Abstract
The invention provides a matrix for ecological vat landscaping, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of diatomite; 5-10 parts of calcium hydroxide; 20-30 parts of fly ash; 10-15 parts of wood fiber; 10-20 parts of active carbon. The components are used as raw materials of the matrix for ecological vat landscaping, and the matrix is nontoxic, odorless, green and environment-friendly, natural in color and good in plasticity, and is suitable for growth of various plant root systems. Wherein the fly ash is used as a porous matrix material, which is beneficial to plant rooting; the wood fiber is beneficial to maintaining the shape of the matrix, and is not easy to be washed away by water after being sprayed on the surface of the molding material; the active carbon can adsorb harmful substances generated in the growth of plants, which is beneficial to forming a long-term stable ecological vat system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gardening materials, in particular to a matrix for ecological vat landscaping and application thereof.
Background
The ecological jar is a closed artificial miniature ecological system which is established in the home gardening in recent years and organizes basic components of the ecological system in a relatively isolated space according to an ecological principle. A stable ecosystem must contain biological components of the ecosystem and non-biological components that provide growth media, nutrients for the biological components.
The ecological vat landscaping mainly adopts foaming agent molding, and cement is brushed on the surface to build landscapes such as mountain bodies, dan Jing and the like, and the landscapes are used as a medium for plant attachment growth. the matrix for ecological vat landscaping provided by the invention comprises 20-30 parts by weight of diatomite, preferably 22-28 parts by weight. In the present invention, the diatomaceous earth preferably has a particle size of less than 0.25mm.
The ecological vat landscaping matrix provided by the invention comprises 5-10 parts by weight of calcium hydroxide, preferably 6-9 parts by weight. In the invention, the pH value of the ecological vat landscaping matrix can be adjusted by the calcium hydroxide, so that the pH value of the ecological vat landscaping matrix is beneficial to the growth of plant roots.
The ecological vat landscaping matrix provided by the invention comprises 20-30 parts of fly ash, preferably 23-27 parts of fly ash by mass. In the present invention, the fly ash is preferably of a size of two or more stages. In the invention, the fly ash is used as a porous matrix material, which is favorable for rooting and growing plants.
The matrix for ecological vat landscaping provided by the invention comprises 10-15 parts of wood fiber, preferably 12-14 parts by mass. In the present invention, the length of the wood fiber is preferably 200 to 500. Mu.m, more preferably 300 to 400. Mu.m. In the invention, the wood fiber is beneficial to maintaining the shape of the matrix, and is not easy to wash off by water after being sprayed on the surface of the molding material.
The matrix for ecological vat landscaping provided by the invention comprises 10-20 parts of active carbon, preferably 12-18 parts of active carbon. In the present invention, the activated carbon is preferably wood activated carbon and/or fruit shell activated carbon. In the invention, the activated carbon can adsorb harmful substances generated in the growth of plants, which is beneficial to forming a long-term stable ecological vat system.
The sources of the diatomite, the calcium hydroxide, the fly ash, the wood fiber and the activated carbon are not particularly required, and the sources are well known to those skilled in the art, such as the commercially available materials.
In the present invention, the pH of the substrate for ecological vat landscaping is preferably 5.5 to 7.5, more preferably 6.0 to 7.0.
The preparation method of the matrix for ecological vat landscaping has no special requirement, and the diatomite, the calcium hydroxide, the fly ash, the wood fiber and the activated carbon which are in parts by mass are directly mixed. The invention has no specific requirement on the mixing mode, and the raw materials can be uniformly mixed by using the mixing mode which is well known in the field.
The invention provides application of the matrix for ecological vat landscaping in ecological vat landscaping. In the present invention, the method of application is preferably:
mixing the ecological vat landscaping matrix with water to obtain slurry;
spraying the slurry on the surface of the molding material.
The invention preferably mixes the ecological vat landscaping matrix with water to obtain slurry. In the invention, the mass ratio of the ecological vat landscaping matrix to water is preferably 1:1.5 to 2, more preferably 1:1.6 to 1.8.
After the slurry is obtained, the present invention preferably sprays the slurry onto the surface of the modeling material. In the present invention, the plastic material is preferably a foaming material. After the slurry is sprayed on the surface of the molding material, a substrate surface layer with natural color and certain plasticity can be formed, and the surface layer is not easy to drop and is suitable for growth of various plant root systems; the invention has no special requirements on the spraying thickness of the slurry, and the thickness well known to the person skilled in the art can be used.
The substrates for landscaping for ecological cylinders and the applications thereof provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
20 parts of diatomite, 10 parts of calcium hydroxide, 28 parts of fly ash, 12 parts of wood fiber and 10 parts of activated carbon are mixed to obtain the matrix for ecological vat landscaping. The pH value of the component matrix is determined to be about 7.5.
Mixing the obtained ecological vat landscaping matrix with water according to the mass ratio of 1:1.5 to obtain slurry, and spraying the slurry onto the surface of the molding material. Through tests, the obtained matrix for ecological vat landscaping can be kept for 150 days without falling off, is alkaline, and is suitable for cultivating limestone ecological plants, such as common sow thistle and the like.
Example 2
25 parts of diatomite, 5 parts of calcium hydroxide, 20 parts of fly ash, 15 parts of wood fiber and 15 parts of activated carbon are mixed to obtain the matrix for ecological vat landscaping. The pH value of the component matrix is about 6.2.
Mixing the obtained ecological vat landscaping matrix with water according to the mass ratio of 1:1.7 to obtain slurry, and spraying the slurry onto the surface of the molding material. Through tests, the obtained matrix for ecological vat landscaping can be kept for 150 days without falling off, and the matrix is slightly acidic, so that the matrix is suitable for taking orchid plants as main landscaping.
Example 3
25 parts of diatomite, 7 parts of calcium hydroxide, 25 parts of fly ash, 15 parts of wood fiber and 12 parts of activated carbon are mixed to obtain the matrix for ecological vat landscaping. The pH of the component matrix was determined to be 7.0.
Mixing the obtained ecological vat landscaping matrix with water according to the mass ratio of 1:2 to obtain slurry, and spraying the slurry onto the surface of the molding material. Through tests, the obtained matrix for ecological vat landscaping can be kept from falling off for 150 days, is neutral and is suitable for taking plants such as begonia, pineapple and the like as main landscaping.
