After people wind the yarn 34 around the second single-groove pulley 40 on the right side, the yarn 34 penetrates through the circular hole block 41, and finally the yarn 34 is wound on the collector 31, when a proper amount of waxed yarn 34 is wound on the collector 31, people press the slicing handle 46 downwards to drive the blade 45 to move downwards to cut the yarn 34, and people do not need to cut the yarn 34 with scissors, so that the yarn cutting machine is convenient and fast. After the blade 45 cuts the yarn 34, the person pulls the skiving handle 46 upward, bringing the blade 45 back up.
People move the hook 58 out of the fourth through hole 55, then place the wax block 15 into the concave block 222, and then bind the wax block 15 by the elastic rope 54, so that the wax block 15 is fixed by the suction cup 52, thereby preventing the wax block 15 from moving, and people can clamp the hook 58 into the corresponding fourth through hole 55.
