Abstract
本发明涉及一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹,由线夹本体、钢锚、压接管、引流板、引流线夹组成,锚杆与铝包覆碳纤维芯插入压接管内的长度比为1:2;由于线夹本体的两端面采用圆弧面的结构形式,从而避免了尖端放电现象的发生;由于线夹本体与铝包覆碳纤维导线压接的外表面采用锥度结构,从而避免压接后的应力集中;由于钢锚的锚杆上均匀设置有环形的圆弧形槽,从而压接后压接管与锚杆以及锚杆与线夹本体紧密贴合,提高了抗拉能力;由于引流板采用环扣与夹板相结合的形式,引流板与引流线夹为双面接触,从而导电性能更好;由于压接管与铝包覆碳纤维芯压接部位采用了锥度结构,从而避免了压接后的应力集中而对碳纤维芯造成损伤。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电力行业输配电线路用的金具,具体地说是一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹。
背景技术
经检索有关专利文献,目前尚未检索到与本发明结构相同的铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹。耐张线夹是对杆塔上导线进行连接、固定、拉紧的电力金具,现有输电线路导线一般为钢芯铝绞线,连接过程中将钢芯与耐张线夹的拉锚压接,在压接时钢芯受到径向上很大的压力,且受力不均匀,对于碳纤维导线来说,碳纤维芯质地脆,在受力不均的情况下易造成断裂,从而造成线路断裂,影响整个线路供电,虽然出现了拉锚、内接管采用螺纹连接结构的耐张线夹,一是加工工序复杂,二是电路在使用过程中,线夹接头处易发热,且输电线路的振动,从而螺纹连接处易松动,对输电线路造成安全隐患,所以有必要设计一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹,以满足现实需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种能对杆塔上铝包覆碳纤维导线进行可靠连接,具有固定可靠,握力大、耐高温、导电效果好的一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹,由线夹本体、钢锚、压接管、引流板、引流线夹组成,所述的线夹本体为中空管状结构,管内径与铝包覆碳纤维导线的外径相匹配;线夹本体的一端压接有钢锚,另一端压接有铝包覆碳纤维导线;线夹本体与铝包覆碳纤维导线压接端外部为锥度结构;所述的线夹本体的两端面为圆弧形面;在线夹本体上设有引流板;引流线夹一端通过螺栓与引流板相连接,另一端与跳线相压接;钢锚一端为拉环另一端为锚杆;所述的锚杆为实心阶梯轴结构,其表面设有波浪式凹槽结构;所述的压接管为中空管结构,一端穿插铝包覆碳纤维导线的铝包覆碳纤维芯,另一端穿插锚杆;锚杆与铝包覆碳纤维芯插入压接管内的长度比为1:2。
所述的钢锚由拉环、锚杆组成,所述的锚杆为实心阶梯轴结构是说锚杆由两直径不同的同心圆柱体组成的阶梯状结构,锚杆外表面的波浪式凹槽为环形圆弧槽结构。
所述压接管穿插有铝包覆碳纤维导线的铝包覆碳纤维芯的一端外部设置为锥度结构,且两端面为圆弧面。
所述的引流板包括环扣、引流线夹连接夹板,环扣的内径与线夹本体的外径相匹配,所述的环扣套装在线夹本体上并采用焊接连接的方式。
使用时,整个铝包覆碳纤维导线穿过线夹本体,将铝包覆碳纤维芯插入压接管外部有锥度的一端,压接管的另一端插入锚杆,并采用压机进行压接,压接管压接后将线夹本体套上进行线夹本体与铝包覆碳纤维导线的压接以及与钢锚的压接,整个压接过程,压接管与铝包覆碳纤维芯压接部位,铝包覆碳纤维导线与线夹本体的压接部位都采用锥形结构,有效防止压接后的内应力集中而折断铝包覆碳纤维芯及导线。
本发明的优点是:由于线夹本体的两端面采用圆弧面的结构形式,从而避免了线夹在使用过程中尖端放电现象的发生;由于线夹本体与铝包覆碳纤维导线压接的外表面采用锥度结构,从而避免压接后的应力集中;由于钢锚的锚杆上均匀设置有环形的圆弧形槽,从而压接后压接管与锚杆以及锚杆与线夹本体紧密贴合,提高了抗拉能力;由于引流板采用环扣与夹板相结合的形式,从而使得引流板与线夹本体接触更加紧密,引流板与引流线夹为双面接触,从而导电性能更好;由于压接管与铝包覆碳纤维芯压接部位采用了锥度结构,从而避免了压接后的应力集中而对碳纤维芯造成损伤;由于结构合理,加工及使用方便,所以有着很大的实用和推广价值。

参照附图1、附图2、附图3、附图4,本发明的一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹由线夹本体1、钢锚2、压接管3、引流板4、引流线夹5组成,所述的线夹本体1为中空管状结构,管内径与铝包覆碳纤维导线的外径相匹配;线夹本体1的一端压接有钢锚2,另一端压接有铝包覆碳纤维导线;线夹本体1与铝包覆碳纤维导线压接端外部为锥度结构;所述的线夹本体1的两端面为圆弧形面;在线夹本体1上设有引流板4;引流线夹5一端通过螺栓与引流板4相连接,另一端与跳线相压接;钢锚2一端为拉环21另一端为锚杆22;所述的锚杆22为实心阶梯轴结构,其表面设有波浪式凹槽结构;所述的压接管3为中空管结构,一端穿插铝包覆碳纤维导线的铝包覆碳纤维芯,另一端穿插锚杆22;锚杆22与铝包覆碳纤维芯插入压接管3内的长度比为1:2;所述的钢锚2由拉环21、锚杆22组成,所述的锚杆22为实心阶梯轴结构是说锚杆由两直径不同的同心圆柱体组成的阶梯状结构,锚杆22外表面的波浪式凹槽为环形圆弧槽结构;所述压接管3穿插有铝包覆碳纤维导线的铝包覆碳纤维芯的一端外部设置为锥度结构,且两端面为圆弧面;所述的引流板4包括环扣41、引流线夹连接夹板42,环扣41的内径与线夹本体1的外径相匹配,所述的环扣41套装在线夹本体1上并采用焊接连接的方式。

1.一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹,它由线夹本体(1)、钢锚(2)、压接管(3)、引流板(4)、引流线夹(5)组成,其特征在于:所述的线夹本体(1)为中空管状结构,管内径与铝包覆碳纤维导线的外径相匹配;线夹本体(1)的一端压接有钢锚(2),另一端压接有铝包覆碳纤维导线;线夹本体(1)与铝包覆碳纤维导线压接端外部为锥度结构;所述的线夹本体(1)的两端面为圆弧形面;在线夹本体(1)上设有引流板(4);引流线夹(5)一端通过螺栓与引流板(4)相连接,另一端与跳线相压接;钢锚(2)一端为拉环(21)另一端为锚杆(22);所述的锚杆(22)为实心阶梯轴结构,其表面设有波浪式凹槽结构;所述的压接管(3)为中空管结构,一端穿插铝包覆碳纤维导线的铝包覆碳纤维芯,另一端穿插锚杆(22);锚杆(22)与铝包覆碳纤维芯插入压接管(3)内的长度比为1:2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹,其特征在于:所述的钢锚(2)由拉环(21)、锚杆(22)组成,所述的锚杆(22)为实心阶梯轴结构是说锚杆由两直径不同的同心圆柱体组成的阶梯状结构,锚杆(22)外表面的波浪式凹槽为环形圆弧槽结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹,其特征在于:所述压接管(3)穿插有铝包覆碳纤维导线的铝包覆碳纤维芯的一端外部设置为锥度结构,且两端面为圆弧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝包覆碳纤维导线耐张线夹,其特征在于:所述的引流板(4)包括环扣(41)、引流线夹连接夹板(42),环扣(41)的内径与线夹本体(1)的外径相匹配,所述的环扣(41)套装在线夹本体(1)上并采用焊接连接的方式。
