Abstract
本发明提供一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,其包括:制备消音PVC革:按照以下步骤制备消音PVC革;步骤1:预混合,将聚氨酯‑丙烯酸树脂60‑100phr,脂肪族聚氨酯5‑40phr,交联剂5phr置于搅拌捅中,通过高速搅拌机搅拌10‑15分钟,使整个处理剂分散均匀;步骤2:表面处理剂印刷,将步骤1得到的预混合后底涂处理剂印刷到通过涂布方法得到的PVC人造革半成品上,并通过烘箱烘干,再将顶涂处理剂印刷到已经烘干的底涂处理剂表面,最后再通过烘箱整体烘干;步骤3:压花,通过加热装置对已经印刷底涂、顶涂处理剂的PVC人造革半成品加热,花纹辊压花得到产品。使用方便,不需要额外添加工作量;消音革的原理是表面涂层自带消音功能,能持久解决异响问题;能保持内饰件的美观度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法。
背景技术
汽车内饰件,特别是座椅侧边、门板嵌饰板及中控扶手等处,容易因发生相互摩擦而发出异响及噪音,从而大大降低了乘客的舒适感。目前内饰厂家通用的改善此类异响有以下两种方法:一是在接触部位,额外涂抹消音蜡;二是增加接触物体的缝隙,使相互摩擦力减少;该方法1会增加汽车内饰厂的物料成本和工作量;而且消音蜡的性能也会随时间而衰减;方法2会使整个内饰美观度下降,档次降低。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,对制成汽车内饰的PVC革进行筛选和消音测试,使其能消除异响。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,其包括:制备消音PVC革:按照以下步骤制备消音PVC革;
步骤1:预混合,将聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂60-100phr,脂肪族聚氨酯5-40phr,交联剂5phr置于搅拌捅中,通过高速搅拌机搅拌10-15分钟,使整个处理剂分散均匀;
步骤2:表面处理剂印刷,将步骤1得到的预混合后底涂处理剂印刷到通过涂布方法得到的PVC人造革半成品上,并通过烘箱烘干,再将顶涂处理剂印刷到已经烘干的底涂处理剂表面,最后再通过烘箱整体烘干;
步骤3:压花,通过加热装置对已经印刷底涂、顶涂处理剂的PVC人造革半成品加热,花纹辊压花得到产品。
优选地,步骤1中的预混合的配方为:聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂90phr,脂肪族聚氨酯10phr,交联剂5phr。
优选地,步骤1中的预混合的配方为:聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂80phr,脂肪族聚氨酯20phr,交联剂5phr。
优选地,步骤1中的预混合的配方为:聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂70phr,脂肪族聚氨酯30phr,交联剂5phr。
优选地,制备消音PVC革后,按照VDA230-206测试标准对制备的消音PVC革进行抗噪性能测试,取得PVC革的RPN结果。
优选地,抗噪性能测试合格后,将消音革PVC革按照客户要求进行PU海绵、底布的复合,裁片,缝制面套,装配成整椅,对座椅进行异响测试;前排座椅侧边与中控塑料接触部位,前后调节座椅位置是否出现异响。
优选地,将制备的消音革PVC革按照客户要求进行PU海绵、底布的复合,裁片,做成中控扶手,后排中控扶手与座椅侧边接触部分,开启、关闭中控扶手是否出现异响。
如上所述,本发明的一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,具有以下有益效果:使用方便,不需要额外添加工作量;消音革的原理是表面涂层自带消音功能,能持久解决异响问题;能保持内饰件的美观度。

以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
实施例1:一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,
步骤1:预混合,将聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂90phr,脂肪族聚氨酯10phr,交联剂5phr置于搅拌捅中,通过高速搅拌机搅拌10-15分钟,使整个处理剂分散均匀;
步骤2:表面处理剂印刷,将步骤1得到的预混合后底涂处理剂印刷到通过涂布方法得到的PVC人造革半成品上,并通过烘箱烘干,再将顶涂处理剂印刷到已经烘干的底涂处理剂表面,最后再通过烘箱整体烘干;
步骤3:压花,通过加热装置对已经印刷底涂、顶涂处理剂的PVC人造革半成品加热,花纹辊压花得到产品。

将制备的消音革PVC革按照客户要求进行PU海绵、底布的复合,裁片,做成中控扶手,后排中控扶手与座椅侧边接触部分,开启、关闭中控扶手是否出现异响。将实施例1制得的消音PVC革取样命名为消音PVC革1。
实施例2:与实施例1的区别在于聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂80phr,脂肪族聚氨酯20phr,交联剂5phr。将实施例2制得的消音PVC革取样命名为消音PVC革2。
实施例3:与实施例1的区别在于聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂70phr,脂肪族聚氨酯30phr,交联剂5phr。将实施例3制得的消音PVC革取样命名为消音PVC革3。
以传统普通PVC革作为对比例,对制得样品的相关性能进行比较。测试结果如下:
从以上结果可以看出消音PVC革制成的内饰能很好的消除异响,并能持久解决异响问题;能保持内饰件的美观度。
如上所述,本发明提供的一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,使用方便,不需要额外添加工作量;消音革的原理是表面涂层自带消音功能,能持久解决异响问题;能保持内饰件的美观度。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (7)
1.一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,其特征在于:其包括:制备消音PVC革:按照以下步骤制备消音PVC革;
步骤1:预混合,将聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂60-100phr,脂肪族聚氨酯5-40phr,交联剂5phr置于搅拌捅中,通过高速搅拌机搅拌10-15分钟,使整个处理剂分散均匀;
步骤2:表面处理剂印刷,将步骤1得到的预混合后底涂处理剂印刷到通过涂布方法得到的PVC人造革半成品上,并通过烘箱烘干,再将顶涂处理剂印刷到已经烘干的底涂处理剂表面,最后再通过烘箱整体烘干;
步骤3:压花,通过加热装置对已经印刷底涂、顶涂处理剂的PVC人造革半成品加热,花纹辊压花得到产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,其特征在于:步骤1中的预混合的配方为:聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂90phr,脂肪族聚氨酯10phr,交联剂5phr。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,其特征在于:步骤1中的预混合的配方为:聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂80phr,脂肪族聚氨酯20phr,交联剂5phr。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,其特征在于:步骤1中的预混合的配方为:聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂70phr,脂肪族聚氨酯30phr,交联剂5phr。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,其特征在于:制备消音PVC革后,按照VDA230-206测试标准对制备的消音PVC革进行抗噪性能测试,取得PVC革的RPN结果。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,其特征在于:抗噪性能测试合格后,将消音革PVC革按照客户要求进行PU海绵、底布的复合,裁片,缝制面套,装配成整椅,对座椅进行异响测试;前排座椅侧边与中控塑料接触部位,前后调节座椅位置是否出现异响。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种消除汽车内饰相互接触部分异响的方法,其特征在于:将制备的消音革PVC革按照客户要求进行PU海绵、底布的复合,裁片,做成中控扶手,后排中控扶手与座椅侧边接触部分,开启、关闭中控扶手是否出现异响。
