本发明实施例提供了一种传输信息的方法和装置,该方法包括:终端设备接收所述网络设备发送的状态指示信息,所述状态指示信息用于指示所述网络设备将从开启状态转换为关闭状态;所述终端设备根据所述状态指示信息进行小区选择,终端设备可以获知到网络设备的状态,进而可以根据网络设备的状态正常的传输数据。
