Many ocular and even systemic diseases can affect the tear composition and the structure of the tear film, and changes in tear composition are often important causes of ocular disease.
The tear test paper is a test paper specially used for detecting the tear secretion of a patient. When the existing detection test paper is used, the part of the hand, which is easy to contact with the eyes, of the detection test paper is easy to cause the pollution of the test paper, so that the eye detection of a patient is not facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the test paper of the present invention includes: and the test strip 2 is used for detecting the tears of the patient. The upper end of the test strip 2 is provided with a detection part 1, and the detection part 1 is contacted with the eyes of a patient. As shown in fig. 1, a vertical hard paper strip 3 is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the test strip 2 above the paper surface in fig. 1, and the hard paper strip 3 can keep the test strip 2 straight and flat, so that a patient can conveniently hold the test strip by hand and place the test strip on the eyes. A vertical tearing line 22 is arranged in the middle of the test strip 2, and the test strip 2 can be torn from the tearing line 22; the tear line 22 is positioned with a scale 21 that marks the length to the top to identify the amount of tear fluid leached.
As shown in fig. 3, a strip-shaped first adhesive layer 4 is provided at the other side of the test strip 2, i.e., the side above the paper surface in fig. 3, at the middle position, and a first protective layer 5 is provided on the outer side of the first adhesive layer 4; the lower end of the first adhesive layer 6 is provided with a strip-shaped second adhesive layer 6, and the outer side of the second adhesive layer 6 is provided with a second protective layer 7.
As shown in fig. 2, the height of the upper end of the first adhesive layer 4 is 65% of the height of the test strip 2, i.e., a position 26mm high from the lower end; the height of the upper end of the second adhesive layer 6 is 10% of the height of the test strip 2, i.e., 4mm from the lower end. The test strip 2 had a height of 40 mm. The width of the first adhesive layer 4 and the second adhesive layer 6 is 10% of the height of the test strip 2, i.e. 4 mm.
As shown in FIG. 1, the hard paper strip 3 may be a paper shell or other material slightly harder than the test paper, and its width can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 2-5 mm. The test strip 2 has a width of 20 mm.
When the test paper is used, the first protective layer 5 and the second protective layer 7 are torn open, and the first bonding layer 4 and the second bonding layer 6 are exposed; the test strip 2 is torn vertically from the tear line 22 in the middle position. The hard paper strips 3 on the two sides of the test strip 2 are held by two hands respectively, the detection part 1 at the upper end of the test strip 2 is contacted with the eyes of a patient, the test strip 2 is temporarily adhered and fixed on the face of the patient through the first adhesive layer 4 and the second adhesive layer 6, and tear is detected.
