S12: adding 3 fourth supporting members 4 behind the fixed 3 fourth supporting members 4, and fixing the fixed 3 fourth supporting members with the second portion 23 of the other second supporting member 2 by screws, wherein the other second supporting member 2 and the added 3 fourth supporting members 4 form a lateral expansion unit; the second support 2 is transversely placed in the middle of the transverse expansion unit according to the installation arrow indication of one second support 2, after the second support 2 and the fixed second support 2 are fixed through the installation clamp 8, the 2 cross bars 51 are transversely installed in the middle of the 3 vertical fourth supports 4 which are adjacent to each other, the two second supports 2 are fixedly connected through the connecting piece 53, and after the installation clamp 8 is disassembled. Thus, the installation of the first lateral expansion unit is completed.

In this embodiment, the method further includes mounting the LED display screen back frame on the wall and mounting the LED display screen in front of the LED display screen back frame, and specifically includes the steps of:
s14: the required number of connecting pieces 6 are fixed on the side surface of the fourth supporting piece 4 through screws, wherein two connecting pieces 6 are arranged on the same vertical line on two sides of the fourth supporting piece 4 in the middle.

In this embodiment, 1 LED display screen back frame is extended vertically.

Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 to 12 and 17 to 21, the present embodiment does not require 1 fourth support member 4 and 1 second support member 2 to be added to each lateral expansion unit, and does not require the cross bar 51 and the connecting member 53, compared with the first embodiment. Therefore, the mounting method of the LED display screen back frame of the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment, and the specific steps of the method include:

One mounting clamp 8 is fixed on the upper part of the first supporting piece 1 and the upper part of the second supporting piece 2 through screws, the other mounting clamp 8 is fixed on the lower part of the first supporting piece 1 and the lower part of the second supporting piece 2 through screws, 3 fourth supporting pieces 4 are sequentially placed on the upper end, the middle and the lower end of the first supporting piece 1 and the second supporting piece 2 which are fixed together, the head ends of the 3 fourth supporting pieces 4 are placed on the first hollow part 11 of the first supporting piece 1, the tail ends of the 3 fourth supporting pieces 4 are placed on the first part 21 of the second supporting piece 2, and the mounting clamp 8 is disassembled after the first supporting piece 1, the second supporting piece 2 and the 3 fourth supporting pieces which are fixed together through screws.
S22: adding 3 fourth supporting members 4 at the end of the fixed 3 fourth supporting members 4, wherein the added 3 fourth supporting members 4 are fixed with the second part 23 of the second supporting member 2 through screws, and the second supporting member 2 and the added 3 fourth supporting members 4 form a transverse expanding unit; repeating the mounting step of the transverse expansion unit to increase the transverse size required by the actual LED display screen back frame;
s23: after the last lateral expansion unit is completed, 1 third support 3 is vertically placed at the end of the 3 fourth supports 4 of this lateral expansion unit, the second support 2 and the third support 3 laterally adjacent to the third support 3 are fixed by the mounting jig 8, and the third support 3 is fixed at the end of the fourth support 4 by screws.
In the present embodiment, steps S24 to S28 are the same as steps S14 to S18 in the first embodiment.
In other embodiments, the cross bar 51 and the link 53 may be provided, and the mounting steps of the cross bar 51 and the link 53 are the same as those of the first embodiment.

1. An LED display back frame assembly for assembling to form an LED display back frame, the assembly comprising:
the first support piece is used for being assembled on the left side of the LED display screen back frame to form a left frame of the LED display screen back frame;
the third support piece is used for being assembled on the right side of the LED display screen back frame to form a right frame of the LED display screen back frame;
the second supporting piece is vertically assembled between the first supporting piece and the third supporting piece to form a first middle frame of the LED display screen back frame;
the plurality of fourth supporting pieces are used for being assembled at the upper end and the lower end of the LED display screen back frame to form an upper frame and a lower frame of the LED display screen back frame; two of the fourth supporting pieces are fixedly connected with the upper and lower ends of the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece respectively, and the other two of the fourth supporting pieces are fixedly connected with the upper and lower ends of the second supporting piece and the third supporting piece respectively;
the second supporting piece and the two fourth supporting pieces arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the second supporting piece form a transverse expansion unit, the transverse expansion unit is provided with a plurality of transverse expansion units, the two fourth supporting pieces connected with the upper end and the lower end of the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are respectively connected with the first supporting piece and the leftmost transverse expansion unit, and the two fourth supporting pieces of the rightmost transverse expansion unit are connected with the upper end and the lower end of the third supporting piece.
2. A LED display back frame assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first support is identical in structure and symmetrical to the third support, and the second support comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion being identical in structure and symmetrical to the second portion.
3. The LED display back frame assembly of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first, second and third supports are each provided with a first fixing structure, the fourth support is provided with a first through slot longitudinally penetrating therethrough, and the first fixing structures of the first, second and third supports are each fixed to the first through slot by bolts.
4. A LED display back frame assembly as set forth in claim 3, further including a connection block, the first support, the second support and the third support each having a third fixing structure at both ends of the side thereof, the connection block being adapted to fixedly connect the lower end third fixing structure of the support vertically disposed above and the upper end third fixing structure of the support vertically disposed adjacent below, respectively.
5. The LED display back frame assembly of claim 1, further comprising a mounting fixture that positions the first, second, and third supports when the first, second, and third supports are mounted.
6. A LED display back frame assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a cross bar for transverse mounting between two adjacent said fourth support members and a connector for mounting at both ends of the upper and lower surfaces of said cross bar, said cross bar having one end face abutting one of said support member sides of two adjacent vertically disposed support members and another end face abutting the other of said support member sides of said two adjacent vertically disposed support members, said connector connecting the surfaces of said cross bar and the sides of said vertically disposed support members, respectively.
7. An LED display back frame, wherein the LED display back frame is formed by installing the LED display back frame assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the second supporting member and the two fourth supporting members installed at the upper end and the lower end of the second supporting member form a transverse expansion unit, and the LED display back frame is provided with one or more transverse expansion units.
8. A method of installing an LED display back frame, the method comprising:
s11: the fourth supporting piece is arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece, the first supporting piece is positioned at the head end of the fourth supporting piece, and the second supporting piece is positioned at the tail end of the fourth supporting piece;
s12: the upper end and the lower end of the second supporting piece at the tail end of the fourth supporting piece are respectively and transversely provided with two other fourth supporting pieces, the second supporting piece at the tail end of the fourth supporting piece and the other two fourth supporting pieces form a transverse expansion unit, and then the required number of expansion units are transversely arranged according to design requirements;
s13: and a third support is arranged at the end of a fourth support of the last transverse expansion unit.
9. The method for mounting a back frame of an LED display screen according to claim 8, wherein in the step S11, when the fourth supporting member is mounted on the upper and lower ends of the first supporting member and the second supporting member, the fourth supporting member is mounted in a lateral direction at a middle position between the first supporting member and the second supporting member; in the step S12, the lateral expansion unit further includes one fourth support member laterally installed at the middle of two fourth support members.
10. A method of mounting a LED display back frame as in claim 8, further comprising vertically mounting another of said second supports between said first support and said second support in step S11, and said laterally expanding unit further comprising vertically mounting a further second support at a location intermediate said fourth support in step S12.
11. A method of mounting a LED display back frame as claimed in any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the LED display back frame assembly further comprises a mounting fixture for assisting in assembling the LED display back frame, the mounting fixture being for locating the first, second and third supports when they are mounted; in the method, the mounting fixture is disassembled after the two transversely adjacent vertical supports are fixed and the two transversely adjacent vertical supports are fixed with the fourth support.
12. A method of mounting a LED display back frame as defined in any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the LED display back frame assembly further comprises a cross bar and a connector, the cross bar being disposed laterally between two adjacent ones of the fourth support members, one end face of the cross bar abutting a side face of one of the two laterally adjacent ones of the vertical support members, the other end face abutting a side face of the other one of the two laterally adjacent ones of the vertical support members, the connector being disposed at both ends of the upper and lower surfaces of the cross bar, and the connector connecting the surface of the cross bar and the side faces of the vertical support members, respectively; in the method, after the cross bar is placed between two laterally adjacent vertical supports, the cross bar is secured to the two laterally adjacent vertical supports by the connector.
13. A method of installing an LED display back frame according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the LED display back frame assembly further includes a connection block, the side surfaces of the first, second and third supports are each provided with a third fixing structure, the connection block is used for fixedly connecting a lower end third fixing structure of the vertically disposed support above and an upper end third fixing structure of the vertically disposed support vertically adjacent below, respectively, the method of installing an LED display back frame further includes step S14, and step S14 includes: after the LED display screen back frame is installed and formed, another LED display screen back frame is placed in the vertical direction, and the connecting blocks are respectively and fixedly connected with the upper portion of the LED display screen back frame, the lower end third fixing structure of the vertically arranged supporting piece and the lower portion of the upper end third fixing structure of the vertically arranged supporting piece of the LED display screen back frame.
