技术领域
本发明涉及一种泡沫塑料自动成型机汽室加热结构。
背景技术
对于目前市场上现有的塑料泡沫自动成型机汽室的蒸汽进气口主要都分布在汽室的顶部,并且口径大,数量少。在加热过程中,汽室内近进气口处蒸汽响应快,密度、压力较高,远端处蒸汽响应相对较慢。这样导致整个汽室蒸汽分布不均匀,压力不平衡,需要延长加热时间。产品会出现有生有熟现象,粘结度有差异,提高产品废品率。这种加热结构大大影响了设备的生产效率,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明提供一种使用汽室四周环形加热管道,利用小径多点进气口通入蒸汽加热;在汽室内部形成热循环,加热均匀,压力平衡的汽室加热循环平衡结构。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种泡沫塑料自动成型机汽室加热循环平衡结构,包括汽室、加热管道,其特征在于蒸汽主管呈环形分布在汽室的四周,蒸汽分管均匀排布在蒸汽主管上。
所述蒸汽入口在汽室的左上角。
所述在于排污口布置在汽室的左下角。
所述底部蒸汽分管数比上部蒸汽分管数多,兼作排污管。
本发明具有以下优点:1、汽室四周环形都可进气加热,缩短加热时间2、进气口排列均匀,通气后汽室内形成热循环效应,均匀加热。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本发明包括了蒸汽主管1、蒸汽分管2、汽室3。如图1所示,蒸汽主管1呈环形状态分布在汽室3的四周,蒸汽入口在汽室的左上角,排污口布置在汽室的左下角,蒸汽分管2均匀排布在蒸汽主管上,由于汽室底部距离蒸汽口较远,还需兼顾排污作用,故而排列数量较多。当入口通入蒸汽时,蒸汽沿着蒸汽主管,迅速的通过蒸汽分管进入到汽室中去,这样汽室的四个方向都有蒸汽进入,形成一个热循环状态,对产品进行均匀加热,提高产品质量。

1.一种泡沫塑料自动成型机汽室加热循环平衡结构,包括汽室、加热管道,其特征在于蒸汽主管呈环形分布在汽室的四周,蒸汽分管均匀排布在蒸汽主管上。
