Abstract

本发明公开了一种含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,包括组份A与组份B;组份A包括水、罐内防腐剂、防冻剂、抗菌剂、分散剂、消泡剂、流变助剂、羟基丙烯酸乳液、氨基硅油水溶液、钛白粉等;组份B为水性HDI异氰酸酯固化剂。本发明在水性双组份聚氨酯漆中加入能与聚氨酯固化剂交联反应的水溶性氨基硅油,大幅度提高双组份水性聚氨酯抗白板笔涂鸦涂料的抗涂鸦性能和抗涂鸦性能耐用性。

Description

一种含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,具体涉及一种采用带有氨基基团的水溶性氨基硅油溶液,该有机无溶液液可作成膜物质复配在双组份水性聚氨酯抗白板笔涂鸦涂料中,起到提高耐涂鸦、易清洗性能和提高固化速度,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
双组份水性聚氨酯抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,顾名思义就是水性水彩笔在其涂膜上随意的涂鸦创作的涂料。附着在其漆膜表面的水彩笔的笔迹可以轻松清洗和擦拭干净,并可反复涂画和擦洗。该漆也可作为对室内墙面有装饰和保护作用的水性环保涂料。
目前市场上的双组份水性聚氨酯抗白板笔涂鸦涂料主要有单组份乳胶漆和双组份水性聚氨酯两种类型。单组份型乳胶漆的水性白板笔痕迹的可清除性较差,仅几个涂鸦和清洗循环后即失去应有的可擦洗性。双组份型水性聚氨酯双组份水性聚氨酯抗白板笔涂鸦涂料的漆膜性能远高于单组份型乳胶漆。双组份水性聚氨酯抗白板笔涂鸦涂料基本上能满足基本的抗涂鸦和清洗的的要求,但由于其漆膜表面的表面张力不够低水性白板笔的污渍清除不够完全,虽然可以添加一些硅油类物质明显提高污渍清除度,但硅油类物质会随着时间和涂鸦清洗被迁移,涂膜的污渍清除度会很快丧失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是:现有抗白板笔涂鸦涂料中的硅油类物质随着时间和涂鸦清洗被迁移,涂膜的污渍清除力随之丧失的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,包括以1~10:1的重量比混合的组份A与组份B;组份A包括以重量百分比计的水10~40%、罐内防腐剂0.1~0.4%、防冻剂0.2~5%、抗菌剂0.1~0.5%、分散剂0.1~1%、消泡剂0.05~0.4%、流变助剂(增稠剂)0.1~5%、羟基丙烯酸乳液10~50%、氨基硅油水溶液或乳液1~30%、钛白粉0~30%、无机填料0~5%及水性色浆0~5%;组份B为水性HDI或IPDI类型异氰酸酯固化剂。
优选地,所述罐内防腐剂采用Rocima 631或HF-1。
优选地,所述防冻剂为多元醇。
更优选地,所述防冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇。
优选地,所述抗菌剂采用银离子抗菌剂CF-8或ZOE-T。
优选地,所述分散剂采用聚羧酸丙烯酸钠盐,具体为日本圣诺普科SN-Dispersant5040或美国陶氏快易水性涂料用分散剂。
优选地,所述消泡剂采用矿物油型消泡剂WS360或德国BYK公司生产的BYK-028消泡剂。
优选地,所述流变助剂采用美国陶氏水性缔合型增稠剂。
优选地,所述羟基丙烯酸乳液采用ALBERDINGK RESINS AC3699。
优选地,所述氨基硅油水溶液或乳液采用苏州勋云化工有限公司生产的水性氨基硅油。
优选地,所述钛白粉采用金红石型钛白粉R996。
优选地,所述无机填料采用玻璃粉。
优选地,所述组份B采用万华270或万华268。
本发明采用一种接枝了含活性氢氨基基团氨基硅油水溶液。该氨基硅油水溶液是大量应用在洗发水中利用其低表面张力提高洗发后的发丝爽滑柔顺度和易梳理性。
氨基硅油由于富含氨基基团使其具有了优异的水溶性同时有机硅的主链又使其具有低表面张力带来了优良的爽滑性和抗污渍性能。但水溶性氨基硅油的水溶性使其具有很强的迁移性无法单独作为抗污渍助剂用于防涂鸦涂料。所以水溶性氨基硅油很少用于涂料行业。氨基硅油的水溶性使其可以充分均匀的分散在涂料的A组份中能与固化剂均匀充分的反应,当含活性氢氨基基团与固化剂中的NCO反应后即失去水溶性反应链接到3D网状结构的大分子中,被固定在涂膜中起到长效的抗涂鸦和表面滑爽的作用。
氨基硅油水溶液因接枝了含活性氢氨基基团能与IPDI或HDI水分散异氰酸酯固化剂反应速度大大快于传统主漆组份中的羟基。复配的双组份水性聚氨酯抗白板笔涂鸦涂料在施工后达到可使用性能的时间也明显缩短,一般夏季可以从7天缩短到2天,冬季可以从15天缩短到5天。
本发明的有益效果在于:在水性双组份聚氨酯漆中加入能与聚氨酯固化剂交联反应的水溶性氨基硅油,大幅度提高双组份水性聚氨酯抗白板笔涂鸦涂料的抗涂鸦性能和抗涂鸦性能耐用性;活性氢氨基基团与IPDI或HDI水分散异氰酸酯固化剂反应速度大大快于传统主漆组份中的羟基。复配的双组份水性聚氨酯抗白板笔涂鸦涂料在施工后达到可使用性能的时间也明显缩短。

为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,作详细说明如下。
实施例1-3中的防冻剂可采用二元或多元醇以及一切可降低水的冰点的物质;罐内防腐剂可采用市售水性涂料可用的罐内防腐剂;抗菌剂可采用市售水性涂料可用的干磨杀菌防霉剂;消泡剂可采用市售水性涂料可用的消泡剂;分散剂可采用市售水性涂料可用的分散剂;流变助剂可采用市售水性涂料可用的调节粘度的流变助剂;羟基丙烯酸乳液可采用市售水性涂料可用的含羟基丙烯酸乳液;氨基硅油水溶液可采用市售水溶性氨基硅油;钛白粉可采用市售水性涂料可用的钛白粉;无机填料可采用市售水性涂料可用的无机填料;水性色浆可采用市售水性涂料可用的调配颜色水性色浆。
实施例1
一种含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份聚氨酯水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,包括以重量比4:1的比例混合的A组份与B组份。A组份包括以下以重量百分比计的组份:
B组份为水性HDI异氰酸酯固化剂。
其中,罐内防腐剂采用Rocima 631;抗菌剂采用银离子抗菌剂CF-8;防冻剂采用丙二醇;分散剂采用均聚羧酸丙烯酸钠盐日本圣诺普科SN-Dispersant 5040水性涂料用分散剂;消泡剂采用矿物油型消泡剂WS360;羟基丙烯酸乳液采用ALBERDINGK RESINS AC3699作为成膜物;氨基硅油水溶液采用苏州勋云化工有限公司生产的氨基硅油;流变助剂采用美国陶氏水性缔合型增稠剂;钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉R996;无机填料采用玻璃粉;水性HDI聚氨酯固化剂采用万华270。
实施例2

其中,罐内防腐剂采用HF-I;抗菌剂采用银离子抗菌剂ZOE-T;防冻剂采用乙二醇;分散剂采用均聚羧酸丙烯酸钠盐美国陶氏快易水性涂料用分散剂;消泡剂采用有机硅型消泡剂德国BYK公司的BYK-028消泡剂;羟基丙烯酸乳液采用ALBERDINGK RESINS AC3699作为成膜物;氨基硅油水溶液采用苏州勋云化工有限公司氨基硅油;流变助剂采用美国陶氏水性缔合型增稠剂;钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉R996;无机填料采用玻璃粉;水性色浆根据颜色需求为碳黑、铁黄、铁红等色浆;水性HDI聚氨酯固化剂采用万华268。
实施例3
一种含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份聚氨酯水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,包括以重量比2:1的比例混合的A组份与B组份。A组份包括以下以重量百分比计的组份:
B组份为水性HDI异氰酸酯固化剂。
其中,罐内防腐剂采用HF-I;抗菌剂采用银离子抗菌剂ZOE-T;防冻剂采用乙二醇;分散剂采用均聚羧酸丙烯酸钠盐美国陶氏快易水性涂料用分散剂;消泡剂采用有机硅型消泡剂德国BYK公司的BYK-028消泡剂;羟基丙烯酸乳液采用ALBERDINGK RESINS AC3699作为成膜物;氨基硅油水溶液采用苏州勋云化工有限公司氨基硅油;流变助剂采用美国陶氏水性缔合型增稠剂;钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉R996;水性色浆根据颜色需求为碳黑、铁黄、铁红等色浆;水性HDI聚氨酯固化剂采用万华268。
将不添加水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性聚氨酯抗涂鸦涂料及添加水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗涂鸦涂料(实施例1)及其涂膜经过5000次GB/T9756标准规定的耐洗刷。测试结果显示,不添加水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性聚氨酯抗涂鸦涂料经过5000次洗刷后抗涂鸦效果明显下降,添加水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗涂鸦涂料经过5000次洗刷后抗涂鸦效果未见下降。

Claims (10)

1.一种含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,包括以1~10:1的重量比混合的组份A与组份B;组份A包括以重量百分比计的水10~40%、罐内防腐剂0.1~0.4%、防冻剂0.2~5%、抗菌剂0.1~0.5%、分散剂0.1~1%、消泡剂0.05~0.4%、流变助剂0.1~5%、羟基丙烯酸乳液10~50%、氨基硅油水溶液或乳液1~30%、钛白粉0~30%、无机填料0~5%及水性色浆0~5%;组份B为水性HDI或IPDI类型异氰酸酯固化剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,所述罐内防腐剂采用Rocima 631或HF-1。
3.如权利要求1所述的含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,所述防冻剂为多元醇。
4.如权利要求1所述的含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂采用银离子抗菌剂CF-8或ZOE-T。
5.如权利要求1所述的含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂采用聚羧酸丙烯酸钠盐。
6.如权利要求1所述的含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂采用矿物油型消泡剂WS360或德国BYK公司生产的BYK-028消泡剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,所述流变助剂采用美国陶氏水性缔合型增稠剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的含水溶性氨基硅油的双组份水性抗白板笔涂鸦涂料,其特征在于,所述羟基丙烯酸乳液采用ALBERDINGK RESINS AC3699;所述氨基硅油水溶液或乳液采用苏州勋云化工有限公司生产的水性氨基硅油。
