本发明涉及一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,尤其是一种仿土壤结构多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法。
背景技术
植物在生态环境中起着非常重要的作用,它不仅可以净化空气,补充空气中的氧气,也可以防尘防风,减噪灭菌,减缓温室效应。随着城市化建设的加快,绿化(植物栽培)用地越来越稀缺,耕地面积也越来越少,建筑绿化(墙体绿化、屋顶绿化等)势在必行。关于建筑绿化,如专利“屋顶绿化系统”(CN101368431A)、“屋顶绿化模块”(CN207783670U)、“一种用于建筑物楼顶的绿化建筑装置”(CN207892144U)、“可移动式楼顶花草种植箱”(CN1530444Y)、“一种简单式屋顶绿化用强化保水基质及其使用方法”(CN1026486831)、“一种屋顶利用环保秸秆植被毯绿化的铺装方法”(CN106760247A)等。这些建筑绿化需依赖于自然土壤或有机基质。自然土壤很容易板结,用于建筑绿化后,必须定期对其进行松土作业。此外,由于自然土壤中有很多杂草种子,用于建筑绿化后,必须定期除草、除杂。另外,由于自然土壤比较重(比重大),用于建筑绿化时对建筑物承重要求比较高。因此,自然土壤用于建筑绿化,既耗材(耗土、耗建材)、耗水(吸水性、保水性差),又耗工、耗时。有机基质虽然比较轻,但保水性比较差,往往需要借助容器或其他材料来保水,并且耐候性差(易老化),使用寿命短,用于建筑绿化时需要定期更换。
此外,专利“一种具有吸音和植物栽培功能的陶瓷材料及其制备方法”(CN102515823A)、“一种土壤替代多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法”(CN103011894A),以陶瓷原料、固体废弃物为主要原料,辅以发泡剂、粘结剂等,通过注浆成型、注模成型、浸渍成型、粉压成型(干压成型)制备了可用于植物栽培的多孔陶瓷块体。但这些发明离不开成型工艺,并且制备的陶瓷是块状固体。注浆成型、注模成型、浸渍成型需定期更换模具,并伴随大量的废模具产生,生产效率低、成本高,又污染环境。粉压成型(干压成型)虽然生产效率比较高,但原料粉体要求高(流动性须比较强),制备的多孔陶瓷孔隙率比较低(吸水性、保水性相对较低)。并且,这些方法只能制备固定形状的多孔陶瓷块体,不像颗粒一样可以自由流动,用于建筑绿化时需按固定的形状、固定的容器进行装填、堆砌,对于自由设计、自由形状、自由容器的建筑绿化则无法满足。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点与不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种密度小、流动性好、吸水率高、保肥性好、保水性强、工艺简单、生产效率高、成本低的多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料在混料机中进行干混,然后加水湿混,得到湿料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的湿料进行旋转造粒,制得条形颗粒;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的条形颗粒进行抛丸处理,制得球形颗粒,然后干燥;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的干燥后的球形颗粒进行烧成,制得所述多孔陶瓷颗粒;
其中,所述原料包括主要原料和发泡剂;所述主要原料为预处理后的粉煤灰、建筑废弃物、矿山泥、粘土、长石中的至少一种;所述发泡剂包含煤粉。
优选地,所述发泡剂还包含SiC、Fe2O3、CaCO3中的至少一种。
优选地,所述发泡剂的质量占所述主要原料质量的0.1-40%。
优选地,所述预处理包括烘干、粉碎。
优选地,所述长石为钠长石、钾长石中的一种或两种。
优选地,所述原料还包括粘结剂。
优选地,所述粘结剂为聚乙烯醇、预糊化淀粉中的一种或两种。
优选地,所述的粘结剂占所述主要原料质量的0.5-8%。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中,干燥温度为30-200℃、干燥时间为5-240min;所述步骤(4)中,烧成温度为850-1250℃、烧成时间为5-300min。

(2)本发明制备的多孔陶瓷颗粒具有强度高、质量轻、寿命长、耐候性强、节能环保等优点,并且不板结,可以多次重复使用。
(3)本发明制备的多孔陶瓷颗粒,比实际土壤孔隙率高且孔隙可控,因此,保水性、保肥性比实际土壤优越,同时避免了建筑绿化时的杂草丛生,利于植物的优先生长发育,可同时用作土壤改良剂、化肥抗板结剂、化肥缓释剂等,以改善土壤、化肥性能。
(4)本发明制备的多孔陶瓷颗粒流动性好,用于建筑、广场、公园、沙漠等绿化时可以对任何形状、任何容器像土壤一样进行自由的充填、堆积,适用于各种场地、各种形状、各种容器的种植,适用范围广,且无需借助其他任何土壤和基质即可直接用于植物栽培,实现了真正的土壤替代。
(5)本发明生产效率高、成本低,工艺条件易控,便于大规模产业化生产。

为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,其工艺流程如图1所示,其详细方法步骤如下:
(1)将主要原料进行预处理,所述预处理为烘干、粉碎,按质量份数计,将30份粉煤灰、20份建筑废弃物、25份矿山泥、15份粘土、10份钾长石、30份煤粉、1份聚乙烯醇在高速混料机中干混3min,干混后加15份水,继续混料5min;
(2)湿混结束后将湿料加入旋转造粒机中进行造粒,制得条形颗粒;
(3)将步骤(2)造粒出的条形颗粒放入抛丸机中,在高速离心力下整丸,制得球形颗粒,然后放入烘箱中,在100℃下烘150min;
(4)将步骤(3)烘干后的球形颗粒在1100℃下烧成120min,得到多孔陶瓷颗粒;
(5)将步骤(4)的多孔陶瓷颗粒进行筛分、颗粒级配,按质量份数计,将15份0.1-0.5mm颗粒、20份0.5-1mm颗、20份1-2mm颗粒、15份2-3mm颗粒、15份3-4mm颗粒、15份4-5mm颗粒制成级配颗粒。
由图2可知,该步骤(4)得到的多孔陶瓷颗粒孔径低于0.5mm,且有很多连通率高的毛细管孔,将其用于种植黄金葛,由图3可知,黄金葛长势良好;将该步骤(5)得到的级配颗粒用于种植白菜,由图4可知,白菜在级配颗粒中,发芽率高,长势良好。
实施例2
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,其详细方法步骤如下:
(1)将主要原料进行预处理,所述预处理为烘干、粉碎,按质量份数计,将40份粉煤灰、30份建筑废弃物、10份粘土、10份钠长石、0.1份SiC、10份煤粉、1份聚乙烯醇、4份预糊化淀粉在高速混料机中干混60min,干混后加20份水,继续混料30min;
(2)湿混结束后将湿料加入旋转造粒机中进行造粒,制得条形颗粒;
(3)将步骤(2)造粒出的条形颗粒放入抛丸机中,在高速离心力下整丸,制得球形颗粒,然后放入烘箱中,在30℃下烘240min;
(4)将步骤(3)烘干后的球形颗粒在1250℃下烧成5min,得到多孔陶瓷颗粒;
(5)将步骤(4)的多孔陶瓷颗粒进行筛分、颗粒级配,按质量份数计,将25份0.1-0.5mm颗粒、20份0.5-1mm颗、20份1-2mm颗粒、15份2-3mm颗粒、10份3-4mm颗粒、10份4-5mm颗粒制成级配颗粒。
将该步骤(5)得到的级配颗粒用于种植假连翘幼苗,长势良好。
实施例3
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,其详细方法步骤如下:
(1)将主要原料进行预处理,所述预处理为烘干、粉碎,按质量份数计,将100份建筑废弃物、1份SiC、1份Fe2O3、20份煤粉、18份CaCO3、2份聚乙烯醇、6份预糊化淀粉在高速混料机中干混5min,干混后加15份水,继续混料10min;
(2)湿混结束后将湿料加入旋转造粒机中进行造粒,制得条形颗粒;
(3)将步骤(2)造粒出的条形颗粒放入抛丸机中,在高速离心力下整丸,制得球形颗粒,然后放入烘箱中,在200℃下烘5min;
(4)将步骤(3)烘干后的球形颗粒在1150℃下烧成80min,得到多孔陶瓷颗粒。
将该步骤(4)制得的多孔陶瓷颗粒直接用于种植银边吊兰,长势良好。
实施例4
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,其详细方法步骤如下:
(1)将主要原料进行预处理,所述预处理为烘干、粉碎,按质量份数计,将80份粘土、5份钾长石、15份钠长石、5份Fe2O3、10份CaCO3、25份煤粉在高速混料机中干混50min,干混后加14份水,继续混料15min;
(2)湿混结束后将湿料加入旋转造粒机中进行造粒,制得条形颗粒;
(3)将步骤(2)造粒出的条形颗粒放入抛丸机中,在高速离心力下整丸,制得球形颗粒,然后放入烘箱中,在100℃下烘30min;
(4)将步骤(3)烘干后的球形颗粒在850℃下烧成300min,得到多孔陶瓷颗粒。
(5)将步骤(4)的多孔陶瓷颗粒进行筛分、颗粒级配,按质量份数计,将30份0.1-0.5mm颗粒、30份0.5-1mm颗、10份1-2mm颗粒、10份2-3mm颗粒、10份3-4mm颗粒、10份4-5mm颗粒制成级配颗粒。
将该步骤(5)制得的多孔陶瓷颗粒直接用于种植蝴蝶兰,长势良好。
对比例1
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,除采用质量份为30的CaCO3替换煤粉外,其他均与实施例1中的制造方法相同。
对比例2
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,除采用质量份为10的Fe2O3替换煤粉外,其他均与实施例1中的制造方法相同。
对比例3
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,除不采用煤粉外,其他均与实施例2中的制造方法相同。
对比例4
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,除不采用煤粉外,其他均与实施例3中的制造方法相同。
对比例5
一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,除不采用煤粉外,其他均与实施例4中的制造方法相同。
实施例1-4和对比例1-5所得的多孔陶瓷颗粒,以及土壤的性能测试结果见表1。

由表1可知,实施例1-4中的多孔陶瓷颗粒的堆积密度均小于土壤,且持水率、48h保水率明显优于土壤;实施例1中的多孔陶瓷颗粒的吸水率、持水率、48h保水率均明显优于对比例1和对比例2,且前者的堆积密度远小于后面二者,此外,前者的耐候性也优于后面二者,而当Fe2O3加入量超过主要原料质量的10%时,所得陶瓷颗粒的耐候性将明显下降,且不利于植物生长,因此,相较使用CaCO3、Fe2O3制得的陶瓷颗粒,使用煤粉制得的陶瓷颗粒不仅在吸水、持水、保水方面性能更加优良,而且质量更轻,耐候性更强,对植物生长无害,也可因其低廉的价格而使生产成本大大降低;实施例2中的多孔陶瓷颗粒与对比例3相比,实施例3中的多孔陶瓷颗粒与对比例4相比,实施例4中的多孔陶瓷颗粒与对比例5相比,吸水率、持水率、48h保水率均明显比较高,这说明煤粉与SiC、Fe2O3、CaCO3中的至少一种组合使用,可显著提高陶瓷颗粒的吸水率、持水率、48h保水率。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种多孔陶瓷颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料在混料机中进行干混,然后加水湿混,得到湿料,其中所述原料由以下重量份的组分组成:100份建筑废弃物、1份SiC、1份Fe2O3、20份煤粉、18份CaCO3、2份聚乙烯醇和6份预糊化淀粉,所述建筑废弃物经过烘干和粉碎处理;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的湿料进行旋转造粒,制得条形颗粒;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的条形颗粒进行抛丸处理,制得球形颗粒,然后干燥;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的干燥后的球形颗粒进行烧成,制得所述多孔陶瓷颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,干燥温度为30-200℃、干燥时间为5-240min;所述步骤(4)中,烧成温度为850-1250℃、烧成时间为5-300min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括下述步骤(5):将所述陶瓷颗粒进行筛分和级配。
