大弹涂鱼俗称花跳,生活于沿海河口潮间带滩涂,具有广温、广盐、食物链短、养殖成本低、病害少、在土池塘中能自然繁殖,耐长途运输等特点,已成为我国东南沿海开发养殖的名特优经济鱼类,其肉质鲜美,营养丰富,含有常见的16种氨基酸,其中8种为人体所必需,有滋补强身功效,因而深受广大群众的喜爱,该鱼经济价值高,需求量很大,市场前景广阔;目前,国内人工大弹涂鱼养殖普遍存在成活率不高,主要是由于养殖环境不理想,大弹涂鱼体质较弱等方面引起,进而降低了养殖收益下降,阻碍了大弹涂鱼养殖业的发展。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种大弹涂鱼养殖方法:
一种大弹涂鱼养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)鱼池选择:选择面积为1-1.5亩、深度为1.5-2m,池底淤泥厚度为20-25cm厚的鱼池;
(2)鱼池改造:将上述淤泥、桑叶、鸡粪、鸽粪、膨润土倒入发酵池,调整水分含量为40-50%,搅拌均匀后,调整发酵温度50-70℃,发酵处理5-7天,得到的发酵产物平铺在鱼池底部,平铺厚度为5-10cm,表面覆盖一层厚度为2-4cm河沙,再覆盖厚度为20-30cm的发酵产物,晾晒2-3d,注入海水,静置3-5d;
(3)培养:按照每吨水体施入60-80g无机肥,然后接种小球藻和褶皱臂轮虫,其中小球藻密度为10-20万个/ml,褶皱臂轮虫密度为4-8只/ml,待池水呈绿色后,采用无机肥追肥一次,追肥量为每吨水体施入30-40g;
(4)投放鱼种:保持鱼池水深1.1-1.3m,按照每亩3000-5000万尾投放大弹涂鱼鱼苗;
(5)饵料投喂:每日投喂配合饲料2-3次,每次投喂量按鱼体重的1-5%,早晨6-7时、中午1-2时、下午8-9时各投喂1次;
(6)日常管理:每日中午使用增氧机为池塘增氧2-3h,检查水色和鱼群活动是否正常,并清理杂物。

有益效果
①通过将鱼池底部淤泥进行改造处理,尤其是通过结合桑叶、鸡粪、鸽粪和膨润土进行发酵,不仅能够有效的消除淤泥中的有害病原菌,还能促进更多营养物质的生成,达到水肥的目的,为球藻和褶皱臂轮虫提供更加丰富的环境,使得球藻和褶皱臂轮虫得到营养强化。
②通过在小球藻和褶皱臂轮虫培养过程中采用硫酸铵、硝酸钠、过磷酸钙和尿素组成的复合肥,能够有效的促进小球藻和褶皱臂轮虫的繁殖,进而使得大弹涂鱼有着充足的食物来源,尤其是通过对鱼池中海水量、海水环境、撒入的无机肥种类和用量以及小球藻和褶皱臂轮虫的密度调控,有效的控制小球藻和褶皱臂轮虫在鱼池海水中的量,从而避免大量死亡,引起池中海水环境恶化。

(4)投放鱼种:保持鱼池水深1.2m,按照每亩4000尾投放大弹涂鱼鱼苗;
(5)饵料投喂:每日投喂配合饲料3次,每次投喂量按鱼体重的3%,早晨6时、中午2时、下午8时各投喂1次;
