The water outlet portion 32 is higher than the water inlet portion 31, so that the water outlet amount is controllable, the water outlet speed is low during water outlet, the water does not splash out of the water trough 2, the water entering the functional device 3 passes through the water inlet portion 31 at a high speed, the water can quickly enter the rotary flow, the speed of mixing medicines is accelerated, and water treatment can be effectively performed, so that the water is led out.
Then, the number of the water inlet portions 31 is at least one. Thus, the water inlet pressure can be shared, excessive blockage of the water supply pipe 1 by impurities is prevented, and the situation that the water cannot enter the functional device 3 is avoided.
