Abstract

铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具紫砂废料注凝成型方法,其特征在于,将铝粉加入硅胶中搅拌均匀,制成铝粉改性硅胶,采用硅胶稀释剂调整铝粉改性硅胶的粘度,将铝粉改性硅胶外加固化剂搅拌均匀后均匀涂刷在硅胶模具表面,待固化后,将紫砂废料注凝成型浆料加入引发剂和催化剂搅拌均匀后注入上述硅胶模具中,在一定温度下固化后,脱模、干燥、修坯然后烧成。本发明通过添加铝粉体改变了硅胶表面的电化学特性(或表面化学势特性)使注凝成型浆料中的有机单体丙烯酰胺分子中的C=C双键在引发剂过硫酸铵的作用下顺利打开产生聚合反应,通过添加铝粉改性硅胶模具表面使得固化后的坯体表面的固化强度完全等同于金属模具坯体表面的固化强度,使得坯体表面信息完整。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具紫砂废料注凝成型方法,属于陶瓷材料制备技术领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对家居环境、社会公共环境的美化、原生态化的要求不断提高,而美术家或艺术家每创作一件作品都需要花费大量的时间、资金和精力,远远满足不了人们对美的追求,因此,急需一种方法能够低成本大量复制美术家或艺术家的精美作品;
每一件精美的艺术品都是由创意图形及图形表面纹理、动物表皮毛发、表面凹凸等全信息表面来表达,因此,其形状极其复杂。采用软质硅胶模具和原位注凝成型方法是解决上述问题的最佳方法;
紫砂废料制品具有透气性、透水性、无污染的多孔性结构,在家居环境、大型商场、企业、公园和街道等场所设置各种用紫砂废料制作的大型雕塑、泥塑和各种艺术造型等不但美化环境,而且在这些大型雕塑、泥塑和艺术造型上可以生长着各种颜色的花草、植物等,使人们赏心悦目,极大限度地美化环境;
但是,研究发现原位注凝成型浆料中的有机单体丙烯酰胺在软质硅胶模具表面会产生阻聚作用,导致表面0.5~1mm深度的陶瓷浆料固化不完全,脱模时坯体表面会脱落,将极具表现力的表面破坏。如何解决原位注凝成型浆料表面固化问题成为该产品的关键技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能解决原位注凝成型浆料表面固化,实现上述产品批量化生产的铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具紫砂废料注凝成型方法,其技术方案为:
铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具紫砂废料注凝成型方法,将铝粉加入硅胶中搅拌均匀,制成铝粉改性硅胶,采用硅胶稀释剂调整铝粉改性硅胶的粘度,将铝粉改性硅胶外加固化剂搅拌均匀后均匀涂刷在硅胶模具表面,待固化后,将紫砂废料注凝成型浆料加入引发剂和催化剂搅拌均匀后注入上述硅胶模具中,在一定温度下固化后,脱模、干燥、修坯然后烧成,具体步骤如下:
1、铝粉改性硅胶的制备:将粒度为10~100μm的铝粉体:硅胶以重量百分比为0.05~0.3:1的比例均匀混合后制成铝粉改性硅胶,采用硅胶稀释剂调整铝粉改性硅胶的粘度;
2、全信息表面硅胶模具的制备:将艺术创作的创意图形及图形表面纹理、动物表皮毛发、表面凹凸全信息表面通过雕刻制成石膏或木材模型,然后翻制成全信息表面硅胶模具;
3、铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具的制备:将步骤(1)制得的铝粉改性硅胶以重量百分比外加入1~3%的硅胶固化剂,搅拌均匀后均匀涂抹在步骤(2)制得的全信息表面硅胶模具的内表面,固化后制成铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具;
4、预混溶液的制备:将丙烯酰胺:N,N-亚甲基丙烯酰胺以重量百分比为20:1~3的比例均匀混合,再取该混合物5~10克溶解在100ml蒸馏水中制成预混溶液;
5、紫砂废料注凝成型浆料的制备:取上述预混溶液100ml,加入3~10ml氨水,再加入浓度为30%聚丙烯酸钠水溶液3~10ml混合均匀后加入200~500克粒度为3~200μm的紫砂废料经球磨后制成紫砂废料注凝成型浆料;
6、取上述紫砂废料注凝成型浆料100ml,加入0.1~1ml浓度为5%过硫酸铵的引发剂,再加入0.1~1ml的N,N,N,N-四乙二胺催化剂,迅速搅拌均匀,时间小于3分钟,立即注入步骤(3)中制备的铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具中,在80~100℃待完全固化后,脱模、干燥,然后将干燥后的坯体经修坯后在1050~1200℃的温度下30~120分钟烧制成产品。
本发明其优点在于:
1、本发明通过添加铝粉体改变了硅胶表面的电化学特性(或表面化学势特性)使注凝成型浆料中的有机单体丙烯酰胺分子中的C=C双键在引发剂过硫酸铵的作用下顺利打开产生聚合反应;
2、通过添加铝粉改性硅胶模具表面使得固化后的坯体表面的固化强度完全等同于金属模具坯体表面的固化强度,使得坯体表面信息完整。
实施例1
1、铝粉改性硅胶的制备:将粒度为10μm的铝粉体:硅胶以重量百分比为0.05:1的比例均匀混合后制成铝粉改性硅胶,外加3wt%硅胶稀释剂调整铝粉改性硅胶的粘度;
2、全信息表面硅胶模具的制备:将艺术创作的创意图形及图形表面纹理、动物表皮毛发、表面凹凸全信息表面通过雕刻制成石膏或木材模型,然后翻制成全信息表面硅胶模具;
3、铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具的制备:将上述铝粉改性硅胶以重量百分比外加入1%的固化剂,搅拌均匀后均匀涂抹在上述全信息表面硅胶模具的内表面,固化后制成铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具;
4、预混溶液的制备:将丙烯酰胺:N,N-亚甲基丙烯酰胺以重量百分比为20:1的均匀混合,再取该混合物5克溶解在100ml蒸馏水中制成预混溶液;
5、紫砂废料注凝成型浆料的制备:取上述预混溶液100ml,加入3ml氨水,再加入浓度为30%聚丙烯酸钠水溶液3ml混合均匀后加入200克粒度为3μm的紫砂废料经球磨后制成紫砂废料注凝成型浆料;
6、取上述紫砂废料注凝成型浆料100ml,加入0.1ml浓度为5%过硫酸铵的引发剂,再加入0.1ml的N,N,N,N-四乙二胺催化剂,迅速搅拌均匀,时间小于3分钟,立即注入步骤(3)中制备的铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具中,待完全固化后,将坯体脱模、干燥,然后将干燥后的坯体经修坯后在1050℃的温度下30分钟烧制成产品。
实施例2
1、铝粉改性硅胶的制备:将粒度为60μm的铝粉体:硅胶以重量百分比为0.15:1的比例均匀混合后制成铝粉改性硅胶,外加10wt%硅胶稀释剂调整铝粉改性硅胶的粘度;
2、全信息表面硅胶模具的制备:将艺术创作的创意图形及图形表面纹理、动物表皮毛发、表面凹凸全信息表面通过雕刻制成石膏或木材模型,然后翻制成全信息表面硅胶模具;
3、铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具的制备:将上述铝粉改性硅胶以重量百分比外加入2%的固化剂,搅拌均匀后均匀涂抹在上述全信息表面硅胶模具的内表面,固化后制成铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具;
4、预混溶液的制备:将丙烯酰胺:N,N-亚甲基丙烯酰胺以重量百分比为20:2的均匀混合,再取该混合物8克溶解在100ml蒸馏水中制成预混溶液;
5、紫砂废料注凝成型浆料的制备:取上述预混溶液100ml,加入7ml氨水,再加入浓度为30%聚丙烯酸钠水溶液7ml混合均匀后加入350克粒度为110μm的紫砂废料经球磨后制成紫砂废料注凝成型浆料;
6、取上述紫砂废料注凝成型浆料100ml,加入0.5ml浓度为5%过硫酸铵的引发剂,再加入0.5ml的N,N,N,N-四乙二胺催化剂,迅速搅拌均匀,时间小于3分钟,立即注入步骤(3)中制备的铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具中,待完全固化后,将坯体脱模、干燥,然后将干燥后的坯体经修坯后在1120℃的温度下80分钟烧制成产品。
实施例3
1、铝粉改性硅胶的制备:将粒度为100μm的铝粉体:硅胶以重量百分比为0.3:1的比例均匀混合后制成铝粉改性硅胶,外加17wt%硅胶稀释剂调整铝粉改性硅胶的粘度;
2、全信息表面硅胶模具的制备:将艺术创作的创意图形及图形表面纹理、动物表皮毛发、表面凹凸全信息表面通过雕刻制成石膏或木材模型,然后翻制成全信息表面硅胶模具;
3、铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具的制备:将上述铝粉改性硅胶以重量百分比外加入3%的固化剂,搅拌均匀后均匀涂抹在上述全信息表面硅胶模具的内表面,固化后制成铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具;
4、预混溶液的制备:将丙烯酰胺:N,N-亚甲基丙烯酰胺以重量百分比为20:3的均匀混合,再取该混合物10克溶解在100ml蒸馏水中制成预混溶液;
5、紫砂废料注凝成型浆料的制备:取上述预混溶液100ml,加入10ml氨水,再加入浓度为30%聚丙烯酸钠水溶液10ml混合均匀后加入500克粒度为200μm的紫砂废料经球磨后制成紫砂废料注凝成型浆料;
6、取上述紫砂废料注凝成型浆料100ml,加入1ml浓度为5%过硫酸铵的引发剂,再加入1ml的N,N,N,N-四乙二胺催化剂,迅速搅拌均匀,时间小于3分钟,立即注入步骤(3)中制备的铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具中,待完全固化后,将坯体脱模、干燥,然后将干燥后的坯体经修坯后在1200℃的温度下120分钟烧制成产品。

Claims (1)

1.铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具紫砂废料注凝成型方法,其特征在于,将铝粉加入硅胶中搅拌均匀,制成铝粉改性硅胶,采用硅胶稀释剂调整铝粉改性硅胶的粘度,将铝粉改性硅胶外加固化剂搅拌均匀后均匀涂刷在硅胶模具表面,待固化后,将紫砂废料注凝成型浆料加入引发剂和催化剂搅拌均匀后注入上述硅胶模具中,在一定温度下固化后,脱模、干燥、修坯然后烧成,具体步骤如下:
(1)铝粉改性硅胶的制备:将粒度为10~100μm的铝粉体:硅胶以重量百分比为0.05~0.3:1的比例均匀混合后制成铝粉改性硅胶,采用硅胶稀释剂调整铝粉改性硅胶的粘度;
(2)全信息表面硅胶模具的制备:将艺术创作的创意图形及图形表面纹理、动物表皮毛发、表面凹凸全信息表面通过雕刻制成石膏或木材模型,然后翻制成全信息表面硅胶模具;

(5)紫砂废料注凝成型浆料的制备:取上述预混溶液100ml,加入3~10ml氨水,再加入浓度为30%聚丙烯酸钠水溶液3~10ml混合均匀后加入200~500克粒度为3~200μm的紫砂废料经球磨后制成紫砂废料注凝成型浆料;
(6)取上述紫砂废料注凝成型浆料100ml,加入0.1~1ml浓度为5%过硫酸铵的引发剂,再加入0.1~1ml的N,N,N,N-四乙二胺催化剂,迅速搅拌均匀,时间小于3分钟,立即注入步骤(3)中制备的铝粉改性全信息表面硅胶模具中,在80~100℃待完全固化后,脱模、干燥,然后将干燥后的坯体经修坯后在1050~1200℃的温度下30~120分钟烧制成产品。
