The reason why the judgment condition is written as "when the duration of the measured value of the light intensity detector exceeding the light intensity threshold range is longer than the set duration" is that in the process of switching the traffic lights, the situation that the first circuit board and the second circuit board are simultaneously opened or closed may occur for a short time, the duration of the situation is short, in order to avoid false alarm, the duration is taken as the judgment condition, and no alarm is given for the situation that the measured value of the light intensity detector exceeds the light intensity threshold range for a very short time.
