本发明提供一种注塑废料粉碎机构,涉及粉碎处理设备技术领域。架体上端连接有粉碎腔,粉碎腔设有两条平行的转轴,每条转轴相应位置连接有刀组合体,刀组合体包括圆盘状的刀架和均布刀架外圆侧面的刀片,刀组合体相邻刀片与刀架外圆侧面形成刀间隔,与一条转轴连接刀组合体的刀片插入另一条转轴连接刀组合体的刀间隔。本发明解决了现有技术中对塑料粉碎处理会产生大量粉尘,污染空气,影响人们健康的技术问题。本发明有益效果为:解决了普通浇注工艺的气孔问题,显著提升铸件良品率。注塑废料首先落入刀间隔被截成小段,再经过刀刃与刀架挤压成为小颗粒。整个粉碎过程无粉尘产生,不污染环境。分段挤断耗能少,噪音小。

本发明涉及粉碎处理设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种对注塑后废料的无尘粉碎处理机构。
背景技术
塑料厂在注塑中会产生边角料等废料,这些废料需要由塑料粉碎机粉碎后回收,然后再次利用。塑料粉碎机主要是帮助厂家对废料进行粉碎成颗粒。中国专利授权公告号CN204182443U,授权公告日2015年3月4日,名称为“一种塑料粉碎机”的实用新型,公开了其中的一种塑料粉碎机。包括进料斗、粉碎室上体、粉碎室下体、塑料粉碎装置和筛网,进料斗、粉碎室上体、粉碎室下体由上至下依次固定连接,粉碎室上体与粉碎室下体连接形成粉碎室,塑料粉碎装置包括电机和粉碎机构,塑料粉碎机构设于粉碎室内,粉碎机构包括若干个支撑板、与支撑板一端可拆卸连接的第一刀片和第二刀片、以及与电机输出端连接的传动轴,支撑板相对于第一刀片和第二刀片的另一端与传动轴固定连接,第一刀片和第二刀片刀锋呈折线状设置。该结构主要解决了刀片损坏时更换刀片装卸便捷。塑料粉碎中会产生大量的粉尘,主要是刀片与塑料粉碎是产生的。这些粉尘会污染空气,影响人们的健康。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中对塑料粉碎处理会产生大量粉尘,污染空气,影响人们健康的技术问题,本发明提供一种无粉尘产生,不污染环境的注塑废料粉碎机构。
本发明的技术方案是:一种注塑废料粉碎机构,它包括:架体,架体上端连接有粉碎腔,粉碎腔设有两条平行的转轴,每条转轴相应位置连接有刀组合体,刀组合体包括圆盘状的刀架和均布刀架外圆侧面的刀片,刀组合体相邻刀片与刀架外圆侧面形成刀间隔,与一条转轴连接刀组合体的刀片插入另一条转轴连接刀组合体的刀间隔。
作为优选,刀片包括刀头和刀体,刀头端面设有两个斜面,刀片截面刀头成三角形、刀体成矩形,斜面连接处为刀刃。
与转轴连接的若干刀组合体构成同轴刀组件,转轴连接有若干同轴刀组件,同轴刀组件的刀片的刀刃相互错开、刀体侧面相互靠近。
作为优选,一条转轴连接刀片的刀刃与另一条转轴连接刀架侧面挤压,挤压深度L为0.2-0.3毫米。
作为优选,架体上部粉碎腔下端连接有出料口,出料口截面成梯形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:注塑废料首先落入刀间隔被截成小段,再经过刀刃与刀架挤压成为小颗粒。整个粉碎过程无粉尘产生,不污染环境。分段挤断耗能少,噪音小。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:
如图1-4所示,一种注塑废料粉碎机构,它包括:架体1。架体1上端连接有粉碎腔2。粉碎腔2上端连接有可开关的罩盖。架体1上部粉碎腔2下端连接有出料口4。出料口4为长条状,上端大、下端小,出料口4截面成梯形。出料口4上端通过粉碎腔2下端与腔体内连通。粉碎腔2设有两条平行的转轴5。每条转轴5相应位置连接有刀组合体3。刀组合体3包括刀架31和刀片32。刀架31为圆盘状,中间与转轴5通过键固定。刀片32包括刀头和刀体322。刀片32整体为矩形。刀头端面设有两个斜面,两个斜面连接处为刀刃321。刀片32截面刀头成三角形、刀体322成矩形。一个刀架31连接有若干个刀片32,图中示出八个刀片32,只是用来举例说明,具体数量由刀架31直径大小和需要处理的塑料废料需要的力度来决定。刀片32与刀架31固定,八个刀片32均布于刀架31外圆的侧面。每条转轴5轴向串接有多个刀组合体3,即每条转轴5上的刀架31均与转轴5同轴连接,刀架31的端面相互贴紧。若干刀组合体3构成同轴刀组件。图中示出的是用三个刀组合体3构成一个同轴刀组件。每条转轴5连接有若干同轴刀组件。图1、5中用A、B分别表示同轴刀组件A、同轴刀组件B。同轴刀组件A、同轴刀组件B互为相邻的同轴刀组件。同轴刀组件的刀片32的排布方式为:刀刃321相互错开、刀体322侧面相互靠近,即相邻刀架31上的刀片32的刀体322下部侧面重合、刀刃321分开,在转轴5轴端正投影形成V字形(如图3所示)。刀组合体3相邻刀片32与刀架31外圆侧面形成刀间隔33。两条转轴5连接的刀组合体3端面齐平。在两条转轴5中轴线的连线上,与一条转轴5连接刀组合体3的刀片32插入与另一条转轴5连接刀组合体3的刀间隔33(如图2所示)。插入刀片32的刀刃321与组成刀间隔33的刀架31侧面挤压,使得刀架31侧面被挤压凹陷,凹陷量为挤压深度L,L为0.3毫米。
使用时,注塑废料进入粉碎腔2后,首先落入刀间隔33,两条转轴5向中轴线连线中心旋转,注塑废料被截成小段。小段的注塑废料再经过在两条转轴5中轴线的连线上刀刃321与刀架31挤压成为小颗粒。小颗粒由下方的出料口4排出。

1.一种注塑废料粉碎机构,它包括:架体(1),其特征在于:所述架体(1)上端连接有粉碎腔(2),粉碎腔(2)设有两条平行的转轴(5),每条转轴(5)相应位置连接有刀组合体(3),刀组合体(3)包括圆盘状的刀架(31)和均布刀架(31)外圆侧面的刀片(32),刀组合体(3)相邻刀片(32)与刀架(31)外圆侧面形成刀间隔(33),与一条转轴(5)连接刀组合体(3)的刀片(32)插入另一条转轴(5)连接刀组合体(3)的刀间隔(33);所述刀片(32)包括刀头和刀体(322),刀头端面设有两个斜面,刀片(32)截面刀头成三角形、刀体(322)成矩形,斜面连接处为刀刃(321);与转轴(5)连接的若干刀组合体(3)构成同轴刀组件,转轴(5)连接有若干同轴刀组件,同轴刀组件的刀片(32)的刀刃(321)相互错开、刀体(322)侧面相互靠近;相邻刀架(31)上的刀片(32)的刀体(322)下部侧面重合、刀刃(321)分开,在转轴(5)轴端正投影形成V字形,刀组合体(3)相邻刀片(32)与刀架(31)外圆侧面形成刀间隔(33);一条转轴(5)连接刀片(32)的刀刃(321)与另一条转轴(5)连接刀架(31)侧面挤压,挤压深度L为0.2-0.3毫米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑废料粉碎机构,其特征在于,架体(1)上部粉碎腔(2)下端连接有出料口(4),出料口(4)截面成梯形。
