LED平面灯
技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术,尤其涉及一种LED平面灯。
背景技术
LED(Light Emitting Diode)照明技术以其省电、亮度高、使用寿命长、抗震性能好等优点被广泛推广,LED平面灯是LED照明领域中新发展出的一种集照明与装饰为一体的灯具,其原理在于将线光源转化为面光源,实现平面照明,具有光照效果好,外形美观装饰性强等优势。
然而,目前LED平面灯都包括有导光装置,该导光装置用于实现将线光源转化为面光源,而现有技术中导光装置往往采用亚克力(Polymethyl Methacrylate,PMMA)材料,由该材料的固有属性所决定,导光装置对于环境因素,例如温度、湿度等比较敏感,具体体现为导光装置会随着环境因素变化而扩张或收缩,从而会影响LED平面灯的发光效率,甚至完全毁坏LED平面灯。
因此,有必要提供一种方法以解决如上问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个方面提供一种LED平面灯,其包括:至少一个光源模块(120)、用于为所述至少一个光源模块(120)提供电能的LED驱动器(110)、以及导光装置(131)。所述至少一个光源模块(120)中的每一个包括由若干LED组成的LED灯条(121)和灯条固定器(122),所述灯条固定器(122)包括第一固定面、第二固定面以及连接所述第一固定面和所述第二固定面的安装面,并且所述第一固定面、所述第二固定面以及所述安装面一起形成凹槽,所述LED灯条(121)安装在所述安装面上。所述至少一个光源模块的所述灯条固定器(122)的所述凹槽被设计用于容纳所述导光装置(131)的至少一个侧边;所述导光装置(131)的所述至少一个侧边被定位于所述凹槽中,使得所述导光装置(131)的所述被定侧边与各个LED保持预定距离,且所述预定距离与所述导光装置(131)的变形无关。

图1所示为LED平面灯100的一个实施例的爆炸图,如图1所示,LED平面灯100包括至少一个光源模块120、LED驱动器110、导光装置131、反射膜132和扩散板133,以及为上述组件提供支撑和保护作用的边框151和背板152。LED驱动器110用于为至少一个光源模块120提供电能。反射膜132设置在导光装置131的背面,扩散板133设置在导光装置131的前面,工作时,至少一个光源模块120向导光装置131的侧边发射光,导光装置131将侧边的入射光经多次反射后从正面发射出去,实现表面发光。反射膜132用于将从导光装置131的背面泄露出的光再次反射入导光装置131,从而提高光的利用率。扩散板133用于将从导光装置131正面发出的光均匀地发射出去,提高LED平面灯100发光的均匀性和柔和度。其中,导光装置131可以根据需要采取不同的形状,例如,在一个具体地实施方案中,导光装置是一个导光板,即采用平板状结构,但不限于此。
在已有的技术方案中,作为光源的LED灯条往往直接固定安装在边框内部,由于采用PMMA材料的导光装置131对环境因素诸如温度、湿度等比较敏感,如果导光装置131因环境因素而收缩,则会增大光源与导光装置131之间的距离,从而大幅降低LED平面灯的发光效率;而若导光装置131因环境因素而膨胀,则极有可能会挤压到光源,造成LED灯条的彻底毁坏。因此本发明构思出将LED灯条通过灯条固定器安装在导光装置131侧边的技术方案,如此,即使导光装置131因环境因素而发生形变,也可以确保LED灯条与导光装置131侧边的距离不受导光装置131形变的影响。
以下内容将结合图1至图5的图示对本发明的LED平面灯100进行详细说明。每个光源模块120包括由若干LED组成的LED灯条121和灯条固定器122,如图4所示,灯条固定器122包括第一固定面1222、第二固定面1224以及连接第一固定面1222和第二固定面1224的安装面1220,并且第一固定面1222、第二固定面1224以及安装面1220一起形成凹槽1221。LED灯条121设置在凹槽1221的底部,即安装在安装面朝向凹槽1221的一侧上,LED灯条121和灯条固定器122组装后便构成一个光源模块120。光源模块120的数量可以根据需要设置,例如为一个、两个等。在一个具体的实施例中,设置两个光源模块120,且该两个光源模块120可以如图2所示的方式安装在导光装置131相对的两个侧边上。在另一个具体实施例中,两个光源模块120也可以设置在导光装置131相邻的两个侧边上。图3揭示了至少一个光源模块120与导光装置131的连接关系,如图,安装后灯条固定器122的凹槽1221用于容纳导光装置131的侧边,当导光装置131的侧边位于凹槽1221内时,导光装置131的侧边与LED之间保持一个预定距离。该预定距离是一个基于LED面板灯100的发光效率而选定的值,例如,该预定距离介于0~0.3mm之间,并且该预定距离不受导光装置131的变形影响。
接着解释导光装置131的侧边与LED之间的距离不受导光装置131变形影响的原因。图5给出了至少一个光源模块120与导光装置131组装后的局部放大图,其中,灯条固定器122的第一固定面1222被隐去,如图,灯条固定器122通过至少一个销钉孔141以及至少一个销钉142与导光装置131连接。其中,至少一个销钉孔141设置在灯条固定器122的第一固定面1222、第二固定面1224以及导光装置131上,至少一个销钉142安装在至少一个销钉孔141内,即至少一个销钉142以如图3所示的方式贯穿灯条固定器122的第一固定面1222、第二固定面1224以及导光装置131安装,从而将灯条固定器122与导光装置131连接。
在本发明中,如图5所示,至少一个销钉孔141是一个椭圆孔,其包括长轴和短轴,其中所述长轴设置为与灯条固定器122平行,而所述短轴的宽度则设置为与至少一个销钉142的宽度相等。并且至少一个销钉孔141与导光装置131的侧边之间的距离为一个预定值,优选地,该预定值的范围为1.7mm~2mm。在该技术方案下,由于所述短轴的宽度与至少一个销钉142的宽度相等,确保灯条固定器122在短轴方向上与导光装置131保持相对静止,即当导光装置131因环境因素而变形,例如,膨胀或收缩时,灯条固定器122将随之产生位移。而在长轴方向上,其长度大于至少一个销钉142的宽度,从而可以吸收导光装置131沿长轴方向的形变。
进一步地,灯条固定器122的材质可以选用镀锌钢板、不锈钢、纯铝或铝合金,优选地,采用膨胀或延展系数与导光装置131最为接近的聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)。
虽然结合特定的具体实施方式对本发明进行了详细说明,但本领域的技术人员可以理解,对本发明可以作出许多修改和变型。因此,要认识到,权利要求书的意图在于覆盖在本发明真正构思和范围内的所有这些修改和变型。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED平面灯(100),包括:
至少一个光源模块(120),所述至少一个光源模块(120)中的每一个包括由若干LED组成的LED灯条(121)和灯条固定器(122),其中,所述灯条固定器(122)包括第一固定面(1222)、第二固定面(1224)以及连接所述第一固定面(1222)和所述第二固定面(1224)的安装面(1220),并且所述第一固定面(1222)、所述第二固定面(1224)以及所述安装面(1220)一起形成凹槽(1221),所述LED灯条(121)安装在所述安装面(1220)上;
LED驱动器(110),用于为所述至少一个光源模块(120)提供电能;以及
导光装置(131);
其中,所述至少一个光源模块(120)的所述灯条固定器(122)的所述凹槽(1221)被设计用于容纳所述导光装置(131)的至少一个侧边;以及
所述导光装置(131)的所述至少一个侧边被定位于所述凹槽中,使得所述导光装置(131)的所述至少一个侧边与各个LED保持预定距离,且所述预定距离与所述导光装置(131)的变形无关。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED平面灯(100),其中,所述预定距离在0~0.3mm的范围内。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED平面灯(100),其中,所述灯条固定器(122)通过至少一个销钉孔(141)以及至少一个销钉(142)与所述导光装置(131)连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED平面灯(100),其中,所述至少一个销钉孔(141)设置在所述第一固定面(1222)、所述第二固定面(1224)以及所述导光装置(131)上,所述至少一个销钉(142)安装在所述至少一个销钉孔(141)内。

8.如权利要求1所述的LED平面灯(100),其中,所述至少一个光源模块(120)包括两个光源模块,所述两个光源模块安装在所述导光装置(131)的相邻或相对的两个侧边。
9.如权利要求1所述的LED平面灯(100),进一步包括反射膜(132)和扩散板(133),其中,所述反射膜(132)用于反射从所述导光装置(131)的背面泄露出的光,所述扩散板(133)用于将从所述导光装置(131)正面发出的光均匀地发射出去。
10.如权利要求1所述的LED平面灯(100),其中,所述灯条固定器(122)采用聚碳酸酯材料制成,所述导光装置(131)是一个导光板。
