技术领域
本发明属于指甲油技术领域,特别是涉及一种共聚彩色指甲油及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们对环境保护及健康安全的日益重视,我国水性指甲油行业发展迅速,这也受益于水性聚氨酯性能的不端提升。传统的溶剂型指甲油以丙酮、乙酸乙酯、甲醛、邻苯二甲酸酯、苯等易燃、易爆、对人体及环境危害极大的有机溶剂为原料,这样的产品对指甲的伤害极大。
近年来的水性指甲油均是指以水或少量低分子量醇类为溶剂,水溶性成膜剂(聚合物乳液)、颜料、增稠剂等助剂共混而制成的指甲油。国内外现有的水性指甲油均以市售的普通水性聚氨酯分散体或水性丙烯酸乳液作为基料,与颜料或染料及涂料助剂(如润湿剂、分散剂等)物理共混制备得到的。通过这种传统的物理共混方法制备的指甲油不仅制备工艺复杂,更重要的是,由于颜料或染料与聚合物之间的相容性较差,在储存和使用过程中,颜料或染料在材料中有明显的迁移现象,导致颜色不均匀,迁移到表面的颜料对人体和环境造成极大的危害,同时较差的光色牢度也导致这类指甲油的耐摩擦性能不好。此类通过物理共混制备的水性指甲油在纸张上摩擦或者划过就会像绘画笔一样在在纸张上留下印迹。这主要是由于颜料与基料是通过共混制得的,指甲油涂于指甲干燥成膜后颜料或染料只是物理吸附在膜内,这样颜料或染料与成膜物质之间的相互作用力很低,被纸张或其他物质摩擦后颜料就极易脱落并吸附在摩擦物上。
鉴于此,我们制备一种共聚彩色水性聚氨酯乳液,用于制备一种环保、健康的水性指甲油,从根本上克服颜料或染料与成膜剂的相容性差的问题。这种方法能有效地防止颜料、染料的迁移,使得此类指甲油具有极佳的稳定性,耐溶剂性,耐摩擦性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种共聚彩色指甲油及其制备方法,通过本发明制备的指甲油,解决现有水性指甲油中颜料、染料易沉降分层、浮色发花的问题;同时本发明的指甲油具有极佳的稳定性,耐水性和耐摩擦性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种共聚彩色指甲油,以重量组分计包括如下组份:
进一步地,所述水性共聚彩色聚氨酯乳液采用如下步骤方法制备:
步骤1、以水性聚氨酯中非水和非溶剂性组分的质量为基准,将按该基准质量30-70%的大分子二元醇在110-120℃脱水0.5-1.5小时;
步骤2、再按该基准质量加入15-50%的二异氰酸酯,在70-100℃反应2-4小时后加入4-10%的亲水扩链剂、0.1-11%的二元醇扩链剂、0.01-0.2%的催化剂和0.1-11%的反应型小分子染料、和10-50%丙酮或丁酮,在60-90℃反应1-4小时;
步骤3、然后在高速剪切和0-40℃的条件下加入2-10%的三乙胺,反应5分钟后加入100-300%的水和0-5%的二元胺扩链剂,搅拌5-30分钟后将反应产物转入旋转蒸发仪,在40-50℃、0.01MPa真空条件下脱去丙酮或丁酮,得到水性共聚彩色聚氨酯乳液。

进一步地,所述大分子二元醇选自聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二元醇(PBA)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)、聚己二酸-新戊二醇酯二元醇(PMA)、聚四氢呋喃醚二元醇(PTMG)或聚丙二醇(PPG)中的一种或多种。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明水性聚氨酯以水为溶剂,具有无污染、安全可靠、机械性能优良、相容性好、光泽度高、透明度好、丰满度好、手感好等优点。
2、本发明制备方法通过一定的化学反应将发色基团引入高分子的主链或侧链而形成的一类高分子聚合物,这种通过化学键连接的方式赋予了高分子染料双重功能:即高分子的高强度、成膜性、耐溶剂性、耐迁移性、耐磨擦性、耐热性以及有机染料对光的选择吸收性和多彩性。
3、本发明制备的指甲油在各种温度(-4~60℃)下可以稳定储存,不会出现颜料、染料的沉降及胶化现象。
4、本发明制备的指甲油无需使用价格昂贵的分散剂、颜料和染料,在工艺上也更加简便,无需搅拌分散长时间,具有成本优势。
5、本发明制备的指甲油具有良好的耐摩擦性,不会出现染料的析出及被摩擦脱落现象。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。
具体实施方式
如下实施例1-4中DYE1-DYE3所代表的结构分别如下所示:
实施例1
将数均分子量Mn为2000的PMA在110℃下脱水1小时后冷却至50℃,取45克加入到500mL的三口烧瓶中,再加入32克IPDI搅拌并升温至80℃反应2小时后加入1.5克DYE1及0.1克DBTDL、9克DMPA、2.5克CHDM及2克TMP及30克丙酮,恒温在70℃搅拌反应4小时后降温至40℃;加入6.79克TEA和30克丙酮,反应5分钟后,在高速搅拌(1200转/分钟)下加入160克水,立即加入3.5克IPDA进行后扩链,搅拌30分钟后将反应产物转入旋转蒸发仪,在45℃、0.01MPa真空条件下脱去丙酮,得到阴离子型水性聚氨酯乳液。
水性共聚彩色指甲油由下列成分组成:
1)成膜剂:28g上述制备得到的水性共聚彩色聚氨酯乳液;
2)消泡剂:0.15g的TEGO foamex 810;
3)基材润湿剂0.15g的TEGO Wet 270;
4)流变助剂:0.3g的BYK-420;
5)增稠剂:0.3g的TAFIGEL PUR-64;
6)附着力促进剂:0.2g的KH-550;
7)溶剂:0.9g的去离子水
以上各组分称重后,在1000rpm/min高速搅拌30min后制备得到1#指甲油。
实施例2
将数均分子量Mn为2000的PMA在110℃下脱水1小时后冷却至50℃,取39克加入到500mL的三口烧瓶中,再加入40克IPDI,搅拌并升温至90℃反应2小时后加入1.5克DYE1、9克DMPA、3克CHDM、2.0克TMP、0.08克DBTDL及10克丙酮,恒温在70℃搅拌反应4小时后降温至40℃;然后加入6.7克TEA和30克丙酮,反应1分钟后,在高速搅拌(1200转/分钟)下加入160克水,立即加入3.5克IPDA进行后扩链30分钟后将反应产物转入旋转蒸发仪,在45℃、0.01MPa真空条件下脱去丙酮,得到阴离子型水性聚氨酯乳液。
水性共聚彩色指甲油由下列成分组成:
1)成膜剂:27g上述制备得到的水性共聚彩色聚氨酯乳液;
2)消泡剂:0.15g的TEGO foamex 810;
3)基材润湿剂0.15g的TEGO Wet 270;
4)流变助剂:0.2g的BYK-425;
5)增稠剂:0.3g的ACRYSOL RM2020NPR;
6)附着力促进剂:0.3g的KH-560;
7)溶剂:1.9g的去离子水;
以上各组分称重后,在1000rpm/min高速搅拌30min后制备得到2#指甲油。
实施例3
将数均分子量Mn为2000的PCDL在110℃下脱水1小时后冷却至50℃,取37.5克加入到500mL的三口烧瓶中,再加入34克IPDI,搅拌并升温至90℃反应2小时后加入1.5克DYE2、9克DMPA、4克NPG、2.0克TMP、0.08克DBTDL及10克丙酮,恒温在70℃搅拌反应4小时后降温至40℃;然后加入6.2克TEA和30克丙酮,反应1分钟后,在高速搅拌(1200转/分钟)下加入160克水,立即加入3.5克IPDA进行后扩链,30分钟后将反应产物转入旋转蒸发仪,在45℃、0.01MPa真空条件下脱去丙酮,得到阴离子型水性聚氨酯乳液。
水性共聚彩色指甲油由下列成分组成:
1)成膜剂:26g上述制备得到的水性共聚彩色聚氨酯乳液;
2)消泡剂:0.15g的TEGO foamex 810;
3)基材润湿剂:0.15g的TEGO Wet 280;
4)流变助剂:0.2g的BYK-425;
5)增稠剂:0.3g的ACRYSOL RM 8W;
6)附着力促进剂:0.3g的KH-560;
7)溶剂:2.9g的去离子水;
以上各组分称重后,在1000rpm/min高速搅拌30min后制备得到3#指甲油。
实施例4
将数均分子量Mn为2000的PTMG在110℃下脱水1小时后冷却至50℃,取39克加入到500mL的三口烧瓶中,再加入37克IPDI,搅拌并升温至80℃反应2小时后加入1.5克DYE3、9克DMPA、4克CHDM、1.5克TMP、0.08克DBTDL及10克丙酮,恒温在70℃搅拌反应4小时后降温至40℃;然后加入6.0克TEA和30克丙酮,反应1分钟后,在高速搅拌(1200转/分钟)下加入160克水,立即加入3.2克IPDA进行后扩链,30分钟后将反应产物转入旋转蒸发仪,在45℃、0.01MPa真空条件下脱去丙酮,得到阴离子型水性聚氨酯乳液。
水性共聚彩色指甲油由下列成分组成:
1)成膜剂:28g上述制备得到的水性共聚彩色聚氨酯乳液;
2)消泡剂:0.15g的TEGO foamex 810;
3)基材润湿剂:0.15g的TEGO Wet 280;
4)流变助剂:0.2g的BYK-425;
5)增稠剂:0.3g的ACRYSOL RM 8W;
6)附着力促进剂:0.3g的KH-560;
7)溶剂:0.9g的去离子水;
以上各组分称重后,在1000rpm/min高速搅拌30min后制备得到4#指甲油。
对比例:
水性聚氨酯分散体是市售的万华化学公司的水性聚氨酯9230和市售的广州冠志化工有限公司的水性聚氨酯1011。对比例中指甲油配方中需要添加的分散剂、防沉剂、色浆。
所述分散剂分别选自德国迪高公司的TEGO Dispers 755W、TEGO Dispers 750W和德国毕克公司的BYK-2091、BYK-2015、BYK-192。
所述防沉剂选自美国洛克伍德的膨润土、德国毕克的AQUATIX 8421。
所述水性色浆选自上海望崇化工公司的NWR-3280、NWB-8200、NWW-9008、NWB-6030。
对比例1:
水性指甲油由下列的组分组成:
1)成膜剂:27g万华的9230;
2)消泡剂:0.15g的TEGO foamex 810;
3)基材润湿剂:0.15g的TEGO Wet 270;
4)分散剂:0.3g的Tego Dispers755W
4)流变助剂:0.2g的BYK-420;
5)增稠剂:0.3g的ACRYSOL RM 8W;
6)防沉剂:0.3g膨润土
7)附着力促进剂:0.3g的KH-560
8)色浆:0.2g NWR-3280和0.4g NWW-9008
6)溶剂:0.7g的去离子水;
以上各组分称重后,在1000rpm/min高速搅拌2h后制备得到5#指甲油。
对比例2:
水性指甲油由下列的组分组成:
1)成膜剂:27g广州冠志的1011;
2)消泡剂:0.15g的TEGO foamex 810;
3)基材润湿剂:0.15g的TEGO Wet 270;
4)分散剂:0.3g的Tego Dispers755W;
4)流变助剂:0.2g的BYK-420;
5)增稠剂:0.3g的ACRYSOL RM 8W;
6)防沉剂:0.3g膨润土;
7)附着力促进剂:0.3g的KH-560;
8)色浆:0.55g NWR-3280和0.05g NWW-6030;
6)溶剂:0.7g的去离子水;
以上各组分称重后,在1000rpm/min高速搅拌2h后制备得到6#指甲油。
上述实施例及对比例制得的1#~6#指甲油,进行性能测试。
高温稳定性测试:放置在60℃烘箱中,记录指甲油在烘箱中出现颜料或染料分层现象的天数。
上述实施例及对比例制得的1#~6#指甲油,涂于ABS板上,涂膜厚度75μm,室温干燥24h后进行测试。
表干时间:指触法,75%湿度,25℃室温,记录涂膜后手指触摸不黏手的时间。
铅笔硬度测试:750g载重铅笔硬度仪进行测试;
附着力测试:9号绣花针以1mm间隔划格5行,垂直再划5行,按照起边情况分1-10个等级,等级1最差,等级10最好;
耐水测试:室温下将成模板放入40℃水中30min,观察起边现象分1-10个等级,等级1最差,等级10最好。
耐摩擦性:将1#~6#指甲油涂于假甲片上,涂两层干燥24h后,在A4纸张上摩擦划过,观察留在纸张上的印记的量分1-10个等级,等级1为纸张上指甲油颜色残留量最多,等级10为纸张上无残留。

从上述制备工艺可知,本发明指甲油制备的过程简单方便,原料种类少,大大节约成本。
从性能对比结果可知:本发明制备的水性共聚彩色指甲油具有良好的热稳定性、耐摩擦性、附着性;同时表干时间短,指甲油使用方便,同时具有良好的耐水性。

Claims (9)

1.一种共聚彩色指甲油,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括如下组份:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种共聚彩色指甲油,其特征在于,所述水性共聚彩色聚氨酯乳液采用如下步骤方法制备:
步骤1、以水性聚氨酯中非水和非溶剂性组分的质量为基准,将按该基准质量30-70%的大分子二元醇在110-120℃脱水0.5-1.5小时;
步骤2、再按该基准质量加入15-50%的二异氰酸酯,在70-100℃反应2-4小时后加入4-10%的亲水扩链剂、0.1-11%的二元醇扩链剂、0.01-0.2%的催化剂和0.1-11%的反应型小分子染料、和10-50%丙酮或丁酮,在60-90℃反应1-4小时;
步骤3、然后在高速剪切和0-40℃的条件下加入2-10%的三乙胺,反应5分钟后加入100-300%的水和0-5%的二元胺扩链剂,搅拌5-30分钟后将反应产物转入旋转蒸发仪,在40-50℃、0.01MPa真空条件下脱去丙酮或丁酮,得到水性共聚彩色聚氨酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种共聚彩色指甲油,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)或六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种共聚彩色指甲油,其特征在于,所述反应型小分子染料选自以下结构式DYE1-DYE7中的一种或者几种组合:
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种共聚彩色指甲油,其特征在于,所述大分子二元醇选自聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二元醇(PBA)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)、聚己二酸-新戊二醇酯二元醇(PMA)、聚四氢呋喃醚二元醇(PTMG)或聚丙二醇(PPG)中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种共聚彩色指甲油,其特征在于,所述二元醇扩链剂选自乙二醇(EG)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)、新戊二醇(NPG)、1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)或一缩二乙二醇(DEG)中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种共聚彩色指甲油,其特征在于,所述二元胺扩链剂选自乙二胺(EDA)或异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)中的一种或多种;
其中,所述亲水扩链剂选自二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)或酒石酸(TA)中的一种或多种;
其中,所述中和剂选自三乙胺(TEA)或氢氧化钠(NaOH)中的一种或多种;
其中,所述三元醇交联剂三元醇交联剂选自三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、三乙醇胺(NTA)、三异丙醇胺(TIPA)中的任意一种或任意多种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种共聚彩色指甲油,其特征在于,所述催化剂选自二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)、异辛酸铋、有机铋(DY-20)中的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1-8任意一所述的一种共聚彩色指甲油的制备方法,其特征在于,按各组分原料重量份称取原材料,并在1000rpm/min条件下高速搅拌30min后即得。
