Abstract
本发明公开了一种生态肉兔绿色环保养殖方法,具体包括以下步骤:S1、肉兔养殖区域选择及处理;S2、搭建立体生态种养系统;S3、肉兔放种、土元放卵及饲料管理;S4、成兔出笼与土元收获。本发明搭建了一个立体生态种养系统,包括通过充分利用肉兔粪便及饲料残渣来饲喂土元,提供土元的营养来源的同时减少了肉兔养殖污染;通过将土元分解后的肉兔粪便撒到种植区,提高了粪便利用率;通过将种植区的苜蓿、长芒草采收后混入基础饲料中饲喂肉兔,完成立体生态种养系统的内部循环。特别的,通过创新肉兔饲料配比,在肉兔生长的各阶段科学饲喂不同配比的饲料,满足了肉兔对营养的需求,饲养出的肉兔个头大、均重优、肉质口感好,更加受到消费者喜爱。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业畜禽养殖领域,尤其涉及一种生态肉兔绿色环保养殖方法。
背景技术
我国兔产业从上世纪80年代开始发展起来,包括肉兔、皮兔和毛兔养殖等细分养殖领域。中国是养兔大国,相关统计数据表明:2015年时家兔饲养量已经达到6亿多只,其中肉兔约占养殖总数的70%,兔肉产量占世界总产量的 1/4,獭兔皮和兔毛生产和出口亦均居于世界首列。我国不仅是养兔大国,也是兔肉消费大国,中国人均年消费兔肉近400g,这一数据比世界平均水平高12.5%。中国养殖的肉兔兔肉与其他畜禽肉相比,其营养成分具有“三高三低”的特点,即高蛋白、高赖氨酸、高磷脂与低脂肪、低胆固醇、低热量。兔肉因此被人们誉为“美容肉”、“益智肉”、“保健肉”,成为《中国营养改善行动计划》倡导发展的肉类之一。肉兔除了其肉、皮和毛具有商业价值外,还可以作为宠物兔和实验兔等出售而获取经济效益。
肉兔养殖前景可观,牛、 羊、 兔等均是草食型动物,“以草换肉” 成本低;其中肉兔养殖相对周期短且见效快,家兔是多胎动物,孕期短,28-30天,繁殖力强,生长快。而且家兔作为食草动物,在养殖过程中节约饲养成本,与饲养其他动物相比,肉兔的投资较小,投入产出比高。养肉兔没有重体力劳动,劳动力投入少,是农民脱贫致富的好项目。因此可以断言,肉兔养殖将在促进农村经济发展,创造就业机会,优化产业结构等方面,做出不可替代的巨大贡献。然而,多年人工养殖发现,肉兔优于个体较小使得肉兔的胃肠道非常脆弱,肉兔发病最多的是消化道病,拉稀、涨肚、便秘、腹胀、腹泻等,引起死亡最多的也是消化道病。肉兔的其他常见病基本上可以通过免疫程序或药物达到预防的目的,而家兔的消化道病却很难控制,也是引起家兔死亡的主要原因。目前兔的消化道病在一定程度上讲,影响了肉兔养殖业的规模化、标准化生产。因此,探索一种适合肉兔各生长阶段的饲喂方案,成为了肉兔高产稳产、绿色环保养殖的关键。
土元为节肢动物门,昆虫纲,蜚蠊目,鳖蠊科昆虫,俗称地土鳖、土鳖子等。土元的种类主要有中华土元、冀地土元、金边地土元等,其中中华土元分布广、药用价值高,是我国市场销售的主要土元种类,也是我国药用土元的主要饲养种类。土元作为一种药用昆虫,其主要入药部位为雌性土元的干燥体,具有破血逐瘀、续经接骨等功效;主治跌打损伤、筋伤骨折、血瘀闭经、产后瘀阻腹痛、症瘕痞块等症。土元是一种杂食性昆虫,喜食新鲜食物,如麸皮、米糠、玉米面、碎杂粮、花生饼等,同时土元也是一种食腐性昆虫,能够处理消化动物粪便,起到清洁养殖场所的作用。将土元和肉兔集中放养在一个生态系统中的尝试还较少见到公开报道。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中存在的问题,提出了一种通过构建肉兔立体生态种养系统及创新肉兔饲料方案的生态肉兔绿色环保养殖方法。

S2、搭建立体生态种养系统:搭建上层肉兔、下层土元、苜蓿长芒草种植区的立体生态种养系统,具体方法如下:
1、搭建上层肉兔养殖区:将普通规格为宽60-80cm、深50-55cm、高度为前40cm、后33cm的兔笼改制成底部装有30-40cm的支架的特制兔笼,将改制好的两组兔笼背靠背排列为一行,每两行中间预留宽度为3.0-4.0m的空地,其中靠近兔笼40-50cm为预留过道,其余为种植区;每行兔笼上方搭建高20-30cm的遮阳遮雨棚,建好后备用;
2、构建下层土元养殖区:将兔笼下方土壤划定为土元养殖区,使用前进行翻耕疏松操作,其后覆土元饲养土3-5cm;饲养土覆土完成后待用;
3、构建苜蓿长芒草种植区:将苜蓿、长芒草种子消毒浸种催芽处理后,在肉兔养殖的上一年10月中旬,按预留好的划定种植区域播种,每亩苜蓿、长芒草用种量0.5-0.6kg,交替行种植;苜蓿、长芒草每次刈割后,均采用土元分解后的肉兔粪进行追肥操作;其余管理措施同一般苜蓿、长芒草种植;
S3、肉兔放种、土元放卵及饲料管理:选择断奶后体重大小规格统一、体格健壮、活泼好动的健康幼兔进行放种养殖,每平米兔笼放养5-7只肉兔幼崽;按每平米300-400g的投放规格在土元养殖区均匀投放土元卵;
肉兔饲料管理方案按以下时期进行:断奶仔兔期(15-30日龄)饲喂保育型饲料,每日饲喂量为兔重的10-15%;幼兔期(30-60日龄)饲喂促生型饲料,每日饲喂量为兔重的8-12%;成兔期(60-120日龄)饲喂增产型饲料,每日饲喂量为兔重的15-20%;
将每天产生的兔粪饲喂土元,将每次刈割后的苜蓿、长芒草晒干后,按饲料管理方案中的重量比混入饲料中饲喂肉兔,其余管理措施同一般肉兔养殖;
S4、成兔出笼与土元收获:肉兔饲养120-150天后,挑选符合商品规格的肉兔进行出笼售卖;土元在饲喂4-5个月后,挑选符合商品规格的雌性土元,用沸水烫死后,晒干售卖。

所述S3中促生性饲料成分按重量计:苜蓿草粉30-40、长芒草粉50-60、玉米精粉25-30、大麦11-16、麸皮5-10、鱼粉5-8、海藻糖4-6、豆粕饼10-14、食盐0.3-0.5、蛋氨酸0.6-0.7、、烟酸0.6-0.8、 胆碱2-3、生物素0.3-0.5、姜黄素0.5-0.7、硫胺素0.3-0.4。
所述S3中增产性饲料成分按重量计:苜蓿草粉30-40、长芒草粉50-60、玉米胚芽粕30-40、菜籽粕10-15、稻谷10-15、甜菜渣20-25、燕麦粉15-20、贝壳粉6-10、马铃薯藤叶8-12、泛酸钙3-4、海藻糖2-3、精氨酸2-3、赖氨酸2-3、食盐0.3-0.4、姜黄素0.2-0.3、生物素0.3-0.5。
本发明的有益效果
1、本发明搭建了一个立体生态种养系统,从而实现了投资小,产出多的养殖目标;具体来说:通过充分利用肉兔粪便及饲料残渣来饲喂土元,提供土元的营养来源的同时减少了肉兔养殖污染;通过将土元分解后的肉兔粪便撒到种植区,提高了粪便利用率;通过将种植区的苜蓿、长芒草采收后混入基础饲料中饲喂肉兔,完成立体生态种养系统的内部循环。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术路线做解释说明,需要指出的是,实施例仅用于解释说明本发明,而不应用于限制本发明。
实施例1
2016年10月,研究人员在连云港中大养殖基地做相关的对比试验,所用肉兔品种为比利时兔,所用土元品种为中华土元。具体试验操作方法如下:
S1、肉兔养殖区域选择及处理:选择地势高、背风向阳、水源充足、环境安静的平坦土地作为肉兔养殖区域;全地块使用前喷洒0.5%的毒菌净水溶液进行消毒处理,其后绕地块一周建高1.2m水泥围墙以防止天敌为害;
S2、搭建立体生态种养系统:搭建上层肉兔、下层土元、苜蓿长芒草种植区的立体生态种养系统,具体方法如下:
1、搭建上层肉兔养殖区:将普通规格为宽70cm、深50cm、高度为前40cm、后33cm的兔笼改制成底部装有35cm的支架的特制兔笼,将改制好的两组兔笼背靠背排列为一行,每两行中间预留宽度为4.0m的空地,其中靠近兔笼50cm为预留过道,其余为种植区;每行兔笼上方搭建高25cm的遮阳遮雨棚,建好后备用;
2、构建下层土元养殖区:将兔笼下方土壤划定为土元养殖区,使用前进行翻耕疏松操作,其后覆土元饲养土5cm;饲养土覆土完成后待用;土元饲养土成分按重量计:熟土90、蛭石25、米糠15、豆粕20、甘蔗渣15、竹屑15、兔粪45;其中,所述的兔粪来源于上层肉兔养殖区所产兔粪;
3、构建苜蓿长芒草种植区:将苜蓿、长芒草种子消毒浸种催芽处理后,在肉兔养殖的上一年10月中旬,按预留好的划定种植区域播种,每亩苜蓿、长芒草用种量0.55kg,两者交替种植;苜蓿、长芒草每次刈割后,均采用土元分解后的肉兔粪进行追肥操作;其余管理措施同一般苜蓿、长芒草种植;
S3、肉兔放种、土元放卵及饲料管理:选择断奶后体重大小规格统一、体格健壮、活泼好动的健康幼兔进行放种养殖,每平米兔笼放养6只肉兔幼崽;按每平米350g的投放规格在土元养殖区均匀投放土元卵;
肉兔饲料管理方案按以下时期进行:断奶仔兔期(15-30日龄)饲喂保育型饲料,每日饲喂量为兔重的10-15%;幼兔期(30-60日龄)饲喂促生型饲料,每日饲喂量为兔重的8-12%;成兔期(60-120日龄)饲喂增产型饲料,每日饲喂量为兔重的15-20%;保育型饲料成分按重量计:苜蓿草粉35、长芒草粉35、玉米蛋白25、小麦麸18、大豆粕10、葵花杆8、青蒿粉10、大黄粉2.5、DL-蛋氨酸0.3、核黄素1.0、海藻酸钠0.4、食盐0.6、赖氨酸0.7、磷酸氢钙1.0、豆油1.3、姜黄素0.25。促生性饲料成分按重量计:苜蓿草粉35、长芒草粉55、玉米精粉28、大麦13、麸皮7、鱼粉6、海藻糖5、豆粕饼12、食盐0.4、蛋氨酸0.65、、烟酸0.7、 胆碱2.5、生物素0.4、姜黄素0.6、硫胺素0.35。苜蓿草粉35、长芒草粉55、玉米胚芽粕35、菜籽粕12、稻谷13、甜菜渣22、燕麦粉18、贝壳粉8、马铃薯藤叶10、泛酸钙3.5、海藻糖2.5、精氨酸2.5、赖氨酸2.5、食盐0.3、姜黄素0.25、生物素0.4;
将每天产生的兔粪饲喂土元,将每次刈割后的长芒草晒干后,按饲料管理方案中的重量比混入饲料中饲喂肉兔,其余管理措施同一般肉兔养殖;
S4、成兔出笼与土元收获:肉兔饲养120-150天后,挑选符合商品规格的肉兔进行出笼售卖;土元在饲喂4-5个月后,挑选符合商品规格的雌性土元,用沸水烫死后,晒干售卖。
实施例2
采用常规方法养殖20对肉兔,其中肉兔饲料为济宁富亿达牧业有限公司生产的肉兔专用饲料,肉兔出笼后测定肉兔品质及统计成本收益。
实施例3
2015年进行了土元养殖试验,采用常规方法,养殖采用350g中华土元品种的土元卵,所用土元饲料按麦麸和发酵料各50%的常规方法步骤配置,成虫阶段添加2%的豆粉以增加蛋白摄入;土元育成后计算养殖效益。
肉兔肉品质测定:
每实施例随机选3只肉兔,宰杀后完整分离左、右两侧股二头肌,用保鲜膜包裹,‒4℃保存,24 h 内检测肌肉剪切力、蒸煮损失、滴水损失等肉质性状。
兔肉剪切力测定:采用TA-XTPlus质构仪测定,结果如表1所示;
兔肉滴水损失:取右侧股二头肌,剔除表面筋膜及附带脂肪,使用电子天平称20g肉样,切成立方体,用丝线将肉样悬置,套一塑料袋兜住肉样并封紧口,肉样与塑料袋底部留有适当空间,以收取肉样渗出的水。4℃条件下悬置24h,取出肉样,用滤纸吸干肉样表面水分。再次称重。滴水损失=【(肉样挂前重‒肉样挂后重)/肉样挂前重】×100%。结果如表1所示;
兔肉蒸煮损失:取左侧股二头肌,剔除肉品周围组织,切取约2.5cm的肉样,用电子天平称重并装袋,将温度计插入肉样中心,扎紧袋口后将肉样80℃水浴加热,待肉样中心温度达70℃时取出,冷却至肉样中心温度为室温,用滤纸吸干肉样表面水分,再次称重。蒸煮损失=【(蒸煮前肉重‒蒸煮后肉重)/蒸煮前肉重】×100%。结果如表1所示。
通过检测剪切力、滴水损失、蒸煮损失等指标,能较为科学客观的反应饲养肉兔的品质;从表1中的数据,我们可以看出,采用本发明路线饲养的实施例1在各项指标上均优于其他方案,这可能是由于饲料管理方案中的苜蓿、长芒草均为自产的新鲜优质牧草且添加的各种有益元素对兔肉的品质起到了提升作用;采用本发明技术路线饲喂的肉兔在品质上更优,从而更受到市场青睐,商品价值更高。
肉兔养殖成本及收益统计分析,得到下表2。
分析表2中的数据,我们可以看出,相比于单独常规养殖肉兔的实施例2,实施例1在成本上更低,而在收益上更高,成本降低的原因在于采用本发明路线的实施例1将种植区内的生产的牧草、长芒草作为饲料饲喂肉兔,从而降低了饲料成本,肉兔收益更高的原因可能是一方面绿色新鲜牧草的饲喂促进了肉兔的摄食,另一方面科学合理的饲喂方法降低了肉兔的料肉比,从而获得较多的肉兔产出。综合收益增长的另一重要原因在于土元的养殖产出。对比实施例1和3,我们发现相比于单独饲喂土元,由于本发明路线是将体系产出的肉兔粪饲喂土元,且将土元分解后的粪渣种植肉兔喜食的苜蓿长芒草,不仅提高了肉兔粪便的有效利用,而且大大降低了土元养殖成本上,虽然相对于单独养殖土元产出上略有下降,但配套养殖的土元纯收益却提高了。综合肉兔和土元的养殖收益,本发明配套养殖整体上的养殖场纯收益有了大大的提升,甚至超过了单独养殖肉兔和单独养殖土元的利润之和,而且本发明的生态肉兔绿色环保养殖方法解决了肉兔养殖的粪便处理难题,环保无污染,具有显著的生态效益。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种生态肉兔绿色环保养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、肉兔养殖区域选择及处理:选择地势高、背风向阳、水源充足、环境安静的平坦土地作为肉兔养殖区域;全地块使用前喷洒0.5-1%的毒菌净水溶液进行消毒处理,其后绕地块一周建高1.0-1.5m水泥围墙以防止天敌为害;
S2、搭建立体生态种养系统:搭建上层肉兔、下层土元、苜蓿长芒草种植区的立体生态种养系统,具体方法如下:
1、搭建上层肉兔养殖区:将普通规格为宽60-80cm、深50-55cm、高度为前40cm、后33cm的兔笼改制成底部装有30-40cm的支架的特制兔笼,将改制好的两组兔笼背靠背排列为一行,每两行中间预留宽度为3.0-4.0m的空地,其中靠近兔笼40-50cm为预留过道,其余为种植区;每行兔笼上方搭建高20-30cm的遮阳遮雨棚,建好后备用;
2、构建下层土元养殖区:将兔笼下方土壤划定为土元养殖区,使用前进行翻耕疏松操作,其后覆土元饲养土3-5cm;饲养土覆土完成后待用;
3、构建苜蓿长芒草种植区:将苜蓿、长芒草种子消毒浸种催芽处理后,在肉兔养殖的上一年10月中旬,按预留好的划定种植区域播种,每亩苜蓿、长芒草用种量0.5-0.6kg,交替行种植;苜蓿、长芒草每次刈割后,均采用土元分解后的肉兔粪进行追肥操作;其余管理措施同一般苜蓿、长芒草种植;
S3、肉兔放种、土元放卵及饲料管理:选择断奶后体重大小规格统一、体格健壮、活泼好动的健康幼兔进行放种养殖,每平米兔笼放养5-7只肉兔幼崽;按每平米300-400g的投放规格在土元养殖区均匀投放土元卵;
肉兔饲料管理方案按以下时期进行:断奶仔兔期(15-30日龄)饲喂保育型饲料,每日饲喂量为兔重的10-15%;幼兔期(30-60日龄)饲喂促生型饲料,每日饲喂量为兔重的8-12%;成兔期(60-120日龄)饲喂增产型饲料,每日饲喂量为兔重的15-20%;

2.根据权利要求1所述的生态肉兔绿色环保养殖方法,其特征在于,所述S2中的土元饲养土成分按重量计:熟土80-100、蛭石20-30、米糠10-20、豆粕8-12、甘蔗渣10-20、竹屑10-20、兔粪40-50;其中,所述的兔粪来源于上层肉兔养殖区所产兔粪。

4.根据权利要求1所述的生态肉兔绿色环保养殖方法,其特征在于,所述S3中促生性饲料成分按重量计:苜蓿草粉30-40、长芒草粉50-60、玉米精粉25-30、大麦11-16、麸皮5-10、鱼粉5-8、海藻糖4-6、豆粕饼10-14、食盐0.3-0.5、蛋氨酸0.6-0.7、、烟酸0.6-0.8、 胆碱2-3、生物素0.3-0.5、姜黄素0.5-0.7、硫胺素0.3-0.4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生态肉兔绿色环保养殖方法,其特征在于,所述S3中增产性饲料成分按重量计:苜蓿草粉30-40、长芒草粉50-60、玉米胚芽粕30-40、菜籽粕10-15、稻谷10-15、甜菜渣20-25、燕麦粉15-20、贝壳粉6-10、马铃薯藤叶8-12、泛酸钙3-4、海藻糖2-3、精氨酸2-3、赖氨酸2-3、食盐0.3-0.4、姜黄素0.2-0.3、生物素0.3-0.5。
