The intelligent water chiller-heater according to claim 1 wherein: the middle sections of the water inlet connecting pipe and the water outlet connecting pipe are respectively provided with a pipe body bending part which bends towards a high position and then bends downwards, and the pipe body bending parts are arranged in the case; the bottom of the machine case is fixedly provided with a water receiving disc, the water receiving disc is positioned under the bending part of the water circulation piece and the pipe body, the bottom of the water receiving disc is connected with a water outlet connector, the water outlet connector penetrates out of the bottom of the machine case, and water of the water receiving disc is discharged through the water outlet connector.
