When the side window 2 needs to be opened accidentally, the windowing motor 19 is conducted with the storage battery 12 by pressing the windowing switch 14 arranged near the driving position, the windowing motor 19 drives the driving pulley 17 to rotate, more parts of the steel wire rope 41 are wound on the outer peripheral surface of the driving pulley 17, correspondingly, the other end of the steel wire rope 41 bypassing the transition wheel 4 pulls the lock pin 3 to squeeze the spring and move towards the root direction of the lock pin, the part of the lock pin 3 originally inserted into the lock pin jack 21 is withdrawn from the lock pin jack 21, and the windowing motor 19 continuously drives the driving pulley 17, so that the lock pin 3 is kept in a state of pressing the spring after withdrawn from the lock pin jack 21, and is not reset and ejected by the spring, at the moment, a user can conveniently push the side window 2 outwards, and a larger escape space is reserved between the side window 2 and the vehicle body 1, so that the user can conveniently escape outwards.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in addition, the driving pulley 17 of the present embodiment is coaxially and fixedly connected with the manual rotary disc 18, and if the wires connected among the battery 12, the window switch 14 and the window motor 19 are disconnected and the locking pin 3 cannot be released from the locking pin jack 21 due to accident, the evacuee rotates the manual rotary disc 18 manually to drive the central shaft connected with the manual rotary disc 18 to rotate, so that the driving pulley 17 correspondingly rotates, and finally the driving pulley 17 tightens the steel wire rope 41 to separate the locking pin 3 from the locking pin jack 21.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the central shaft end of the driving pulley 17 of the present embodiment is connected to the output shaft end of the windowing motor 19 through the one-way clutch 20, so that the windowing motor 19 can only transmit power to the driving pulley 17 through the one-way clutch 20 and cannot transmit reverse torque to the windowing motor 19 through the driving pulley 17, and thus, the dangerous situation that the evacuee cannot twist the manual rotary disc 18 and finally cannot window due to jamming of the windowing motor 19 when torque is transmitted to the windowing motor 19 can be prevented.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to improve the alarm prompting effect of the emergency window of the passenger car according to the present embodiment, an IC starting circuit 15 is disposed in parallel between a window switch 14 and a window motor 19, and the IC starting circuit 15 is provided with an alarm 16, so that when the window switch is pressed, the IC starting circuit 15 is conducted with the battery 12, and accordingly the alarm 16 continuously sends out an alarm prompt, so that an evacuee can learn an alarm in time.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in addition, since the locking pin 3 in the emergency window of the passenger car is inserted into the locking pin insertion hole 21, if the steel wire rope 41 is disconnected or the window switch 14 fails, the window motor 19 cannot drive the driving pulley 17 to rotate, which causes serious life-threatening to the evacuee. Therefore, in this embodiment, by providing the stiffening ring groove 31 at the middle portion of the lock pin 3, the cross-sectional area of the lock pin 3 at the position is reduced, so when the vehicle is unexpected and the vehicle cannot be driven to open by the opening motor 19 or the side window 2 cannot be opened by manually rotating the manual rotary disk 18, an evacuee can open the side window 2 outwards by forcefully striking the side window 2 to break the lock pin 3 at the position of the stiffening ring groove 31, and it is required to say that, in order to reliably open the side window 2, the middle portion of the stiffening ring groove 31 should be opposite to or flush with the edge of the side window 2, so that in the process of crashing the side window 2, shearing force generated by striking is concentrated at the position of the stiffening ring groove 31, and the broken mouth of the shearing break of the stiffening ring groove 31 is flush with the edge of the side window 2, so that interference between the side window 2 and the vehicle body 1 in the process of outwards opening is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, since the top of the side window 1 is connected to the vehicle body 2 by the pivot shaft 8 in the present embodiment, when the side window 1 is opened outwards, the side window 1 is closed towards the vehicle body 2 under the action of gravity, and the side window 1 needs to be pushed out and supported continuously during the escape process of the passenger, so that the escape progress of the passenger is affected and the passenger with smaller force is greatly hindered. Therefore, in this embodiment, the end of the pivot shaft 8 pivotally connected to the side window 2 and the vehicle body 1 is axially connected to the ratchet 9, and a pawl 10 is disposed at the upper portion of the ratchet 9 and can be clamped into a tooth slot 91 on the outer peripheral surface of the ratchet 9, and a pawl-adsorbing electromagnet 11 is further disposed at the top of the pawl 10, and on the electrical circuit, the pawl-adsorbing electromagnet 11 is electrically connected to a pawl switch 13 and a battery 12 sequentially through wires. Through setting up ratchet 9 and pivot 8 and linking to each other to make side window 2 push away the process to automobile body 2, ratchet 9 takes place corresponding rotation along with pivot 8, and pawl 10 can drop downwards under the action of gravity and make its front end card go into ratchet 9 outer peripheral face's tooth socket 91, finally make ratchet 9's rotation can only unidirectional rotation and can not rotate backward, and through pawl 10 and ratchet 9 cooperation, make side window 2 outwards overturn in the process, can unidirectional outwards overturn and fix in a setting position and can not appear to be closed to automobile body 1, so the evacuee can smoothly pass through the side window 2 opening that remains unchanged and need not keep opening side window 2, and need when returning the state with automobile body 1 to side window 2, make pawl adsorption electromagnet 11 switch on with battery 12 through pressing ratchet switch 13, pawl adsorption electromagnet 11 adsorbs pawl 10 upwards and takes off the state of pegging graft with ratchet 9's tooth socket 91, then inwards overturn and make lockpin 3 reinsert into lockpin jack 21, side window 2 can conveniently keep closed with automobile body 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to achieve quick opening of the side window 2 and slow recovery during recovery of the side window 2, in this embodiment, the other end of the pivot shaft 8 is axially connected with the adapter 6, and the other end of the adapter 6 is provided with a groove, the inner circumferential surface of the groove is provided with an internal thread connected with the external thread of the end of the piston 7, as shown in fig. 7, the other end of the piston 7 is radially provided with two parallel surfaces, and the other end of the piston 7 provided with two parallel surfaces is inserted into the central oil chamber 51 of the damping device 5 and achieves axial movement of the piston 7, the right side of the damping device 5 is further provided with a hydraulic oil chamber 52, and a transition oil chamber 54 is further provided between the hydraulic oil chamber 52 and the central oil chamber 51, the left side of the hydraulic oil chamber 52 is further separated from the nitrogen gas chamber 53 filled with nitrogen gas by a floating piston 55, wherein the central oil chamber 51 is communicated with the hydraulic oil chamber 52 by a radially arranged small through hole 56, the transition oil chamber 54 is communicated with the hydraulic oil chamber 52 by a radially arranged large through hole 57, and the central oil chamber 51 is communicated with the transition oil chamber 54 by a central hole 59, the transition oil chamber 54 is arranged, the end of the piston 7 is provided with a stepped groove towards the end of the central 51, and the axial bottom surface of the damping device 5 is provided with a stepped groove by a reset spring 58, and the central bottom surface is sealed by a stepped groove 541. Preferably, the inner diameter of the large through hole 57 of the present embodiment is much larger than the inner diameter of the small through hole 56.
When the side window 2 of the present embodiment is turned outwards and opened, the adapter 6 is fixedly connected with the end of the pivot shaft 8, so that the adapter 6 also rotates along with the pivot shaft 8, because the other end of the adapter 6 is connected with one end of the piston 7 by threads, the adapter 6 rotates and drives the piston 7 to move towards the damping device 5, meanwhile, because the end of the piston 7 is two planes parallel to each other, the piston 7 is caused to translate axially only, so that the actual acting volume of the central oil cavity 51 is reduced, hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic oil cavity 52 through the small through holes 56, the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the central oil cavity 51 is continuously increased due to the small inner diameter and the small number of the small through holes 56, so that finally the valve core 541 is pushed to move rightwards against the return spring 58, and the hydraulic oil with large pressure enters the transition oil cavity 54 through the central hole 59, and finally enters the hydraulic oil cavity 52 quickly through the large through holes 57 with large inner diameter and large number. As the hydraulic oil continuously enters the hydraulic oil chamber 52, the hydraulic oil pushes the floating piston 55 to move into the nitrogen gas chamber 53 and continuously compresses and reduces the actual acting volume of the nitrogen gas chamber 53, so that the side window 2 can be rapidly opened outwards in the process of opening the side window 2 outwards.
When the side window 2 needs to be turned inwards for recovery, the adapter 6 is rotated reversely through the pivot shaft 8, and then the piston 7 is pulled to move away from the damping device 5 through the threaded connection structure, meanwhile, the actual acting volume of the central oil cavity 51 is continuously increased, meanwhile, the volume expansion of the nitrogen air cavity 53 is recovered, hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil cavity 52 is enabled to slowly enter the central oil cavity 51 only through the small through hole 56, and after the hydraulic oil enters the transition oil cavity 54 from the hydraulic oil cavity 52, the valve core 541 is pushed to the bottom of the stepped groove by the hydraulic oil, so that the hydraulic oil in the transition oil cavity 54 cannot enter the central oil cavity 51 through the central hole 59, and the hydraulic oil can be slowly recovered in a large damping mode in the inward recovery process of the side window 2, so that the side window 2 can be prevented from being recovered quickly and directly impinging on the vehicle body 1 to cause the side window 2 to be broken or hurt personnel.
