Background
In a conventional multifunction printer (MFP), a user needs to set an output mode of scan data in the multifunction printer in advance, for example, output the scan data by e-mail, and specifically refer to a printer disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2014-192537 of patent document 1.
Disclosure of Invention

Example 1

As can be seen from the above-described embodiments, by generating identification information for identifying the scan data and the scanning apparatus and setting the output destination and/or the output mode of the scan data in accordance with the identification information, it is possible to specify the output of the scan data conveniently.
In the present embodiment, the scanning unit 201 generates scan data after scanning; the scan data may be image data, which may be generated by a file format in the prior art, such as JPG,. BMP,. PPI, etc., but the embodiment is not limited thereto.

As can be seen from the above-described embodiments, by generating identification information for identifying the scan data and the scanning apparatus and setting the output destination and/or the output mode of the scan data in accordance with the identification information, it is possible to specify the output of the scan data conveniently.
Example 3
The embodiment 3 of the invention also provides a data processing system. The difference from embodiment 1 is that the identification information is a fingerprint identification code, that is, the scanning device and the processing device further include a fingerprint input unit, which will be described in detail below.
In the present embodiment, fig. 10 is a schematic configuration diagram of the scanning device 101, and fig. 11 is a schematic configuration diagram of the processing device 102; as shown in fig. 10, the scanning device 101 includes: a scanning unit 1001, a first fingerprint input unit 1002, and a first identifier generation unit 1003; as shown in fig. 11, the processing device 102 includes: a second fingerprint input unit 1101, a second marker generation unit 1102, a setting unit 1103, and a first communication unit 1104; wherein,
a scanner 1001 for scanning a document and generating scan data;
a first fingerprint input section 1002 for inputting a fingerprint;
a first identification generation section 1003 for generating identification information for identifying the scan data and the scanning device from the input fingerprint;
a second fingerprint input section 1101 for inputting a fingerprint;
and a second identifier generation unit 1102 for generating identifier information from the input fingerprint.
A setting unit 1103 for setting information on an output destination and/or an output mode of the scan data identified by the identification information;
a first communication unit 1104 for transmitting an output request; the output request includes the identification information, or may further include information of the output destination and/or an output mode;
in this embodiment, the scanning device 101 may further include:
and a second communication unit 1004 for outputting the scan data in accordance with the output destination information and/or the output method in the output request when the output request is received.
In this embodiment, the specific embodiments of the scanning unit 1001, the second communication unit 1004, and the first communication unit 1104 are the same as the specific embodiments of the scanning unit 201, the second communication unit 203, and the first communication unit 202' in embodiment 1, and thus, detailed description thereof is omitted.
The first identifier generating portion 1003 and the second identifier generating portion 1102 generate identifier information using the same fingerprint generating rule, where the identifier information is a fingerprint identifier, and reference may be made to the prior art specifically, which is not described herein again.
For example, a user a scans an original x by using the scanning device 101 to obtain scan data a, the user a inputs a right-hand thumb print by using the first fingerprint input portion 1002, the first mark generation portion 1003 generates a first fingerprint identification code for identifying the scan data a and the scanning device 101 by using a predetermined rule according to the input right-hand thumb print, the user a scans the original y by using the scanning device 101 to obtain scan data B, the user a inputs a left-hand thumb print by using the first fingerprint input portion 1002, the first mark generation portion 1003 generates a second fingerprint identification code for identifying the scan data B and the scanning device 101 by using a predetermined rule according to the input left-hand thumb print, the user B scans the original z by using the scanning device 101 to obtain scan data c, the user B inputs a right-hand thumb print by using the first fingerprint input portion 1002, the first identifier generation unit 1003 generates a third fingerprint identification code for identifying the scan data c and the scanning device 101 using a predetermined rule based on the input right-hand thumb fingerprint, thereby identifying the scan data and the scanning device based on the identification information.
In this embodiment, before the processing device 102 needs to set the information and/or output mode of the output destination, a fingerprint may be input through the second fingerprint input unit 1101, the first identifier generation unit 1003, and the second identifier generation unit 1102 may generate the identifier information according to the input fingerprint, and since the input fingerprint is the same and the generated identifier information is also the same, the identifier information generated by the second identifier generation unit 1102 and the identifier information generated by the first identifier generation unit 1003 may both identify the scanned data and the scanning device, so that the setting unit 1103 may set the information and/or output mode of the output destination of the scanned data identified by the identifier information.
As shown in fig. 4 of embodiment 1, after clicking the "import" icon, the user enters the interface for acquiring the identification information, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a setting screen for acquiring the identification information, and as shown in fig. 12, the user a is preset to acquire the identification information by means of fingerprint input, for example, the user a inputs a right-hand thumb fingerprint through the second fingerprint input unit 1101, the second identification generation unit 1102 generates the identification information, which is also a first fingerprint identification code, for identifying the scanned data a and the scanning device 101 according to the input fingerprint, and the setting unit 1103 can set information of an output destination and/or an output mode of the scanned data a; the user a inputs the left thumb print through the second fingerprint input part 1101, and the second identifier generating part 1102 generates the identifier information, which is also the second fingerprint identification code, according to the input fingerprint, for identifying the scanned data b and the scanning device 101; the setting unit 1103 may set information on the output destination and/or the output mode of the scan data b; the user B inputs the right thumb print through the second fingerprint input part 1101, and the second identifier generating part 1102 generates the identifier information, which is also the third fingerprint identification code, according to the input fingerprint, for identifying the scanned data c and the scanning device 101; the setting unit 1103 can set information on the output destination and/or the output mode of the scan data c; an embodiment of the information of which the output destination is specifically set and the output mode can refer to example 1, and will not be repeated here.
In this embodiment, the setting unit 1103 may also be configured to set a file format, and for the specific implementation of setting the file format, the address information of the output destination, and the output mode, reference may be made to embodiment 1, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the convenience can be further improved by identifying the scan data and the scanning device by the fingerprint.
In this embodiment, a schematic hardware structure of the scanning device 101 may refer to fig. 5A, on the basis of fig. 5A, the scanning device 101 further includes a fingerprint input module (not shown), in this embodiment, when the scanning device is, for example, an MFP, the first fingerprint input unit 1002 may be implemented by the fingerprint input module of the MFP, and the schematic hardware structure of the processing device 102 may refer to fig. 5B, on the basis of fig. 5B, the processing device 102 further includes a fingerprint input module (not shown), when the processing device is, for example, a PC, the second fingerprint input unit 1101 may be implemented by the fingerprint input module of the PC, for example, fingerprints may be collected by optical, capacitive, and radio frequency technologies, and specific reference may be made to the prior art, which is not repeated herein
As can be seen from the above-described embodiments, by generating identification information for identifying the scan data and the scanning apparatus and setting the output destination and/or the output mode of the scan data in accordance with the identification information, it is possible to specify the output of the scan data conveniently.
Example 4
Embodiment 4 of the present invention provides a data processing method, which is similar to embodiments 1 to 3 in specific implementation manner, and the contents of embodiments 1 to 3 are incorporated herein, and repeated descriptions are omitted.
Fig. 13 is a flowchart of the data processing method in embodiment 4, and as shown in fig. 13, the method includes:
step 1301, scanning an original document in a scanning device and generating scanning data;
step 1302, the scanning device generating identification information, the identification information identifying the scanning data and the scanning device;
step 1303, the processing device sets the information and/or output mode of the output destination of the scanned data identified by the identification information;
step 1304, the processing device sends an output request; the output request includes the identification information, and may further include information of the output destination and/or an output mode.
In this embodiment, reference may be made to the scanning device and the processing device in embodiments 1 to 3 for specific implementation of steps 1301 to 1304, and repeated descriptions are omitted.
Fig. 14 is a flowchart of the data processing method in embodiment 4, and as shown in fig. 14, the method includes, in accordance with embodiment 1:
a step 1401 of scanning an original document in a scanner device and generating scan data;
step 1402, the scanning device generating identification information, the identification information identifying the scanning data and the scanning device; the identification information is a code, for example, a two-dimensional code, a barcode, or a character string, and the specific implementation thereof may refer to embodiment 1, which is not described herein again.
Step 1403, inputting the identification information in the processing means;
the specific input implementation thereof can refer to embodiment 1, and is not described herein again.
Step 1404, setting information of an output destination and an output mode of the scan data identified by the identification information;
the specific setting implementation thereof can refer to embodiment 1, and details are not repeated herein.
Step 1405, sending an output request; the output request includes the identification information, information of the output destination, and an output mode; for example, it may be transmitted by broadcasting;
step 1406, the scanning device receives the output request, and searches whether the scanning device itself stores the identification information consistent with the identification information included in the output request;
step 1407, when the scan data is found, the scan data is sent to the output destination according to the output mode in the output request.
In this embodiment, the file format of the scan data may also be set in step 1404, the output request includes the file format in step 1405, and the output mode is transmitted in the file format in step 1407.
Fig. 15 is a flowchart of the data processing method in embodiment 4, and as shown in fig. 15, the method includes, in accordance with embodiment 2:
step 1501, scanning an original document in a scanning device and generating scanning data;
step 1502, the scanning device generates identification information for identifying the scanning data and the scanning device; the identification information is a code, for example, a two-dimensional code, a barcode, or a character string, and the specific implementation thereof may refer to embodiment 1, which is not described herein again.
Step 1503, the reading device reads and stores the identification information;
for example, the identification information may be displayed on the scanning device, and the specific reading manner thereof may refer to embodiment 2, which is not described herein again.
Step 1504, the processing device establishes connection with the reading device, and the reading device sends the identification information to the processing device;
step 1505, the processing device obtains the identification information from the reading device and inputs the identification information; setting information and an output mode of an output destination of the scan data identified by the identification information;
the specific implementation thereof can refer to example 2, and details are not repeated herein.
Step 1506, sending an output request; the output request includes the identification information, information of the output destination, and an output mode; for example, it may be transmitted by broadcasting;
step 1507, the scanning device receives the output request, and searches whether the scanning device itself stores identification information consistent with the identification information included in the output request;
at step 1508, when the scan data is found, the scan data is sent to the output destination according to the output mode of the output request.
In this embodiment, the file format of the scanned data may also be set in step 1505, the output request includes the file format in step 1506, and the output mode is sent in the file format in step 1508.
Fig. 16 is a flowchart of the data processing method in embodiment 4, and as shown in fig. 16, the method includes, in accordance with embodiment 3:
step 1601 of scanning an original document in a scanning device and generating scan data;
step 1602, inputting a fingerprint in a scanning device;
step 1603, the scanning device generates identification information according to the input fingerprint, wherein the identification information is used for identifying the scanning data and the scanning device; the specific implementation of the identification information is referred to in embodiment 3, which is not described herein again.
Step 1604, setting the identification information input by fingerprint in the processing device;
1605, inputting the fingerprint in the processing device;
step 1606, the processing means generates identification information using the same rule according to the input fingerprint, the identification information being the same fingerprint identification code as in step 1603;
1607, setting the output destination information and output mode of the scanned data identified by the identification information;
step 1608, sending an output request; the output request includes the identification information, information of the output destination, and an output mode; for example, it may be transmitted by broadcasting;
1609, the scanning device receives the output request, and searches whether it stores the identification information consistent with the identification information included in the output request;
step 1610, when the scan data is found, the scan data is sent to the output destination according to the output mode in the output request.
In this embodiment, a file format of the scan data may be set in step 1607, the output request includes the file format in step 1608, and the output mode is transmitted in the file format in step 1610.
As can be seen from the above-described embodiments, by generating identification information for identifying the scan data and the scanning apparatus and setting the output destination and/or the output mode of the scan data in accordance with the identification information, it is possible to specify the output of the scan data conveniently.
The printer setting method in the printer setting apparatus described in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. For example, one or more of the functional block diagrams and/or one or more combinations of the functional block diagrams illustrated in FIGS. 1-3, 6-7, and 10-11 may correspond to individual software modules of a computer program flow or may correspond to individual hardware modules. These software modules may correspond to the various steps shown in fig. 13-16, respectively. These hardware modules may be implemented, for example, by solidifying these software modules using a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA).
A software module may reside in RAM memory, flash memory, ROM memory, EPROM memory, EEPROM memory, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art. A storage medium may be coupled to the processor such that the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium; or the storage medium may be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an ASIC. The software module may be stored in a memory of the image forming apparatus or may be stored in a memory card that is insertable into the image forming apparatus.
One or more of the functional block diagrams and/or one or more combinations of the functional block diagrams described with respect to fig. 1-3, 6-7, 10-11 may be implemented as a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof designed to perform the functions described herein. One or more of the functional block diagrams and/or one or more combinations of the functional block diagrams described with respect to fig. 1-3, 6-7, 10-11 may also be implemented as a combination of computing devices, e.g., a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, a plurality of microprocessors, one or more microprocessors in conjunction with a DSP communication, or any other such configuration.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that these descriptions are illustrative and not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Various modifications and alterations of this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art based upon the spirit and principles of this invention, and such modifications and alterations are also within the scope of this invention.
Claims (10)
1. A data processing system, characterized in that the system comprises: a scanning device and a processing device;
the scanning device includes:
a scanning unit that scans an original document and generates scan data;
a first identification generation section for generating identification information for identifying the scan data and the scanning device;
the processing device comprises:
a setting unit configured to set information of an output destination and/or an output mode of the scan data identified by the identification information;
a first communication unit for transmitting an output request; the output request includes the identification information; the output request further includes information of the output destination and/or an output mode.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the scanning apparatus further comprises a second communication section for outputting the scan data in accordance with the output destination information and/or the output mode in the output request, when the output request is received.
3. The system according to claim 1, wherein when the output request includes identification information, an address of an output destination, and an output mode, the second communication section transmits the scan data to the output destination indicated by the information of the output destination in accordance with the output mode in the output request.
4. The system according to claim 2, wherein the scanning apparatus further comprises a search section for searching whether or not it stores identification information in accordance with the identification information in the output request when the output request is received, and the second communication section outputs the scan data in accordance with the information of the output destination and/or the output manner in the output request when it is searched.
5. The system according to claim 1, wherein the information of the output destination is path information or address information of an electronic mail, and the output is by saving the scan data to a path indicated by the path information or by sending the scan data to an address of an electronic mail indicated by the address information by mail.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the setting unit is further configured to set a file format of the scan data, and the setting unit further comprises:
an input section for inputting the identification information;
the output request further includes the file format;
the second communication unit transmits the scan data in the file format.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the identification information is a code;
wherein, the code is a bar code or a two-dimensional code or a fingerprint identification code.
8. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a reading device, comprising:
a first reading section for reading the identification information;
a second storage section for storing the identification information;
a transmitting section for transmitting the read identification information to the processing apparatus.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the scanning device further comprises:
a first fingerprint input section for inputting a fingerprint;
and the first identification generation section generates the identification information from the input fingerprint;
the processing apparatus further comprises:
a second fingerprint input section for inputting a fingerprint;
a second identification generation section for generating the identification information from the input fingerprint.
10. A method of data processing, the method comprising:
scanning the original in a scanning device and generating scanning data;
the scanning device generates identification information, and the identification information is used for identifying the scanning data and the scanning device;
the processing device sets the information and/or output mode of the output destination of the scanning data identified by the identification information;
the processing device sends an output request; the output request includes the identification information; the output request further includes information of the output destination and/or an output mode.
