a filter screen is arranged in an inserting groove on the side wall of the drainage groove, the end part of the filter screen extends towards one side of the drainage groove in an inclined way, the filter screen extends towards the inner cylinder to be higher than the opening of the drainage groove, and at least one part of the filter screen extends between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder so as to eliminate foam between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder;
the water drainage tank is arranged at the bottommost end of the outer cylinder wall.
