Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于隐形矫正牙齿所用假牙的制作方法,首先将牙套进行3D扫描得到3D模型;再通过电脑制作成牙套,并将牙套内部全部灌满;再截取需制作的牙齿部分,最后3D打印成产品。本发明采用3D建模打印制作,制作的牙齿贴合度很高、真实逼真,而且非常平滑、美观。

本发明属于假牙制作方法技术领域,具体是一种用于隐形矫正牙齿所用假牙的制作方法。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,爱美之心人皆有之,许多人为了美花大价钱,牙齿矫正就是一个方面。传统的牙齿整形在牙齿上粘贴金属贴片,用钢丝和皮筋进行拉扯从而达到矫正的目的。随后出现了牙内贴片,半通明陶瓷矫正,还有全透明隐形矫正。人们为了美观会花大价钱选择全透明隐形矫正,但是如果因为需要拔除牙齿的隐形矫正患者却没有进一步美观的方案。虽然假牙长久以来就有,但是针对矫正的却从未出现,隐形矫正虽然看不到矫正器的钢铁贴片或者陶瓷贴片,但是不能解决拔牙后的牙齿缺失的美观问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决在隐形矫正过程中牙齿缺失的美观问题,提供一种用于隐形矫正牙齿所用假牙的制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种用于隐形矫正牙齿所用假牙的制作方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)将牙齿载体进行3D扫描得到3D模型;
2)根据3D模型通过电脑制作成牙套,并将牙套内部全部灌满;
3)截取所需制作的牙齿部分,然后向内部缩0.3毫米;
4)将所述牙齿3D建模;
5)最后3D打印出成品,并将支架去除
进一步地,所述牙齿载体为矫正牙套。
本发明采用3D建模打印制作,制作的牙齿贴合度很高、真实逼真,而且非常平滑、美观。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种用于隐形矫正牙齿所用假牙的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将矫正牙套进行3D扫描得到3D模型;
2)根据3D模型通过电脑制作成牙套,并将牙套内部全部灌满;
3)截取所需制作的牙齿部分,然后向内部缩0.3毫米,因为0.1毫米为牙套壁厚;
4)将所述牙齿3D建模;
5)最后3D打印出成品,并将支架去除,从而完成制备。
本实施例采用3D建模打印制作,制作的牙齿贴合度很高、真实逼真,而且非常平滑、美观。

1.一种用于隐形矫正牙齿所用假牙的制作方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)将牙齿载体进行3D扫描得到3D模型;
2)根据3D模型通过电脑制作成牙套,并将牙套内部全部灌满;
3)截取所需制作的牙齿部分,然后向内部缩0.3毫米;
4)将所述牙齿3D建模;
5)最后3D打印出成品,并将支架去除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于隐形矫正牙齿所用假牙的制作方法,其特征在于,所述牙齿载体为矫正牙套。
