Data synchronization cannot be performed in an offline scene, and background synchronization of all mobile applications and ERP management software data must be performed in an online scene. Based on the data preparation in fig. 8, during data synchronization, the user identity is verified, if the identity is wrong, the user is prompted to log in again, if the verification is passed, the data operation log performed by the user during the offline period is displayed, including the main service and the specific operation time, so that the user can judge whether the operation performed by the legal user is performed, if the operation is not performed by the current user, the user performs data rollback on the existing log, and after the user is successfully verified, the synchronization of effective data can be performed.
Fig. 9 is an overall schematic diagram of the offline data management method according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is executed in ERP management software. Specifically, after the user inputs the user name and the password, the login information encryption component in the ERP management software judges whether the software is in the network coverage state at present, namely the online state, and when the judgment result is negative, whether the password input by the current user is consistent with the last login password is verified, when the ERP management software is judged to be consistent, the off-line service is executed, the core log recording component starts service log recording, when the current ERP management software is switched to be an on-line scene, when the user gives the on-line service data submitting instruction, judging whether the current user password is consistent with the system password, and prompting the user to log in again when the current user password is judged to be inconsistent with the system password, prompting the extracted offline log and core service information when the current user password is consistent with the system password, and performing submission of offline service data after receiving a confirmation instruction of the user.
An embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention provides an offline data management system, which is used for ERP management software. FIG. 10 shows a schematic block diagram of an offline data management system 1000 of one embodiment of the present invention. The offline data management system 1000 includes: an encryption unit 1002, configured to receive online login information sent by a terminal, encrypt and store the online login information; a permission unit 1004, configured to receive offline login information sent by the terminal in an offline state, check whether the offline login information matches the encrypted online login information, and when a check result is a match, permit the terminal to enter an offline service scenario; and the synchronous verification unit 1006 is configured to receive and verify the login request sent by the terminal in the online state, and after the verification is successful, receive the service operation data recorded by the terminal in the offline service scene, and perform synchronous update on the service operation data.
The offline data management system 1000 provided by the invention comprises an encryption unit 1002, a permission unit 1004 and a synchronous verification unit 1006, wherein the encryption unit 1002 immediately encrypts and stores online login information sent by a terminal after receiving the online login information in an online scene, wherein only the latest online login information is encrypted and stored after the encryption unit 1002 receives the online login information sent by the terminal for multiple times; after the permission unit 1004 receives the offline login information sent by the terminal in the offline state, the offline login information is matched with the encrypted online login information, if the matching is successful, the terminal is permitted to enter an offline service scene, and the service that the terminal can perform offline login is supported while the security of the login information is ensured; after the synchronous verification unit 1006 receives the login information sent by the terminal in the online state, the login information is verified, and after the verification is successful, the recorded related service operation data of the terminal in the offline scene is received, and the service operation data is synchronously updated.
FIG. 11 shows a schematic block diagram of an offline data management system 1100 of another embodiment of the present invention. The offline data management system 1100 includes: an encryption unit 1102, configured to receive online login information sent by a terminal, encrypt and store the online login information; a permission unit 1104, configured to receive offline login information sent by the terminal in an offline state, check whether the offline login information matches the encrypted online login information, and when a check result is that the offline login information matches the encrypted online login information, permit the terminal to enter an offline service scenario; a synchronous verification unit 1106, configured to receive and verify a login request sent by a terminal in an online state, and after verification is successful, receive service operation data recorded by the terminal in an offline service scenario, and perform synchronous update on the service operation data; a display unit 1108, configured to extract main service data in the service operation data, and display the main service data and a prompt message for confirming whether the main service data is offline for the user to the terminal; a receiving unit 1110, configured to receive feedback information in response to the confirmation prompt information, and if the content of the feedback information is yes, perform a step of synchronously updating the service operation data; the main service operation data comprises the operation time of the main service data.
In this embodiment, the display unit 1108 is used to extract the main service operation data in the service operation data, and display the main service operation data and the confirmation prompt information indicating whether the main service data is the user offline operation to the user terminal, so that the user can send feedback information corresponding to the confirmation prompt information through the receiving unit 1110 to further determine whether to perform the step of synchronously updating the service operation data, thereby ensuring that the user is a legal user in the offline login scene to perform service operation and simultaneously verify the correctness of the service operation data of the user, the main service operation data displayed by the display unit 1108 includes operation time, so that the user can be reminded to recall whether the service operation data is the user's own service operation data according to the operation time, so as to modify the login information in time after determining that the service operation data is not the user's own service operation data, various losses caused by that an illegal user logs in again by using the previous login information are prevented.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the offline data management system 1100 further comprises: a rollback unit 1112, configured to perform data rollback on the service operation data if the content of the feedback information is negative.
In this embodiment, when the content of the feedback information of the receiving unit 1110 is no, the rollback unit 1112 performs data rollback on the service operation data, so as to avoid a problem of data confusion caused by synchronously updating the service operation data of the non-current operating user in the offline scenario into the service operation data of the current operating user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the online login information includes a user name and a first password, and the synchronization verification unit further includes: the analyzing unit 1114 is configured to analyze the user name and the second password in the offline login information, search corresponding online login information in a database according to the user name, and decrypt the online login information to obtain a first password; the determining unit 1116 is configured to determine whether the first password is consistent with the second password, and when the determination result is yes, it is determined that the offline login information matches the online login information.
In this embodiment, the offline login information is analyzed by the analyzing unit 1114 to obtain a user name and a second password, the corresponding online login information in the database is searched according to the user name, the online login information is decrypted to obtain a first password, and then the determining unit 1116 is used to determine whether the first password is consistent with the second password, if so, it is determined that the offline login information is matched with the online login information, and an offline login scenario is entered. The step of checking whether the offline login information is matched with the encrypted online login information guarantees the safety of data, and meanwhile, the complex operation that the user needs to input the online login information again because the online login information is not stored in a database is avoided, so that the use experience of the user is improved to a certain extent.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the offline data management system 1100 further comprises: the searching unit 1118 is configured to analyze the offline login information to obtain a user name, search a user database corresponding to the user name, and update the service operation data to the user database synchronously.
In this embodiment, the searching unit 1118 obtains the user name by analyzing the offline login information bound in the service operation data, and searches the user database corresponding to the user name by using the user name, so as to update the service operation data in the offline scene to the searched user database synchronously, thereby avoiding the problem of low searching efficiency caused by that the user data can only be searched according to the content of the service operation data because of the offline login information not bound in the service operation data. The method is suitable for the use scene that a plurality of users use the same terminal, namely the offline information of a plurality of users is possibly stored in the same terminal, when the business operation data is synchronized, the business operation data generated by offline operation of different users in the same terminal can be ensured to be synchronized to the database corresponding to the offline user, and the correctness of data synchronization is ensured.
In a third aspect of the present invention, which proposes a server, fig. 12 shows a schematic block diagram of a server 1200 of an embodiment of the present invention applied to enterprise-level ERP application software. Among them, this server 1200 includes: comprising a memory 1202, a processor 1204, the memory 1202 configurable to store executable instructions, the processor 1204 configurable to execute the stored instructions to implement the steps of the offline data management method of any of the above.
In the server 1200 provided by the present invention, the processor 1204 included in the server is configured to execute the steps of the offline data management method in any of the above technical solutions, so that the server can achieve all the beneficial effects of the offline data management method, and details are not repeated here.
A fourth aspect of the present invention is to provide a computer-readable storage medium, which can be applied in particular to the embodiment of enterprise-level ERP application software, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program implements the steps of any one of the above-mentioned offline data management methods.
In this embodiment, the computer program stored on the computer readable storage medium of the present invention, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the offline data management method in any of the above technical solutions, so that the computer readable storage medium can implement all beneficial effects of the offline data management method, which is not described herein any more.

Claims (8)

1. An offline data management method, comprising:
receiving online login information sent by a terminal, and encrypting and storing the online login information;
receiving offline login information sent by the terminal in an offline state, checking whether the offline login information is matched with the encrypted online login information or not, and allowing the terminal to enter an offline service scene when a checking result is matched;
receiving and verifying a login request sent by the terminal in an online state, receiving service operation data recorded by the terminal in an offline service scene after the verification is successful, and synchronously updating the service operation data;
before the step of synchronously updating the service operation data, the method further includes:
extracting main service operation data in the service operation data, and displaying the main service operation data and confirmation prompt information aiming at whether the main service operation data is in user off-line operation or not to the terminal;
receiving feedback information responding to confirmation prompt information, and when the content of the feedback information is yes, executing a step of synchronously updating the service operation data; the main service operation data comprises operation time of the main service operation data;
and if the content of the feedback information is negative, performing data rollback on the service operation data.
2. The offline data management method according to claim 1, wherein the online login information includes a user name and a first password, and the step of verifying whether the offline login information matches the encrypted online login information specifically includes:
analyzing a user name and a second password in the offline login information, searching corresponding online login information in a database according to the user name, and decrypting the online login information to obtain a first password;
and judging whether the first password is consistent with the second password, and if so, confirming that the offline login information is matched with the online login information.
3. The offline data management method of claim 1, wherein the offline login information is bound in the service operation data, and the method further comprises:
and analyzing the offline login information to obtain a user name, searching a user database corresponding to the user name, and synchronously updating the service operation data to the user database.
4. An offline data management system, comprising:
the encryption unit is used for receiving online login information sent by a terminal, encrypting the online login information and storing the encrypted online login information;
the permission unit is used for receiving offline login information sent by the terminal in an offline state, verifying whether the offline login information is matched with the encrypted online login information or not, and when the verification result is matched, permitting the terminal to enter an offline service scene;
the synchronous verification unit is used for receiving and verifying the login request sent by the terminal in an online state, receiving the service operation data recorded by the terminal in an offline service scene after the verification is successful, and synchronously updating the service operation data;
the display unit is used for extracting main business operation data in the business operation data and displaying the main business operation data and confirmation prompt information aiming at whether the main business operation data is in user off-line operation or not to the terminal;
a receiving unit, configured to receive feedback information in response to a confirmation prompt message, and if the content of the feedback information is yes, execute a step of synchronously updating the service operation data; the main service operation data comprises operation time of the main service operation data;
and the rollback unit is used for performing data rollback on the service operation data when the content of the feedback information is negative.
5. The offline data management system of claim 4, wherein the online login information comprises a user name and a first password, and the synchronization check unit further comprises:
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the user name and the second password in the offline login information, searching the corresponding online login information in a database according to the user name, and decrypting the online login information to obtain the first password;
and the judging unit is used for judging whether the first password is consistent with the second password or not, and when the judging result is yes, the offline login information is confirmed to be matched with the online login information.
6. The offline data management system of claim 4, wherein said system further comprises:
and the searching unit is used for analyzing the offline login information to obtain a user name, searching a user database corresponding to the user name, and synchronously updating the service operation data to the user database.
7. A server, comprising:
a memory configured to store executable instructions;
a processor configured to execute stored instructions to implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
