In the constant temperature cooling stage, the water inlet two-way valve 7 is in a normal-way state, the water outlet two-way valve 20 is opened, the exhaust valve 9 is automatically exhausted or closed according to the state of the system, the heater 5 is closed, meanwhile, the circulating pump 4 rotates positively, cooling water enters the system under the action of the circulating pump 4 through the water inlet pipe 1, enters the client device 2 through the heater 5 and the circulating water outlet pipe 22, and then is output to the outlet end through the circulating water return/water pumping air inlet common pipe 23, the first check valve 8, the water outlet two-way valve 20 and the water outlet pipe 3.
In the constant temperature heating stage, the water inlet two-way valve 7 is in a normal-way state, the water outlet two-way valve 20 is in a closed state, the exhaust valve 9 is automatically exhausted or closed according to the state of the system, meanwhile, the circulating pump 4 rotates positively, circulating water enters the system under the action of the circulating pump 4, is heated by the heater 5 and enters the client device 2 through the circulating water outlet pipe 22, and then forms a closed loop through the circulating water return/water pumping air inlet common pipe 23, the first check valve 8 and the reflux/water pumping water outlet common pipe 6 to the circulating pump 4.
When water return and pumping are needed after the machine is stopped, the water inlet two-way valve 7 is closed, the outlet two-way valve 20 is opened, the circulating pump 4 is reversed, the exhaust valve 9 enters air under the action of vacuum suction of the circulating pump 4, the air enters the client device 2 through the circulating water return/water pumping air inlet shared pipe 23, residual water in the client device 2 is carried through the circulating water outlet pipe 22 and the reflux/water pumping water outlet shared pipe 6, and is discharged from the water outlet pipe 3 to the outlet end.
In the embodiment, the normally open water inlet two-way valve 7 is arranged at the input end of the water inlet pipe, and the valve is closed when water is pumped back, so that the water inlet is prevented from influencing the water pumping back effect; the positive and negative rotation of the circulating pump is utilized to realize the back and forth switching of the power required by the water medium circulation and water back pumping function, the vacuum attraction enables the mold to reach vacuum, and the exhaust valve is combined with the utilization of the pressure of the atmospheric pressure, so that the accumulated water in the mold runner is quickly emptied and the mold runner is in a normal pressure state; because the common water temperature machine system is provided with the bypass pipe for balancing the pressure in the water medium pipeline of the client equipment, but when the water is pumped back, the bypass pipe can seriously influence the water pumping back effect, the embodiment can play a role of pressure relief safety in normal operation by adding the second check valve on the bypass pipe, and can enable the flow of water return to pass through the mold runner only when the water is pumped back, thereby effectively preventing air return from the bypass pipe when the water is pumped back and enabling the water pumping back performance to be optimal; by additionally arranging the exhaust valve on the circulating water return pipe, the exhaust function can be assisted in normal operation, and the air suction and intake function can be performed in water return pumping; by additionally arranging the first check valve on the circulating water return pipe, water backflow is prevented when water is pumped back, so that the water return effect is poor.
