会凝结在滤芯表面,造成滤芯受潮,长时间使用容易滋生细菌。冬季空调使用时,温暖的室内环境是细菌滋生的温床,极易造成二次污染,因此用于空调的滤芯需要有更加优良的抗菌性能。现有的抗菌滤网多采用聚乙烯或聚酯等化学纤维过滤毡喷洒或浸泡抗菌剂制得,这些化学纤维表面光滑,抗菌剂在纤维表面附着力低,附着量少,抗菌效果不佳。
现有的空调滤芯结构与净化器滤芯结构相同,多为褶皱式滤芯,为了降低滤芯阻力,多采用增加折高来增加过滤面积或使用低效滤料进行制作,但是当折高高于5cm时,褶皱间的空隙容易贴合在一起,反而增加了过滤阻力。采用低效滤料加工的滤芯结构简单,功能单一,对PM2.5及有害气体去除率低。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上技术问题,开发了一种多功能空调滤芯,运行阻力小,不影响空调的制冷制热效果,抗菌功能保持时间长,可同时去除空气中的固态颗粒物及气态甲醛等污染物,同时可向空气中增加香气,结构简单,实用性强。
本发明的技术方案:一种多功能空调滤芯,由外而内依次包括抗菌粗滤层、复合膜层、功能颗粒层、颗粒密封层,所述抗菌粗滤层由抗菌改性活性碳纤维制成,厚度为3-5mm,复合膜层由复合纳米纤维膜打褶制成,褶高3-20cm,褶间距1-3mm,功能颗粒层由功能颗粒填充于复合膜层的褶皱之间制成,颗粒密封层固定于最内部,防止复合膜层褶皱之间的功能颗粒掉出,空调滤芯四周使用硬性封边材料进行密封处理,封边后四周黏贴密封棉。
进一步的改进在于,所述的抗菌改性活性碳纤维为粘胶基、聚丙烯腈基或酚醛基活性炭纤维进行抗菌改性得到,抗菌改性活性炭纤维直径5-10μm,所使用的抗菌剂为有机抗菌剂、无机抗菌剂或生物抗菌剂。

进一步的改进在于,所述滤芯安装时抗菌粗滤层朝向外侧,抗菌粗滤层为迎风面。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述的多功能空调滤芯采用活性炭纤维进行抗菌改性,使活性炭纤维表面孔道吸附抗菌剂,抗菌剂吸附量大,吸附能力强,抗菌剂不易脱落,抗菌效果更佳持久。将功能颗粒填充于纳米纤维膜褶皱中,可避免因折高过大,造成滤芯使用过程中褶皱被吸附在一起,引起过滤阻力增加,可有效通过增加折高的方法增加过滤面积,减小滤芯运行阻力。本发明中使用的纳米纤维膜为三层结构,中间层为纳米纤维层,上下两层为支撑层,纳米纤维层厚度小,阻力低,支撑层为粗纤维构成,孔径大,阻力远小于纳米纤维层,这种三明治结构可大幅度降低滤芯整体运行阻力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明所述的多功能空调滤芯进行进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种多功能空调滤芯,由外而内依次包括抗菌粗滤层1、复合膜层2、功能颗粒层3、颗粒密封层4,抗菌粗滤层1由抗菌改性活性碳纤维制成,厚度为3mm,抗菌改性活性碳纤维为粘胶基活性炭纤维,抗菌改性活性炭纤维直径5μm,所使用的抗菌剂为酰基苯胺类有机抗菌剂。复合膜层2由复合纳米纤维膜打褶制成,褶高3cm,褶间距1mm,复合纳米纤维膜2由膜层201及支撑层202构成,支撑层202位于膜层201两侧,膜层为聚四乙烯纳米级纤维构成,纤维直径0.05μm,膜层厚度1μm,膜层孔径0.3μm,支撑层202纤维为玻璃纤维,纤维直径100μm,支撑层厚度200μm,支撑层孔径5μm。功能颗粒层3由功能颗粒填充于复合膜层4的褶皱之间制成,功能颗粒为除甲醛颗粒及香氛颗粒的混合颗粒,除甲醛颗粒粒径为1mm,填充量为20g,香氛颗粒为粒径为3mm,填充量为10g。除甲醛颗粒为天然沸石分子筛在微生物酶制剂中浸泡后自然晾干制得,香薰颗粒为树脂及香精共同进行挤出成型制得,香精添加量为树脂重量的1%。颗粒密封层4为单侧涂胶的聚乙烯纱网,固定于最内部,防止复合膜层4褶皱之间的功能颗粒掉出,涂胶侧朝向复合膜层3,网孔直径1mm。空调滤芯四周使用铜版纸进行密封处理,封边后四周黏贴发泡棉6。滤芯安装时抗菌粗滤层1朝向外侧,抗菌粗滤层1为迎风面。
实施例2
一种多功能空调滤芯,由外而内依次包括抗菌粗滤层1、复合膜层2、功能颗粒层3、颗粒密封层4,抗菌粗滤层1由抗菌改性活性碳纤维制成,厚度为5mm,抗菌改性活性碳纤维为聚丙烯腈基活性炭炭纤维,抗菌改性活性炭纤维直径10μm,所使用的抗菌剂为纳米银无机抗菌剂。复合膜层2由复合纳米纤维膜打褶制成,褶高20cm,褶间距3mm,复合纳米纤维膜2由膜层201及支撑层202构成,支撑层202位于膜层201两侧,膜层为聚乙烯纳米级纤维构成,纤维直径100μm,膜层厚度200μm,膜层孔径5μm,支撑层202纤维为聚酯纤维,纤维直径1000μm,支撑层厚度2000μm,支撑层孔径50μm。功能颗粒层3由功能颗粒填充于复合膜层4的褶皱之间制成,功能颗粒为除甲醛颗粒及香氛颗粒的混合颗粒,除甲醛颗粒粒径为3mm,填充量为100g,香氛颗粒为粒径为5mm,填充量为50g。除甲醛颗粒为天然沸石分子筛在织物萃取剂中浸泡后自然晾干制得,香薰颗粒为树脂及香精共同进行注射成型制得,香精添加量为树脂重量的3%。颗粒密封层4为单侧涂胶的聚乙烯纱网,固定于最内部,防止复合膜层4褶皱之间的功能颗粒掉出,涂胶侧朝向复合膜层3,网孔直径4mm。空调滤芯四周使用聚乙烯塑料进行密封处理,封边后四周黏贴发泡棉6。滤芯安装时抗菌粗滤层1朝向外侧,抗菌粗滤层1为迎风面。
实施例3
一种多功能空调滤芯,由外而内依次包括抗菌粗滤层1、复合膜层2、功能颗粒层3、颗粒密封层4,抗菌粗滤层1由抗菌改性活性碳纤维制成,厚度为4mm,抗菌改性活性碳纤维为酚醛基活性炭纤维,抗菌改性活性炭纤维直径8μm,所使用的抗菌剂为甲壳素生物抗菌剂。复合膜层2由复合纳米纤维膜打褶制成,褶高10cm,褶间距2mm,复合纳米纤维膜2由膜层201及支撑层202构成,支撑层202位于膜层201两侧,膜层为聚酯纳米级纤维构成,纤维直径1μm,膜层厚度50μm,膜层孔径3μm,支撑层202纤维为聚乙烯纤维,纤维直径500μm,支撑层厚度1500μm,支撑层孔径20μm。功能颗粒层3由功能颗粒填充于复合膜层4的褶皱之间制成,功能颗粒为除甲醛颗粒及香氛颗粒的混合颗粒,除甲醛颗粒粒径为2mm,填充量为60g,香氛颗粒为粒径为3.5mm,填充量为25g。除甲醛颗粒为天然沸石分子筛在微生物酶制剂中浸泡后自然晾干制得,香薰颗粒为树脂及香精共同进行注射成型制得,香精添加量为树脂重量的2.5%。颗粒密封层4为单侧涂胶的聚乙烯纱网,固定于最内部,防止复合膜层4褶皱之间的功能颗粒掉出,涂胶侧朝向复合膜层3,网孔直径2.5mm。空调滤芯四周使用铜版纸进行密封处理,封边后四周黏贴发泡棉6。滤芯安装时抗菌粗滤层1朝向外侧,抗菌粗滤层1为迎风面。
实施例4
一种多功能空调滤芯,由外而内依次包括抗菌粗滤层1、复合膜层2、功能颗粒层3、颗粒密封层4,抗菌粗滤层1由抗菌改性活性碳纤维制成,厚度为4mm,抗菌改性活性碳纤维为粘胶基活性炭纤维,抗菌改性活性炭纤维直径6μm,所使用的抗菌剂为酰基苯胺类有机抗菌剂。复合膜层2由复合纳米纤维膜打褶制成,褶高5cm,褶间距1.5mm,复合纳米纤维膜2由膜层201及支撑层202构成,支撑层202位于膜层201两侧,膜层为聚丙烯纳米级纤维构成,纤维直径1μm,膜层厚度10μm,膜层孔径2μm,支撑层202纤维为聚乙烯,纤维直径200μm,支撑层厚度500μm,支撑层孔径10μm。功能颗粒层3由功能颗粒填充于复合膜层4的褶皱之间制成,功能颗粒为除甲醛颗粒及香氛颗粒的混合颗粒,除甲醛颗粒粒径为2mm,填充量为30g,香氛颗粒为粒径为4mm,填充量为30g。除甲醛颗粒为天然沸石分子筛在微生物酶制剂中浸泡后自然晾干制得,香薰颗粒为树脂及香精共同进行挤出成型制得,香精添加量为树脂重量的2%。颗粒密封层4为单侧涂胶的聚乙烯纱网,固定于最内部,防止复合膜层4褶皱之间的功能颗粒掉出,涂胶侧朝向复合膜层3,网孔直径3mm。空调滤芯四周使用金属进行密封处理,封边后四周黏贴发泡棉6。滤芯安装时抗菌粗滤层1朝向外侧,抗菌粗滤层1为迎风面。

Claims (10)
1.一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,由外而内依次包括抗菌粗滤层(1)、复合膜层(2)、功能颗粒层(3)、颗粒密封层(4);所述抗菌粗滤层(1)由抗菌改性活性碳纤维制成,厚度为3-5mm,复合膜层(2)由复合纳米纤维膜打褶制成,褶高3-20cm,褶间距1-3mm;所述功能颗粒层(3)由功能颗粒填充于复合膜层(2)的褶皱之间制成,颗粒密封层(4)固定于最内部,防止复合膜层(4)褶皱之间的功能颗粒掉出;所述空调滤芯四周使用硬性封边材料(5)进行密封处理,封边后四周黏贴密封棉(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,所述的抗菌改性活性碳纤维为粘胶基、聚丙烯腈基或酚醛基活性炭纤维进行抗菌改性得到,抗菌改性活性炭纤维直径5-10μm,所使用的抗菌剂为有机抗菌剂、无机抗菌剂或生物抗菌剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,所述的有机抗菌剂为酰基苯胺类、咪唑类、噻唑类、异噻唑酮衍生物中的一种或多种,所述的无机抗菌剂为纳米银、铜、锌或氧化锌、氧化铜、磷酸二氢铵中的一种或多种,所述的生物抗菌剂为甲壳素、芥末、蓖麻油、山葵中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,所述的复合纳米纤维膜(2)由膜层(201)及支撑层(202)构成,支撑层(202)位于膜层(201)两侧,膜层为纳米级纤维构成,纤维直径0.05-100μm,膜层厚度1-200μm,膜层孔径0.3-5μm,支撑层纤维直径100-1000μm,支撑层厚度200-2000μm,支撑层孔径5-50μm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,所述的膜层(201)纳米纤维材料为聚四乙烯纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维中的一种或多种,支撑层(202)纤维为玻璃纤维、聚乙烯纤维或聚酯纤维中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,所述的功能颗粒层(3)功能颗粒为除甲醛颗粒及香氛颗粒的混合颗粒,除甲醛颗粒粒径为1-3mm,填充量为20-100g,香氛颗粒为粒径为3-5mm,填充量为10-50g。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,所述的除甲醛颗粒为天然沸石分子筛在除甲醛剂中浸泡后自然晾干制得,香薰颗粒为树脂及香精共同进行挤出成型或注射成型制得,香精添加量为树脂重量的1%-3%,所述除甲醛剂为微生物酶制剂或植物萃取剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,所述的颗粒密封层(4)为单侧涂胶的聚乙烯纱网,涂胶侧朝向复合膜层(3),网孔直径1-4mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,所述的硬性封边材料(5)为铜版纸、聚乙烯塑料条或金属,所述的密封棉(6)为发泡棉。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一权利要求所述的一种多功能空调滤芯,其特征在于,滤芯安装时抗菌粗滤层(1)朝向外侧,抗菌粗滤层(1)为迎风面。
