Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型全预混热交换器,包括具有进水腔和出水腔的壳体,壳体内设置有燃烧器,壳体内并位于燃烧器的外侧设置有若干用于连通进水腔和出水腔的换热器,壳体上开设有连通进水腔的进水口和连通出水腔的出水口,出水口位于出水腔的最高点,壳体上还开设有连通燃烧器的燃气进口,换热器倾斜设置,且所述换热器的中心轴与水平方向的夹角a满足0<a<45°。本发明的壳体内并位于燃烧器的外侧设置有若干用于连通进水腔和出水腔的换热器,换热器倾斜设置,且所述换热器的中心轴与水平方向的夹角a满足0<a<45°,使得管内的气体可以通过该倾斜角度从出水口排出,保证热交换器正常安静工作,较少噪音,维护成本低。

一种新型全预混热交换器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种新型全预混热交换器。
【背景技术】
热交换器广泛用于各种用燃气做为燃料的热水器、热水炉,目前市场上的热交换器,如图2所示,一般采用单根扁管结构,排气方便,但是为了达到100﹪以上的热效率,烟气要从单扁管之间很小的缝隙通过,这样会产生很大的阻力,如果燃气不够净化,长时间燃烧会造成堵塞,维护费用高,原料成本高;然而有的企业为了解决易堵塞的问题,采用双管并联的方式,如图3所示,但是这样方式存在进水和出水阻力不同,容易造成一根或多根管中存在空气无法排出,造成热交换器运行噪声大,不能正常工作。
本发明即针对现有技术中的不足而研究提出。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种排气效果好,维护成本低的新型全预混热交换器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了下述技术方案:一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,包括具有进水腔和出水腔的壳体,壳体内设置有燃烧器,所述的壳体内并位于燃烧器的外侧设置有若干用于连通进水腔和出水腔的换热器,壳体上开设有连通进水腔的进水口和连通出水腔的出水口,所述出水口位于出水腔的最高点,所述壳体上还开设有连通燃烧器的燃气进口,所述的换热器倾斜设置,且所述换热器的中心轴与水平方向的夹角a满足0<a<45°。
如上所述的一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,所述的换热器为管状结构,且管状结构上设置有若干翅片。
如上所述的一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,所述的换热器呈圆环状分布在燃烧器的外周。
如上所述的一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,所述壳体上还开设有排烟口和冷凝水出口。
如上所述的一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,所述壳体上并位于排烟口处设置有烟气导流板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种新型全预混热交换器,达到了如下效果:
本发明的壳体内并位于燃烧器的外侧设置有若干用于连通进水腔和出水腔的换热器,换热器倾斜设置,且所述换热器的中心轴与水平方向的夹角a满足0<a<45°,使得管内的气体可以通过该倾斜角度从出水口排出,保证热交换器正常安静工作,较少噪音,维护成本低。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1和图2所示,一种新型全预混热交换器,包括具有进水腔11和出水腔12的壳体1,壳体1内设置有燃烧器2,所述的壳体1内并位于燃烧器2的外侧设置有若干用于连通进水腔11和出水腔12的换热器3,壳体1上开设有连通进水腔11的进水口111和连通出水腔12的出水口121,所述出水口121位于出水腔12的最高点,所述壳体1上还开设有连通燃烧器2的燃气进口13,所述的换热器3倾斜设置,且所述换热器3的中心轴与水平方向的夹角a满足0<a<45°。使得管内的气体可以通过该倾斜角度从出水口排出,保证热交换器正常安静工作,较少噪音,维护成本低。
夹角a根据产品结构设计决定,只要有一定的倾斜角度保证换热器3管内的气体由出水腔12汇集后可以顺利从出水口排出即可,其核心要求是保证圆环状分布的管状翅片换热器水中的空气都能由出水腔汇集后由出水腔的最高点出水口排出。
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,所述的换热器3为管状结构,且管状结构上设置有若干翅片,片与片的间隙大,不易阻塞,增加热交换面积。
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,所述的换热器3呈圆环状分布在燃烧器2的外周;保证热交换的能量全部传递给换热器,减少能量的散失。
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,所述壳体1上还开设有排烟口14和冷凝水出口15。
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,所述壳体1上并位于排烟口14处设置有烟气导流板4。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,包括具有进水腔(11)和出水腔(12)的壳体(1),壳体(1)内设置有燃烧器(2),所述的壳体(1)内并位于燃烧器(2)的外侧设置有若干用于连通进水腔(11)和出水腔(12)的换热器(3),壳体(1)上开设有连通进水腔(11)的进水口(111)和连通出水腔(12)的出水口(121),所述出水口(121)位于出水腔(12)的最高点,所述壳体(1)上还开设有连通燃烧器(2)的燃气进口(13),所述的换热器(3)倾斜设置,且所述换热器(3)的中心轴与水平方向的夹角a满足0<a<45°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,所述的换热器(3)为管状结构,且管状结构上设置有若干翅片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,所述的换热器(3)呈圆环状分布在燃烧器(2)的外周。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)上还开设有排烟口(14)和冷凝水出口(15)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型全预混热交换器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)上并位于排烟口(14)处设置有烟气导流板(4)。
