技术领域
本发明涉及高压输变电技术领域,具体涉及一种220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆及其制备方法。
背景技术
高压电缆主要用于发电厂入网引出线及变电站电网接入线,承担着电网输电重任,一旦发生故障,将会造成电网大面积瘫痪,对生产、生活造成严重损害,造成的经济损失会十分巨大。高压电缆只要发生一次故障,将会被电网强制退市,风险较大。
白蚁主要分布在北纬45℃到南纬45℃之间的热带、亚热带地区,在中国,发现有白蚁破坏电缆的省市主要有:广东、上海、福建、台湾、江西、浙江、安徽、四川、湖南、湖北、云南、海南等省和广西壮族自治区等。据统计我国广东地区由于白蚁对电缆危害造成的故障约占电缆故障总数的60~70%。为了保证电缆线路的安全、可靠运行,在凡是有白蚁活动的地带,电缆都应采取防白蚁措施。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆,由内到外依次包括导体、半导电层、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、阻水层、皱纹铝护套层、沥青防腐层、PVC护套层、防鼠防白蚁护套层、石墨涂覆层。
作为优选,所述导体由多个扇形分割股块绞合而成,相邻两个股块之间由绝缘纸隔开。扩大了导体的表面积,提高了导体的载流量。
作为优选,所述导体由5个扇形分割股块绞合而成,所述5个扇形的扇角均为72°。扩大了导体的表面积,提高了导体的载流量。
作为优选,所述半导电层包括1层半导电特多龙带层和2层半导电尼龙带层。
作为优选,所述阻水层包括半导电阻水带层和阻水膨胀缓冲带层,阻水效果更好。
作为优选,所述铝护套层为2.4~2.8mm厚,所述铝护套层上轧制有螺旋纹,以便电缆弯曲。
作为优选,最外面护套层由PVC护套和防鼠防白蚁护套组成。
本发明还公开了一种220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:导体制作→绕包半导电层→导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层三层一次共挤→绝缘线芯脱气→绕包阻水层→皱纹铝护套焊接轧纹→沥青涂敷→挤包PVC护套层和防鼠防白蚁护套层→石墨涂敷。
所述的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)导体制作:导体采用5分割股块绞制、成缆;
(2)绕包半导电层:在导体外面绕包1层半导电特多龙带和2层半导电尼龙带;
(3)挤制导体屏蔽、绝缘、绝缘屏蔽层:在进口德国特乐斯特VCV生产线上进行导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层三层一次共挤,得到绝缘线芯;导体屏蔽层均匀地包覆在导体上,表面光滑,无明显绞线凸纹、尖角、料粒、烧焦或擦伤的痕迹;绝缘层任意一处最薄点不小于标称值的90%,偏芯度≤8%;绝缘屏蔽层均匀、表面光滑;绝缘交联采用前置预热+后置预热+管道加温,使绝缘内外层一起加热,保证了绝缘层交联的均匀性和充分性。
(4)绝缘线芯脱气:绝缘线芯生产完后进入去气室,在70℃的恒温去气室中停放10天,使绝缘层在交联化学反应中产生的气体彻底释放出来;
(5)绕包阻水层:采用绕包半导电阻水带和阻水膨胀缓冲带相结合组成阻水层,绕包带应均匀、半导电布一面应紧密地包覆在绝缘线芯上,相邻两层须搭盖,同一层不得有重叠;
(6)皱纹铝护套焊接轧纹:皱纹铝护套采用纯度不低于99.50%的铝或铝合金制造,皱纹铝护套内径与绝缘屏蔽层外径之间间隙要控制在5.0~5.5mm;原带最小厚度不小于带材厚度85%;铝带单边切边宽度不能大于4mm;在焊接好的铝护套管上进行轧纹,以便电缆能够弯曲;
(7)沥青涂敷:采用电加热方式,将沥青融化,经三螺杆泵,把沥青经过溶化箱进入高压管,再由快开阀来控制高压管内的压力,使沥青在皱纹铝护套表面能够达到充分均匀的涂敷;
(8)挤包PVC护套和防鼠防白蚁护套:在200+120挤塑机上,一次共挤PVC护套层和防鼠防白蚁护套层;
(9)石墨涂敷:采用半导电石墨,通过石墨涂敷机,将石墨均匀的涂敷在电缆的外护套上面,石墨层应连续、光亮、均匀、耐擦。
所述步骤1中导体制作具体包括以下步骤:
(1)股块制作:在91盘框绞机上,分四段进行扇形块紧压,每段紧压由左右、上下四组紧压轮组成,紧压轮扇角为72°;
(2)成缆:将5个制作好的股块在有相位调节的盘绞机上进行绞合成圆导体,5个72°的扇角都朝向圆心,绞合后正好成为360°的圆,股块与股块之间用绝缘纸隔开,5个股块交合成圆导体。
有益效果
本发明所述的220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆,主要用于变电站、城市电网、热带亚热带鼠、蚁密集地区,可用于地下直埋、隧道内或管道中,电缆能承受较大的拉力和压力。电缆导体长期允许最高工作温度为90℃,应急过载最高工作温度为130℃,短路时(时间≤5秒)导体最高温度为250℃。本发明所述的高压电缆,环保阻水,具有防鼠防白蚁效果,可有效防止白蚁对电缆危害造成的故障,与现有技术相比具有实质性特点和进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

具体包括以下步骤:
1、导体制作。导体采用5分割股块绞制、成缆、绕包半导电特多龙带、半导电尼龙带。
a.股块制作。在91盘框绞机上,分四段进行扇形块紧压,每段紧压由左右、上下四组紧压轮组成,紧压轮扇角为72°。
b.成缆。将5个制作好的股块在有相位调节的盘绞机上进行绞合成圆导体,5个72°的扇角都朝向圆心,绞合后正好成为360°的圆。股块与股块之间用绝缘纸隔开,5个股块交合成圆导体后,外面绕包1层半导电特多龙带+2层半导电尼龙带。
2、挤制导体屏蔽、绝缘、绝缘屏蔽层。在进口德国特乐斯特VCV生产线上进行导体屏蔽、绝缘、绝缘屏蔽三层一次共挤。导体屏蔽层应均匀地包覆在导体上,表面应光滑,无明显绞线凸纹、尖角、料粒、烧焦或擦伤的痕迹。绝缘任意一处最薄点应不小于标称值的90%,偏芯度≤8%。绝缘屏蔽层应均匀,表面应光滑。
3、去气。绝缘线芯生产完后要进入去气室,在70℃的恒温去气室中停放10天,让绝缘层在交联化学反应中产生的气体彻底释放出来。
4、阻水层(缓冲层)。
采用绕包半导电阻水带+阻水膨胀缓冲带相结合组成阻水层。绕包带应均匀、半导电布一面应紧密地包覆在绝缘线芯上,相邻两层须搭盖。同一层不得有重叠,致使外径增大。
5、皱纹铝护套焊接轧纹。皱纹铝护套采用纯度不低于99.50%的铝或铝合金制造,轧纹铝护套内径与绝缘屏蔽层外径之间间隙要控制在5.0~5.5mm;原带最小厚度不小于带材厚度85%。铝带单边切边宽度不能大于4mm。在焊接好的铝护套管上进行轧纹,以便电缆能够弯曲。
6、沥青涂敷。采用电加热方式,将沥青融化,经三螺杆泵,把沥青经过溶化箱进入高压管,再由快开阀来控制高压管内的压力,使沥青在皱纹铝护套表面能够达到充分均匀的涂敷。
7、挤包PVC护套+防鼠防白蚁护套。在200+120挤塑机上,一次共挤PVC护套层和防鼠防白蚁护套层。
8、石墨涂敷。采用半导电石墨,通过石墨涂敷机,将石墨均匀的涂敷在电缆的外护套上面,石墨层应连续、光亮、均匀、耐擦。

3.如权利要求2所述的220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆,其特征在于:所述导体由5个扇形分割股块绞合而成,所述5个扇形的扇角均为72°。
4.如权利要求1所述的220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆,其特征在于:所述半导电层包括1层半导电特多龙带层和2层半导电尼龙带层。
5.如权利要求1所述的220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆,其特征在于:所述阻水层包括半导电阻水带层和阻水膨胀缓冲带层。
6.如权利要求1所述的220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆,其特征在于:所述皱纹铝护套层为2.4~2.8mm厚,所述皱纹铝护套层上轧制有螺旋纹。
7.如权利要求1所述的220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆,其特征在于:最外面护套层由PVC护套和防鼠防白蚁护套组成。
8.权利要求1-7任一所述的220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘防鼠防白蚁超高压电缆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:导体制作→绕包半导电层→导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层三层一次共挤→绝缘线芯脱气→绕包阻水层→皱纹铝护套焊接轧纹→沥青涂敷→挤包PVC护套层和防鼠防白蚁护套层→石墨涂敷。
9.如权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)导体制作:导体采用5分割股块绞制、成缆;
(2)绕包半导电层:在导体外面绕包1层半导电特多龙带和2层半导电尼龙带;
(3)挤制导体屏蔽、绝缘、绝缘屏蔽层:进行导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层三层一次共挤,得到绝缘线芯;导体屏蔽层均匀地包覆在导体上;绝缘层任意一处最薄点不小于标称值的90%,偏芯度≤8%;绝缘屏蔽层均匀、表面光滑;
(4)绝缘线芯脱气:绝缘线芯生产完后进入去气室,在70℃的恒温去气室中停放10天,使绝缘层在交联化学反应中产生的气体彻底释放出来;
(5)绕包阻水层:采用绕包半导电阻水带和阻水膨胀缓冲带相结合组成阻水层;
(6)皱纹铝护套焊接轧纹:皱纹铝护套内径与绝缘屏蔽层外径之间间隙要控制在5.0~5.5mm;铝带单边切边宽度不能大于4mm;在焊接好的铝护套管上进行轧纹;
(7)沥青涂敷:采用电加热方式,将沥青融化,经三螺杆泵,把沥青经过溶化箱进入高压管,再由快开阀来控制高压管内的压力,使沥青在皱纹铝护套表面能够达到充分均匀的涂敷;
(8)挤包PVC护套和防鼠防白蚁护套:在挤塑机上,一次共挤PVC护套层和防鼠防白蚁护套层;
(9)石墨涂敷:采用半导电石墨,通过石墨涂敷机,将石墨均匀的涂敷在电缆的外护套上面。
10.如权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中导体制作具体包括以下步骤:
(1)股块制作:在91盘框绞机上,分四段进行扇形块紧压,每段紧压由左右、上下四组紧压轮组成,紧压轮扇角为72°;
(2)成缆:将5个制作好的股块在有相位调节的盘绞机上进行绞合成圆导体,5个72°的扇角都朝向圆心,绞合后正好成为360°的圆,股块与股块之间用绝缘纸隔开,5个股块交合成圆导体。
