本发明属于引信安全技术领域,特别涉及一种纯机械式的类准流体斜置离心远解机构。
背景技术
目前,人工防雹增雨弹隔爆通常采用延时时间特别短的隔爆安全机构,存在保险距离短的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述背景技术存在的问题,提供一种纯机械式的类准流体斜置离心远解机构。
本发明所涉及的类准流体斜置离心远解机构,由回转体座1、钢球2、离心保险销3、标准螺钉5、挡圈6、保险簧片7组成,在回转体座1的孔A4内装离心保险销3,再装入约300颗钢球2,回转体座1的口部用标准螺钉5装配挡圈6和2个保险簧片7。
本发明的工作原理是:该机构在被击发后,离心保险销3和钢球2在爬升力作用下不进行运动,使该机构处于保险状态,当度过发射后效期后,离心保险销3和钢球2在前冲力和离心力作用下,钢球2沿着挡圈6的中心孔克服保险簧片7的抗力依次流出回转体座1的孔A4,离心保险销3随着钢球2减少逐渐向外移动,逐渐解除保险。
本发明的类准流体斜置离心远解机构具有长距离延期解除保险功能。

本实施例为本发明的类准流体斜置离心远解机构在18型人工防雹增雨弹的应用实例,其结构如图1所示:
该类准流体斜置离心远解机构由回转体座1、钢球2、离心保险销3、标准螺钉5、挡圈6、保险簧片7组成,在回转体座1的孔A4内装离心保险销3,再装入约300颗钢球2,回转体座1的口部用标准螺钉5装配挡圈6和2个保险簧片7。
本实施例具体实施步骤如下:
按图1准备零件,并对零件进行检查及验收;
1.在回转体座1的孔A4内装离心保险销3,离心保险销3应自由活动不卡置;
2.在回转体座1的孔A4内装钢球2,数量约300颗,按体积装配;
3.在回转体座1的孔A4口部装配挡圈6;
4.在回转体座1的孔A4口部装配保险簧片7;
5.在回转体座1装配标准螺钉5,并拧紧到位。
本实施例的类准流体斜置离心远解机构经过试验验证,具有长距离解除保险功能,满足总体设计方案要求,能够应用批量生产。
