Abstract

一种单边带调制装置,以解决采用IM/DD技术进行单边带调制时存在的系统性能低、带宽资源浪费的问题。包括:模拟信号产生电路,用于将原始电信号处理得到第一模拟电信号和第二模拟电信号;时钟电路,用于产生第一路第一时钟信号和第二路第一时钟信号,对第二路第一时钟信号进行相位偏移处理得到第二时钟信号,输出第一路第一时钟信号和第二时钟信号;加法器,与模拟信号产生电路和时钟电路耦合,用于将输入的第一模拟电信号和第一路第一时钟信号处理输出第一调制电信号,将输入的第二模拟电信号和第二时钟信号处理输出第二调制电信号;单边带调制电路,与加法器耦合,用于通过第一调制电信号和第二调制电信号对连续波光源进行单边带调制得到光信号。
