Abstract
The invention discloses a cutter for excavating and grouting a strip-shaped deep groove foundation, which comprises a cutter body in a strip-shaped platy shape and a plurality of cutter heads; the cutter heads are arranged on a strip-shaped surface at the front end of the cutter body; the blade body is provided with a slag discharging hole for discharging slag and a grouting hole for injecting retaining wall slurry. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the strip-shaped groove is directly excavated by arranging the strip-shaped plate-shaped cutter body and the cutter head at the front end of the cutter body, waste residues are discharged by utilizing the slag discharging holes, and slurry is injected through the grouting holes to construct the thin retaining wall.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of strip-shaped deep and narrow foundations, in particular to a cutter for excavating and grouting a strip-shaped deep groove foundation.
Background
The strip-shaped deep and narrow foundation is mainly used for constructing underground continuous walls, waterproof and drainage facilities and the like. The traditional foundation excavation generally adopts mechanical slotting or mud circulation to remove slag, and corresponding supporting structures are required to be arranged according to the excavation condition during excavation, so that the excavation groove width is required to be wider, and the excavation process is complicated. When soil (dam) needs to be locally repaired, stopped or reinforced, a retaining wall with the thickness smaller than 50mm needs to be constructed, and a long strip-shaped deep groove with the narrow width cannot be directly excavated by adopting traditional foundation excavation equipment, so that a thin retaining wall is constructed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention relates to a cutter for excavating and grouting a strip-shaped deep groove foundation, which is characterized in that a strip-shaped groove is directly excavated by arranging a strip-shaped platy cutter body and a cutter head at the front end of the cutter body, waste residues are discharged by utilizing slag discharging holes, and slurry is injected through grouting holes to construct a thin retaining wall.
The specific scheme of the invention is as follows:
a cutter for excavating and grouting a strip-shaped deep groove foundation comprises a cutter body in a strip-shaped plate shape and a plurality of cutter heads; the cutter heads are arranged on a strip-shaped surface at the front end of the cutter body; the blade body is provided with a slag discharging hole for discharging slag and a grouting hole for injecting retaining wall slurry.
By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the cutter is driven by the power equipment, so that the cutter is sunk, and the strip-shaped groove is formed by excavation. Waste residues generated in the process of grooving can be discharged through the deslagging holes, and the inside of the groove is kept clean. In the process that the cutter leaves the strip-shaped groove, grout is injected into the strip-shaped groove through the grouting holes to form a thin retaining wall, so that the aims of repairing, water stopping or reinforcing are achieved.
Preferably, the slag discharging inlets of the slag discharging holes are arranged on two sides of the cutter head. Can effectively remove waste residues, reduce the content of waste residues in the deep groove, reduce impurities in slurry, and contribute to improving the quality of the retaining wall.
Preferably, the slag discharging hole further comprises a slag removing channel which extends to the side wall of the cutter body and is communicated with the slag discharging inlet and the slag discharging outlet of the slag discharging hole. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a cutter for excavating and grouting a strip-shaped deep groove foundation comprises a cutter body 1 in a strip-shaped plate shape and a plurality of cutter heads 2; the cutter heads 2 are arranged on a strip-shaped surface at the front end of the cutter body; the knife body 1 is provided with a slag discharging hole 3 for discharging waste slag and a grouting hole 4 for injecting retaining wall slurry. The two sides of the knife body 1 are respectively provided with a protrusion 5 and a groove 6 which can be matched with each other. The cross section of the protrusion 5 may be triangular, rectangular or circular arc-shaped, etc.
The slag discharging outlet 3.2 of the slag discharging hole 3 and the grouting inlet 4.1 of the grouting hole 4 are arranged at the rear end of the cutter body 1 for connection with external equipment; slag discharging inlets 3.1 of the slag discharging holes 3 are arranged on two sides of the cutter head 2. The front end of the cutter body 1 is provided with a boss 8; the front end of the boss 8 is provided with a slotting cone 7; the grouting outlet 4.2 of the grouting hole 4 is arranged on the side wall of the boss 8.
The boss 8 is positioned on one side of the cutter body 1, the grouting outlet 4.2 faces the inner side of the cutter body 1, and the grouting outlet 4.2 faces the inner side of the cutter body 1. The lengths of the slotted cones 7 and the lengths of the cutter heads 2 extending out of the cutter body 1, which are respectively positioned at the two sides of the front end of the cutter body, are equal and are larger than the lengths of the cutter heads 2 extending out of the cutter body 1 in the middle.
In order to facilitate cleaning of the slag hole 3, the slag hole 3 further comprises a slag removal channel 3.3 extending to the side wall of the blade body 1 and simultaneously communicating with the slag inlet 3.1 and the slag outlet 3.2 of the slag hole 3. The opening of the slag removal channel 3.3 is usually sealed by a blanking cover. The cutter body 1 is detachably connected with the cutter head 2. The cutter head 2 is mounted on the cutter body 1 by means of threads, inlays or the like. The cutter body consists of a cutter body head 1.1 and a cutter body plate 1.2, the front part and the rear part of the cutter head 2 are small, and the rear end of the cutter head 2 penetrates through a through hole in the cutter body head 1.1 to be connected with the cutter body plate 1.2, so that the cutter body head 1.1 and the cutter body plate 1.2 are abutted tightly. The cutter body 1 is provided with a square pin hole 9 for conveying a square lock pin, the rear end of the cutter body is extended backwards to form a connecting table matched with other parts, and the pin hole 9 is formed on the connecting table and is locked by penetrating the square pin. The grooving cone 7 is composed of an inclined plane formed on one side of the boss 8 facing the cutter body and a cutting surface matched with the inclined plane, and the inclined plane and the cutting surface form a cone shape at the front end of the boss 10. When the retaining wall is excavated, the inclined plane can automatically bear a lateral force, so that the cutter is tightly attached to the adjacent retaining wall, and the tight connection between the retaining walls is ensured.
The cutter for excavating and grouting the strip-shaped deep groove foundation can excavate the strip-shaped deep groove with the groove width of 20-50 mm, the groove depth of 0-30 m and the unlimited groove length in a soil body (dam), and complete automatic grouting to construct a thin retaining wall.

The cutter for excavating and grouting the strip-shaped deep groove foundation is characterized by comprising a cutter body (1) in a strip-shaped plate shape and a plurality of cutter heads (2); the cutter heads (2) are arranged on a strip-shaped surface at the front end of the cutter body; a slag discharging hole (3) for discharging waste slag and a grouting hole (4) for injecting retaining wall slurry are formed in the cutter body (1); the deslagging inlets (3.1) of the deslagging holes (3) are formed in two sides of the cutter head (2); the slag discharging hole (3) further comprises a slag removing channel (3.3) which extends to the side wall of the cutter body (1) and is communicated with the slag discharging inlet (3.1) and the slag discharging outlet (3.2) of the slag discharging hole (3); the two sides of the cutter body (1) are respectively provided with a protrusion (5) and a groove (6) which can be matched with each other.

The cutter for excavating and grouting of the strip-shaped deep groove foundation according to claim 1, wherein a boss (8) is arranged at the front end of the cutter body (1); the front end of the boss (8) is provided with a slotting cone (7); the grouting outlet (4.2) of the grouting hole (4) is arranged on the side wall of the boss (8).
3. The strip-shaped deep groove foundation excavation grouting tool as claimed in claim 2, wherein the boss (8) is located at one side of the tool body (1), and the grouting outlet (4.2) faces the inner side of the tool body (1).

A strip-shaped deep groove foundation excavation grouting tool according to claim 3, wherein the lengths of the grooving cones (7) and the cutter heads (2) which are respectively positioned at the two sides of the front end of the cutter body and extend out of the cutter body (1) are equal, and are larger than the length of the middle cutter head (2) which extends out of the cutter body (1).

The cutter for strip-shaped deep groove foundation excavation grouting according to claim 5, wherein the cutter body consists of a cutter body head (1.1) and a cutter body plate (1.2), and the cutter head (2) penetrates through a through hole in the cutter body head (1.1) to be connected with the cutter body plate (1.2) so that the cutter body head (1.1) and the cutter body plate (1.2) are abutted tightly.
7. The cutter for excavation grouting of strip-shaped deep groove foundation according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein square pin holes (9) for conveying square locking pins are formed in the cutter body (1).
