Different target water temperatures can be set for different purposes, different washing times can be set according to different washing procedures, for example, hot water is used for dissolving a detergent, a heating device can be closed after the detergent is put in, and the hot water is used for washing, so that the temperature of washing water is kept constant in the whole washing process, and the temperature reduction caused by energy diffusion is prevented.
Because heating device sets up in the circulation water route, for preventing that heating device from dry combustion method arousing the inside damage of washing machine, therefore before heating device work, need guarantee to have rivers in the circulation water route, washing machine need judge whether circulating water pump opens, when circulating water pump is the on-state, washing machine can directly open heating device and heat the water in the circulation water route, and when washing machine judges that the water pump does not open, need open the water pump when guaranteeing to have water in the circulation water route, reopen heating device and heat water.
The washing machine detects the water temperature in the inner barrel in real time in the heating process, the washing machine is provided with a temperature detection device, and when the temperature detection device detects that the water temperature in the inner barrel reaches a set temperature or the difference value between the real-time water temperature and the set temperature is smaller than an error value, the washing machine turns off the heating device and does not heat any more. If the washing machine needs to maintain the water temperature in the inner barrel within a certain temperature range, the heating device can be intermittently started to ensure that the water temperature in the inner barrel is kept within a set temperature range.
The heating purpose is different, the time for opening the heating device is different, for example, in the water inlet process of the washing machine, the detergent needs hot water to dissolve the detergent, the water in the circulating water path flows through the detergent box after being heated to dissolve the detergent and then flows into the inner barrel together with the detergent, for example, in the washing process of the washing machine, warm water is needed to wash to ensure the washing effect, the water in the circulating water path can spray and wash the inner barrel through the spray header to wet the upper layer of clothes and impact and rub the clothes for washing, and the foam and the like generated by the detergent on the water surface can be eliminated.
Spraying can be carried out in the water inlet process, and the washing machine can be supplemented in the washing process.
Through the arrangement of the control method, the washing machine can fully utilize the heated circulating water to realize functions such as detergent dissolution, spray washing and the like, and hot water generated by the heating device in the same circulating water path can be used for multiple purposes.
