技术领域
本发明属于化工设备技术领域,涉及一种用于催化剂的破碎设备。
背景技术
催化剂在化学反应中引起的作用叫催化作用。固体催化剂在工业上也称为触媒。催化剂自身的组成、化学性质和质量在反应前后不发生变化;它和反应体系的关系就像锁与钥匙的关系一样,具有高度的选择性(或专一性)。
一般来说,催化剂是指参与化学反应中间历程的,又能选择性地改变化学反应速率,而其本身的数量和化学性质在反应前后基本保持不变的物质。通常把催化剂加速化学反应,使反应尽快达到化学平衡的作用叫做催化作用,但并不改变反应的平衡。
催化剂在使用之前,通常需要将其进行粉碎,以提高催化效果,而传统的粉碎机在粉碎过程中,粉碎效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种用于催化剂的破碎设备,能够解决上述问题。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于催化剂的破碎设备,包括电机、破碎机本体、二级烘干器、转轴、粉碎刀片、内衬、二级推动器、三级烘干器、推板、出料口、盖板、空腔、液压泵、液压杆、锤头、滑轮、滑轨、一级烘干器、刮板、进料仓、插孔、插板、挡板、一级推动器、通气管道、气泵,在破碎机本体上端设置电机,电机通过转轴连接粉碎刀片,在破碎机本体一侧设置L型进料仓,在L型进料仓上端设置盖板,在L型进料仓内上端设置滑轨,在滑轨下端设置刮板,刮板通过滑轮连接在滑轨上,在刮板内设置一级烘干器,在L型进料仓上端设置凹孔,在破碎机本体外设置一级推动器,一级推动器连接挡板,在挡板下端设置插板,插板插接在L型进料仓与破碎机本体之间;在破碎机本体内设置内衬,在内衬与破碎机本体之间设置二级烘干器。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在所述的内衬内底端设置二级推动器,二级推动器连接推板,在推板内设置三级烘干器。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在所述的破碎机本体下端设置气泵,气泵通过通气管道连接内衬;所述的L型进料仓底端为倾斜。

2、本发明在所述的内衬内底端设置二级推动器,二级推动器连接推板,在推板内设置三级烘干器。二级推动器带动推板来回移动,通过三级烘干器进行烘干,提高烘干效果。
3、本发明在所述的破碎机本体下端设置气泵,气泵通过通气管道连接内衬;所述的L型进料仓底端为倾斜。通过倾斜的L型进料仓便于破碎后的催化剂进入破碎机本体内,提高工作效率。
4、本发明在所述的在所述的盖板内设置空腔,在空腔内设置液压泵和锤头,锤头的大小与空腔大小相同。液压泵通过液压杆带动锤头对催化剂进行初步粉碎,提高破碎效果。
5、本发明结构简单,易于制作,适宜于工业化生产。

如图1所示,本发明所述的一种用于催化剂的破碎设备,包括电机1、破碎机本体2、二级烘干器3、转轴4、粉碎刀片5、内衬6、二级推动器7、三级烘干器8、推板9、出料口10、盖板11、空腔12、液压泵13、液压杆14、锤头15、滑轮16、滑轨17、一级烘干器18、刮板19、进料仓20、插孔21、插板22、挡板23、一级推动器24、通气管道25、气泵26,在破碎机本体2上端设置电机1,电机1通过转轴4连接粉碎刀片5,在破碎机本体2一侧设置L型进料仓20,在L型进料仓20上端设置盖板11,在L型进料仓20内上端设置滑轨17,在滑轨17下端设置刮板19,刮板19通过滑轮16连接在滑轨17上,在刮板19内设置一级烘干器18,在L型进料仓20上端设置凹孔,在破碎机本体2外设置一级推动器24,一级推动器24连接挡板23,在挡板23下端设置插板22,插板22插接在L型进料仓20与破碎机本体2之间;在破碎机本体2内设置内衬6,在内衬6与破碎机本体2之间设置二级烘干器3。刮板19沿着滑轨17来回移动提高烘干效果和粉碎效果,便于二次破碎,提高破碎效果。在所述的内衬6内底端设置二级推动器7,二级推动器7连接推板9,在推板9内设置三级烘干器8。二级推动器7带动推板9来回移动,通过三级烘干器8进行烘干,提高烘干效果。在所述的破碎机本体2下端设置气泵26,气泵26通过通气管道25连接内衬6;所述的L型进料仓20底端为倾斜。通过倾斜的L型进料仓20便于破碎后的催化剂进入破碎机本体2内,提高工作效率。在所述的在所述的盖板11内设置空腔12,在空腔12内设置液压泵13和锤头15,锤头15的大小与空腔12大小相同。液压泵13通过液压杆14带动锤头15对催化剂进行初步粉碎,提高破碎效果。

1.一种用于催化剂的破碎设备,其特征在于:包括电机、破碎机本体、二级烘干器、转轴、粉碎刀片、内衬、二级推动器、三级烘干器、推板、出料口、盖板、空腔、液压泵、液压杆、锤头、滑轮、滑轨、一级烘干器、刮板、进料仓、插孔、插板、挡板、一级推动器、通气管道、气泵,在破碎机本体上端设置电机,电机通过转轴连接粉碎刀片,在破碎机本体一侧设置L型进料仓,在L型进料仓上端设置盖板,在L型进料仓内上端设置滑轨,在滑轨下端设置刮板,刮板通过滑轮连接在滑轨上,在刮板内设置一级烘干器,在L型进料仓上端设置凹孔,在破碎机本体外设置一级推动器,一级推动器连接挡板,在挡板下端设置插板,插板插接在L型进料仓与破碎机本体之间;在破碎机本体内设置内衬,在内衬与破碎机本体之间设置二级烘干器。
