Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics industry, in particular to a microemulsion mask liquid containing camellia seed oil and having a repairing effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The camellia seed oil is rich in nutrition and contains rich unsaturated fatty acid, wherein the oleic acid content is as high as about 80 percent, which is far higher than that of rapeseed oil and peanut seed oil, and is higher than that of olive oil known as liquid gold, and the linoleic acid and linolenic acid content only accounts for about 10 percent. Generally, the higher the oleic acid content of the vegetable oil, the lower the linoleic and linolenic acid content, and the better the oxidative stability. Therefore, the camellia seed oil is a vegetable oil which is rich in unsaturated fatty acid and has good oxidation stability.
In addition, the camellia seed oil contains less saponifiable matter than olive oil, and contains tea polyphenol, camellin and camellin which are not contained in the olive oil, and the beneficial bioactive substances have good effects of resisting oxidation, locking water, preserving moisture, inhibiting bacteria and resisting inflammation. The camellia oil has high vitamin E content and plays an important role in removing free radicals of a human body.
The sterol can inhibit reproduction of bacteria and fungi, has effects of resisting inflammation and promoting wound repair, has strong permeability, and is green, safe and effective in repairing skin barrier.
Ceramide is one of sphingolipid consisting of long-chain basic group of sphingosine and fatty acid, and 40-50% of sebum in stratum corneum consists of ceramide, which plays an important role in keeping the moisture balance of stratum corneum and maintaining the barrier function of skin. Studies have shown that as skin lipid content decreases, skin barrier function decreases. Increased sphingolipid synthesis in the case of skin barrier dysfunction; skin barrier function returns to normal, and sphingolipid synthesis also returns to normal. The ceramide can obviously enhance the adhesive force between keratinocytes, improve the degree of skin dryness and reduce the phenomenon of skin desquamation.
Lecithin not only constitutes an important component of human biological membranes, but also is a source of choline and fatty acids, and plays a very important role in maintaining the physiological activity of biological membranes and normal metabolism of the body. Lecithin is one of lipid components required by human body, and is also used as natural emulsifier and humectant in industry.
Skin water loss TEWL and stratum corneum water content are important parameters for measuring the integrity of the skin barrier and have gained wide acceptance internationally. The more intact the skin protection layer, the higher the moisture content and the lower the value of the skin moisture loss TEWL.
With the wide application of the micro-emulsification technology in the field of cosmetics, more and more cosmetics are developed by adopting the micro-emulsification technology. By a microemulsion technology, functional substances which are difficult to dissolve in water form water-soluble microemulsion with small particle size, and most of the existing microemulsion cosmetics are prepared by a high-energy emulsification process.
Chinese patent CN 107684529A discloses a micro-emulsified facial mask liquid and a preparation method thereof, but the emulsified particle size of the micro-emulsified facial mask liquid is 80-500nm, and the adopted emulsifier is a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant selected from one or more of polysorbate, hydrogenated castor oil ester and/or ether, cetyl alcohol polyether ester and/or ether, decyl tetradecyl alcohol polyether ester and/or ether and polyglycerol fatty acid ester. The emulsifiers are synthetic surfactants, and the lecithin used in the present invention is a natural ingredient and has an emulsifying effect, which is much milder than synthetic surfactants.
Chinese patent CN 104382784a discloses a facial mask emulsion and a preparation method thereof, wherein an emulsion type facial mask is used to replace the traditional water aqua facial mask, but the emulsion type facial mask is prepared by using polyacrylate cross-linked polymer as an emulsifier and selecting common grease for emulsification, does not contain fat-soluble functional substances, has large particle size of the emulsion, achieves the moisturizing effect only through the grease, and the functional fat-soluble substances are difficult to emulsify into nano-scale particles and are difficult to absorb to the bottom layer of the skin.
Chinese patent No. CN 106344490a discloses a soft skin-friendly superfine essence mask, but it adopts high-pressure jet equipment to realize micro-emulsification of the mask liquid, the efficiency of batch production of the process is low, and most of the high-pressure jet equipment is imported, therefore, the production cost of the process is high, which is not beneficial to market promotion.
At present, no report that the microemulsion prepared by adopting common emulsification equipment and adopting lecithin as an emulsifier to prepare camellia seed oil, ceramide, sterol and the like is applied to cosmetic mask liquid is found.

selecting a qualified spot sticking test device with the diameter of 1cm and the depth of about 1 mm;
placing the tested object into a small chamber of a spot sticking tester, and adding a filter paper disc in the small chamber, wherein the dosage is 20-25 mu L;
and observing the skin reaction according to the skin reaction grading standard of a skin closed patch test in technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 version) 30min (after the indentation disappears), 24h and 48h after the test object is subjected to spot removal, and recording the observation result.
The results of the human skin patch test performed according to the above methods and standards show that: the results of the 3 groups of subjects respectively pass the spot-pasting tests of the microemulsion facial mask liquid in the example 1, the example 2 and the example 3, and are observed for 30min, 24h and 48h after the test object spot tester is removed, wherein 0 case has adverse skin reactions, which indicates that the microemulsion facial mask liquid is safe to use.
3.2 human body trial test safety evaluation test method: screening 45 healthy female volunteers with the age of 23-48 years and the average age of 25 years; divided into 3 groups of 15 people each.
Filling the microemulsion facial mask solution of the embodiment 1 into a facial mask bag (container), informing a user of a using method (applying the facial mask on the face after cleaning the skin each time, taking down the facial mask after 15-30 minutes, and lightly tapping and absorbing the redundant facial mask solution) and an evaluation method (feeling whether the eyes and the whole face have adverse reactions such as stinging and itching);
and after the experiment is finished, the laboratory records and sorts the data, analyzes the mathematical theory and issues a report.
The skin reaction was observed according to the classification standard of skin reaction for human trial test in technical Specification for safety of cosmetics (2015 edition), and the observation results were recorded.
The experimental results are as follows: the safety evaluation results of human trial tests carried out according to the methods and standards show that 3 groups of subjects pass the patch test of the microemulsion facial mask liquid in example 1, and after 3 continuous patches of the microemulsion facial mask liquid are used, 0 of the patches has adverse skin reactions, which indicates that the microemulsion facial mask liquid can pass the human trial test.
