Claims (5)

1. A device for controlling the first-in first-out of rod-shaped materials in storage and conveying is provided with a housing with a material inlet and a material outlet, and a rotating body arranged in the housing, wherein the rotating body is provided with storage conveying channels which are spirally distributed, the storage conveying channels are arranged into an upper part and a lower part which are opposite in spiral direction, the device is characterized in that the lower port of the upper storage conveying channel is arranged into a straight port, the upper port of the lower storage conveying channel is arranged into a bent port wrapping the straight port, the upper storage conveying channel is connected with a lifting type feeding mechanism through an upper connector and is not connected with the lifting type discharging mechanism through a lower connector;
the lifting type feeding mechanism comprises an L-shaped frame connected with the lifting mechanism, and an L-shaped conveying chain or belt arranged on the L-shaped frame, wherein a feeding hole is formed in the top of the vertical end of the L-shaped frame, a horizontal port is formed as a discharging hole, the feeding hole is communicated with the feeding channel, an upper connector is fixed on the discharging hole, one end of the upper connector is connected with the horizontal port of the L-shaped conveying chain or belt, the other end of the upper connector extends out of the discharging hole and is connected with and disconnected with the upper storage conveying channel, the L-shaped frame and the L-shaped conveying chain or belt on the L-shaped frame are driven to ascend or descend through the first lifting mechanism, and the first lifting mechanism is matched with the feeding channel to complete feeding of the rodlike materials;
over-and-under type discharge mechanism includes the rectangular frame who links to each other with second elevating system, sets up the discharging channel on rectangular frame, and this discharging channel includes the vertical passageway of second, second turn passageway, the horizontal passageway of second, wherein: the second vertical channel is composed of an inner longitudinal conveying chain or belt and a pressing plate, the outer end of the pressing plate is fixed on the outer rodlike material channel, the inner end of the pressing plate is connected with the inner longitudinal conveying chain or belt and is not connected with the inner longitudinal conveying chain or belt, and the pressing plate rises or falls along with the longitudinal conveying chain or belt, so that gaps among the outer rodlike material channel, the pressing plate and the longitudinal conveying chain or belt form a rodlike material vertical channel with variable length and length; the second turning channel is composed of a lower bent conveying chain or belt and an upper bent conveying chain or belt, so that a turning rod-shaped material channel is formed by a gap between the lower bent conveying chain or belt and the upper bent conveying chain or belt; the second horizontal channel is composed of a lower horizontal conveying chain or belt and an upper horizontal plate, a horizontal rod-shaped material channel is formed in a gap between the lower horizontal conveying chain or belt and the upper horizontal plate, the inner end of the horizontal channel is connected with and disconnected with the lower storage conveying channel through a lower connector, the rectangular frame and the discharging channel on the rectangular frame are driven to ascend or descend through the second lifting mechanism, and meanwhile the discharging of rod-shaped materials is completed by matching with the external rod-shaped material channel.

The rod-shaped material first-in first-out device in storage and transportation according to claim 1, wherein: the feed port on the shell cover is a longitudinal rectangular strip port and is positioned at the middle upper part of one side of the shell cover, and the feed port is matched and connected with the lifting feed mechanism positioned outside the shell cover so that the lifting feed mechanism and the upper connector complete lifting or descending along the feed port;
the discharge port on the shell cover is a longitudinal rectangular strip port and is positioned at the middle lower part of the other side of the shell cover, and the discharge port is matched and connected with the lifting type discharging mechanism positioned outside the shell cover, so that the lifting type discharging mechanism and the lower connector piece can finish lifting or descending along the discharge port;
the top of the rotating body is provided with a shaft, the bottom of the rotating body is provided with a sliding support, the shaft at the top extends upwards through the top of the shell cover and then is connected with a power machine, and the power machine drives the rotating body to rotate forwards or backwards.
3. The rod-shaped material first-in first-out device in storage and transportation according to claim 1, wherein:
the feed channel comprises: vertical passageway, turn passageway, horizontal passageway, wherein: the vertical channel is composed of a longitudinal conveying chain or belt on the outer side and a pressing plate, the inner end of the pressing plate is fixed on the L-shaped frame, the outer end of the pressing plate is connected with the longitudinal conveying chain or belt on the outer side and is not connected with the longitudinal conveying chain or belt on the outer side, and the pressing plate rises or falls along with the longitudinal conveying chain or belt, so that gaps among the L-shaped frame, the pressing plate and the longitudinal conveying chain or belt form a long and short variable rod-shaped material vertical channel; the turning channel is composed of a lower bent conveying chain or belt and an upper bent conveying chain or belt, so that a turning rod-shaped material channel is formed by gaps between the lower bent conveying chain or belt and the upper bent conveying chain or belt; the horizontal channel is composed of a lower horizontal conveying chain or belt and an upper horizontal plate, and a horizontal rod-shaped material channel is formed by a gap between the lower horizontal conveying chain or belt and the upper horizontal plate.
4. The rod-shaped material first-in first-out device in storage and transportation according to claim 1, wherein:
the first lifting mechanism comprises at least two sliding blocks which are fixed on the rear side of the L-shaped frame and are arranged at intervals, each sliding block is matched and connected with the corresponding vertical guide rail in a sliding mode, a nut is arranged on the rear side of the L-shaped frame and is in threaded connection with a longitudinal screw rod, and the longitudinal screw rod is connected with a power machine so that the nut and the L-shaped frame can ascend or descend along the screw rod after the screw rod is driven to rotate by the power machine;
the second lifting mechanism comprises four second sliding blocks which are fixed on the rear side of the rectangular frame and arranged at intervals, the second sliding blocks are matched with corresponding second vertical guide rails in a sliding mode, a second nut is arranged on the rear side of the rectangular frame and is in threaded connection with a second longitudinal screw, a driving wheel is arranged at the top of the second longitudinal screw and is connected with a corresponding driving wheel on a main shaft of the power machine through a driving belt, and after the driving wheel, the driving belt and the driving wheel are driven by the power machine to drive the second longitudinal screw to rotate, the second nut, the rectangular frame and a second vertical channel, a second turning channel and a second horizontal channel on the rectangular frame descend or ascend along the second longitudinal screw, and the rod-shaped materials are conveyed out through matching with an external rod-shaped material channel.

a2, after the rodlike materials in the lower storage conveying channel in the step A1 are fully stored, the rotating body continues to rotate in the positive direction, the lifting type feeding mechanism is operated to synchronously and gradually rise to the highest position, the rodlike materials are sequentially conveyed to the upper storage conveying channel from the low position to the high position until the upper storage conveying channel is fully stored, the upper interface piece is always connected with the rodlike materials entering at last, and the rodlike materials entering at last can be finally conveyed out through the discharging mechanism;
