Abstract

一种目标检测方法、装置以及图像处理设备。所述目标检测方法包括：对第一帧进行基于图像的目标识别，获得所述第一帧中的检测目标；在第二帧中对所述检测目标进行目标跟踪；对所述第二帧进行运动物体检测；以及根据所述运动物体检测的结果和所述目标跟踪的结果确定所述第二帧中的检测目标。由此，不仅可以满足目标识别的准确性，而且可以降低视频处理中目标识别的计算量，能够应用到对处理时间要求较高的实时图像处理中。
