A continuous automatic lens polishing method is characterized by being realized by adopting a full-automatic lens edge grinding machine which comprises a rack (10), wherein an automatic feeding and discharging mechanism (1), a rotary worktable (2), a lens clamping device (4), a cross sliding table feeding mechanism (5) and a grinding mechanism (6) are arranged on the rack; the rotary worktable comprises a horizontal tray (9), and a feeding station, a discharging station and a discharging and receiving station are uniformly distributed on the tray in a circular manner by using the center of the rotary worktable; a mechanical arm device (7) is arranged on the frame corresponding to the rotary worktable; the automatic loading and unloading mechanism comprises a lens suction mechanism at the upper end, and the lens suction mechanism is correspondingly arranged on the rack at one side of the loading station and is used for extracting the lens at the top end of the loading station to the clamping end of the mechanical arm device; the cross sliding table feeding mechanism is positioned on one side of the horizontal direction of the rotary working table, the lens clamping device is fixedly arranged at the working end of the cross sliding table feeding mechanism, the grinding mechanism is arranged below the lens clamping device, the mechanical arm device can move a clamped lens to the lens clamping device, and the cross sliding table feeding mechanism is used for driving the lens clamping device and the clamped lens to form a cross-shaped feeding track on a vertical plane and enabling the lens to be in the working range of the grinding mechanism;
the lens processing primary cycle process comprises the steps of stacking corresponding lenses, placing the stacked lenses into a material placing and receiving station, controlling a rotary worktable to horizontally rotate by 120 degrees, switching the material placing and receiving station to a material placing station, taking out the uppermost lenses one by one, clamping and conveying the uppermost lenses to a corresponding processing part structure for polishing, clamping and conveying the polished lenses to a material placing station for stacking in sequence, completing the lens taking out of the previous cycle and the lens placing of the next cycle in the material placing and receiving station in the lens polishing process, controlling the rotary worktable to continuously rotate by 120 degrees after all the lenses are polished in the primary cycle, enabling the polished stacked lenses to be rotationally switched from the material placing station to the material placing and receiving station, then taking out the polished lenses, completing the primary cycle, repeating the above cycle process and completing the continuous processing of the lenses;
a hollow rotary transmission device (11) is arranged between the tray and the rack to drive the tray to horizontally rotate, the hollow rotary transmission device (11) comprises a circular transmission part, and the upper end of the circular transmission part is fixedly connected with the tray and is used for driving the tray to horizontally rotate; the mechanical arm device comprises a driving rod vertically arranged in an inner hole of the circular ring transmission part, a steering cylinder (30) is arranged at the lower end of the driving rod, the upper end of the driving rod is connected with a horizontal boat-shaped supporting plate (29), a horizontal cylinder foot stool (28) is arranged on the boat-shaped supporting plate, a rodless cylinder (27) is arranged on the cylinder foot rest, a rodless cylinder sliding table (26) is arranged on the rodless cylinder, a cylinder connecting table (25) is fixedly connected on the rodless cylinder sliding table, a horizontal rotary cylinder (24) is arranged on the cylinder connecting table, the front end of the rotary cylinder is connected with a forked rod end joint (23) forwards, the front end of the forked rod end joint is connected with a first cylinder (22) forwards, the front end of the first cylinder (22) is connected with a vertical connecting plate (21), and the front side of the connecting plate is provided with a grabbing mechanism for grabbing the lenses.

The continuous automatic lens polishing method according to claim 1, further comprising an automatic cabin door (3), wherein the automatic cabin door comprises a sheet metal shell (57) which is integrally rectangular and has an open lower end, and the sheet metal shell is fixedly connected to the frame and covers the lens clamping device, the cross sliding table feeding mechanism and the grinding mechanism; the side wall opposite to the mechanical arm device on the sheet metal shell is provided with an opening for the working end of the mechanical arm device to pass through, pneumatic push rods (58) are respectively fixed on the upper side and the lower side of the opening, and a left cabin door (55) and a right cabin door (56) are respectively fixed on the two pneumatic push rods so as to realize the opening and closing of the cabin doors.

The continuous automatic lens polishing method according to claim 1, wherein the grasping mechanism comprises a V-groove rubber plate (15), a connecting rod (16), a connecting rod (17), a connecting block (18), a piston rod (19) and a nut (20); the V-shaped groove rubber plate is hinged with a connecting rod, the connecting rod is hinged on the connecting rod, and the connecting rod is hinged with the connecting block, so that the connecting rod (16), the connecting rod (17), the connecting block (18) and the connecting plate (21) form a connecting rod mechanism; and the V-shaped groove rubber plate is used for being in direct contact with the lens and playing a role in positioning, and the opening and closing of the grabbing mechanism are realized through the left and right movement of the piston rod.

The method for continuously and automatically polishing the lens according to claim 1, wherein the tray is circular, the middle of the tray is provided with a hole for the driving rod to pass through, three holes are uniformly distributed on the tray and are respectively connected and fixed with upward sleeves to form a placing station, the three sleeves respectively form the feeding station, the discharging station and the discharging and receiving station correspondingly, the feeding station is positioned on the left side when facing the frame, the discharging station is positioned on the right side when facing the frame, and the receiving and discharging station is positioned in the middle when facing the frame;

The continuous automatic lens grinding method according to claim 4, wherein the automatic loading and unloading mechanism further comprises a lower lens tray (40), a joint bearing (41), a push rod (42), a right worm gear and worm gear box (43), a first coupling (44), a motor support (45), a servo motor (46), a full-automatic lens edge grinding machine bottom plate (47), a right-angle left-right reverse output gear box (48), a left worm gear and worm gear box (49) and an electromagnetic clutch (50); the worm wheel is provided with threads which are in threaded connection with the push rod (42), the push rods are two vertically arranged and correspond to two of the sleeves one by one, the upper end of each push rod is connected with a joint bearing, the upper end of each joint bearing is connected with a lens tray, the lower ends of the two push rods are respectively connected with a left worm gear box and a right worm gear box, and the power input ends of the left worm gear box and the right worm gear box are respectively in transmission connection with a right-angle left-right reverse output gear box through electromagnetic clutches so as to respectively drive the push rods to vertically move; the right-angle left-right reverse output gear box is connected and fixed on a bottom plate of the edge grinding machine on the frame.

The continuous automatic lens polishing method according to claim 5, wherein the lens suction mechanism comprises a suction cup (35), a suction cup end cover (36), a cylinder end cover (37), a second cylinder (38) and a support (39), the support is fixed on the left side of the frame, the upper end of the support is connected with the second cylinder (38) which faces vertically downwards, the lower end of the second cylinder is connected with the cylinder end cover, the lower end of the cylinder end cover is connected with the suction cup end cover, the lower end of the suction cup end cover is connected with the suction cup, and the suction cup can grab the lens which is vertically ejected out of the sleeve by the push rod and is connected with the working end of the mechanical arm device to transfer the lens.

The continuous automatic lens grinding method according to claim 1, wherein the lens clamping device comprises a left half coupling (62), a right half coupling (63), a first motor (64), a lens clamping device mounting plate (65), a bearing housing (66), a bearing housing end cover (67), a left chuck connecting shaft (68), a left chuck (69), a chuck suction cup (70), a right chuck connecting shaft (71), a bearing end cover (72), a bearing housing support slider (73), a cylinder bearing housing (74) and a third cylinder (75); a bolt and a nut for a first motor are fixed on a mounting plate of a lens clamping device, a left half coupling and a right half coupling are combined into a movable rigid coupling, the movable rigid coupling connects the first motor and a left chuck connecting shaft, a bearing sleeve is fixed on the mounting plate of the lens clamping device by using a bolt and a nut, a bearing sleeve end cover is fixed on a bearing sleeve by using a bolt, a left chuck is fixed on the left chuck connecting shaft by using a bolt, a chuck sucker is fixed on the right chuck connecting shaft by using a bolt and a flat key, a cylinder bearing block is fixed on a bearing block supporting slide block by using a bolt, the bearing block end cover is fixed on the cylinder bearing block by using a bolt, the bearing block supporting slide block is arranged on a first guide rail of the mounting plate of the lens clamping; a clamping opening is formed between the left clamping head and the clamping head sucking disc and is used for clamping the lens.

The continuous automatic lens grinding method according to claim 1, wherein the grinding mechanism comprises a grinding wheel base plate (101), a grinding wheel shaft (102), a grinding wheel pulley (103), a second motor (104), a motor pulley (105), a grinding wheel bearing seat lower cover (106), a grinding wheel bearing seat upper cover (107), a rough grinding wheel (108), a glass rough grinding wheel (109), a polishing wheel (110), a V-groove fine grinding wheel (111) and a belt (112); the grinding wheel base plate is fixed on the frame by bolts, and four corners of the lower cover of the grinding wheel bearing seat are fixed on the grinding wheel base plate by bolts; a coarse grinding wheel, a glass coarse grinding wheel, a polishing wheel and a V-groove fine grinding wheel are sequentially threaded in the middle of the grinding wheel shaft; the two ends of the grinding wheel shaft are sleeved with deep groove ball bearings and fixed on the bearing seats by the grinding wheel bearing seat upper covers; the extended part of the grinding wheel shaft is connected with a grinding wheel belt pulley by a flat key and is fixed by a retaining nut; the second motor is arranged beside the bearing seat, and a motor belt pulley is connected to a shaft of the second motor; the motor belt pulley and the grinding wheel belt pulley are connected by a belt;
